A mate for Tobi... that would be interesting. She wished they could breed if that happened, but she didn't know if that would be a good thing or a bad thing. Jack took the Izer after the kennel was cleaned and helped to groom its feathers. The feathers on its belly were downy soft, just like Tobi's, and she smiled a little, wondering what he would do if he was going to be crossed with an Izer. It was a thought, but she didn't know if there were any out there anyone would be willing to do that. Hmm... it was a thought though she figured as she glanced over at the bird. She put the Izer back into the kennel and then shook her head, she didn't know what to do at the moment, but that was fine she figured with a little smile on her face. At least she had some work to do, right?

Tobi nuzzled up to her a little bit for a moment or two before he chirped and went over to the next kennel. The ones she had done so far looked good, and the animals were groomed and fed, and after all this, if she still had time, she would socialize some more with some of the animals, but there wasn't much she could do about that at the moment. If she had time, she would, and that was going to be great she figured. Jack opened the kennel and took out the Puff Rayzor, chuckling as it scampered up to her shoulder and then sat there for a little while as she cleaned up the kennel. This was cute, she figured, and if she didn't have Tobi with her she might consider adopting one of the Puff Rayzors at the APAA, but she didn't think that was going to happen just now.

She really liked Tobi, but he was apparently a little jealous of the Puff Rayzor sitting on her shoulder, and he hovered in front of it, chittering, scolding it for being that. Jack laughed at him and waved him off, making him pout a little bit, she didn't know how that was possible, but it was. He wandered over to the Izer's kennel again and chatted with it for a bit as she continued to clean out the kennel of the Puff Rayzor for a little while. At least this one didn't need to get sprayed out it seemed, just wiped out with some wet wipes and all that, and she smiled a little as the trash bag she had filled up. It was great, she was getting these cleaned out and all that, Matthew had to be happy about all that. She really wanted to get them done today, but she wasn't sure.

Oh well, they were almost done with the Puff Rayzor she knew. Jack took it off of her shoulder as Tobi landed on her other shoulder and then held it down a little to brush the tangles out of its fur. After it was happily brushed, looking glossy and nice again, she returned the yellow creature back to the kennel with some food and closed the door to it, latching it so it wouldn't run off or anything. She smiled a little, it looked like they really liked the attention, she was sure they did and all that, but she was amazed at what a simple brushing could do to an animal's self esteem. They were all preening in front of the little mirrors in their kennels for the moment at least, and all she could do was laugh a little at them for a bit. They were being adorable, but she knew she couldn't take any home.

Jack fluffed her hair a little and then eyed the next kennel. It was huge, there was a fully grow Murp inside of it, which she was surprised at. Why wouldn't Matthew have a stable outside for the bigger animals? Oh well, she wasn't one to judge, but it was still odd. She cautiously let it out and it seemed just happy to stretch out for awhile, and collapsed onto the stone floor all stretched out to capacity. Jack grinned at it and watched as Tobi landed on the Murp's curved horn on its forehead before she shook her head and glanced in the kennel. It wasn't the cleanest one ever, and she made a face at is, she was really going to need to clean up the Murp it seemed. Jack took a broom to the kennel and pushed everything out before she sprayed it down a bit inside, this was going to take forever.

The Murp seemed happy to be out of the kennel so far, and as she worked on cleaning the messy kennel up, Tobi trilled from on top of the Murp's curved horn. She was sure things were going to go well for them, sure she had a motive for doing this, but that didn't mean it didn't need done she thought. Jack smiled a little and shook her head, she wasn't sure what to do at the moment aside from this, it wasn't like she didn't have a bunch of stuff to do so far and all that, but that wasn't going to work out if she couldn't get a few things done right? She sighed a little and shook her head, she didn't know what to do about things, but that was fine so far, she didn't really care all that much and everything. Jack pushed her hair back, she was getting tired though.

Jack didn't know what else to do with the kennel after it was dry, so she worked on the Murp's wooly fur for awhile with the grooming tools. It seemed pretty content with life after all, she figured as she worked on getting some knots out of the fur. Ah well, she wasn't one to judge on that kind of thing she thought with a bit of a chuckle. At least it got out of it's kennel for a little while and things were fine. She ushered it back into the kennel after she put some hay in there for it to eat while it waited for adoption, and then she stretched out her back and shoulders a bit, feeling them pop as she did so. That felt good, honestly, all this hunching over was murder on her back. Tobi landed on her head and trilled again, making her chuckle a little. At least she had some good company.

A Bwee was next, and even Tobi seemed a little iffy on that one. She sighed a little as he gripped her hair a little tighter when he saw it and she shook her head to dislodge him. Silly bird... He landed on top of the kennel and chittered at the Bwee, no doubt yelling at him for one thing or another, and she smiled at him as she let the Bwee out cautiously. It stretched and lazily left the kennel and wandered around for awhile, not really doing much, but just enough to make it possible for it to move. That was a good thing, she didn't want to deal with things for awhile as of yet, and she got to work cleaning out the kennel. This was taking forever and she wished there was a quicker way to do it, but she hadn't thought of one yet, sadly.

Jack was sure the Bwee was just happy to get out for a little bit she figured. She sighed a bit and shook her head, she didn't know what to do about things no matter what, except to clean, brush, and feed. Nothing was going wrong with this she thought for a moment, and she wished she could be done already now. Of course she wasn't going to be done in any way, shape or form yet, but that was fine she thought with a huff. She knew what she was getting in to whenever she decided to do this, though the amount of animals came as a small surprise. Jack watched as Tobi chittered at the Bwee some more from the top of the kennel as she worked, and she wondered what he was trying to say. Part of her wondered about getting him a Ribbon, but most of her said no.

The Bwee stared up at Tobi for a little bit and then shrugged it off for a little bit, as he talked longer and longer. Surely the other animals were getting tired of hearing him, but she wasn't going to drop him off at the house or anything just yet. He needed to get used to other animals she figured, and she smiled a little bit. At least he was cute and all that. She chewed on her lip as she brushed the Bwee down a little, trying to get it's bristles a little softer maybe. People like soft things, that was the point and all that of a lot of what people did. She sighed a little at that, she liked them different at least, but she didn't have much of a point of all that she thought. It wasn't her to judge what other people liked and all that, but as she put the Bwee back into the kennel, she still managed to shake her head.

She was really tempted to take the next one home, a little baby Hydra Ghaenelt which was absolutely adorable, and she couldn't train them yet, so it was even more tempting. She had to do what she came here to do though, she didn't need to be doing anything else with it. Chewing on her lip, she let them out of the kennel and started to clean it as Tobi tilted his head back and forth, trying to figure out what these things were. Chewing turned to chuckling as the pair of them sniffed at her shoe for a moment before running off, both heads bobbing up and down again and again as they ran. She didn't know if she would have the strength of will to work with them, but it was sorely tempting she figured. Jack shrugged, maybe when she was done with all of this she would see about adopting them, but she wasn't sure.

There wasn't anything she could do at the moment to adopt the little animal, but she might later on, she didn't really know. It might make Tobi happy if she did, she thought, and she smiled a little at the thought as she looked at Tobi and the Ghaenelt playing together. It was going to be fine she thought, they could always come back if someone didn't get them to begin with, she thought as she cleaned out the kennel. Jack just hoped no one else would get there before she did, that would be the worst at this point she thought. Chuckling, she shook her head, her she had so many animals and now she was thinking of adopting another one! It was a little ridiculous she thought, but oh well, that was fine. She smiled at herself and then finished up cleaning the kennel, wondering when she was going to be done with all of this.

Ghaenelts had strange skin, but still she rubbed the Hydra down a little with some oil to help it grow, and then put it back into the kennel with some food. She sighed a little and stood up, leaning backwards to pop her back a little. Hunching over for this long wasn't feeling too good, no wonder Matthew asked for volunteers sometimes she thought. She stretched out after that and sighed a little bit, wondering what she was going to do with things as time went on. Honestly she was getting pretty tired, but that was fine she thought, she would sleep good tonight in her nice soft bed. Jack smiled as she wondered what was going on and all that, and she laughed as Tobi landed on her shoulder and nuzzled up to her with his beak. Why she had decided to bring him with her, she couldn't really say, but that was fine too.

It was going to start getting bittersweet, some of the next ones were ones she had gotten rid of. Jack gulped, nuzzled up to Tobi a little, and then let the first Estharne out of its kennel. She was sure they would be adopted eventually, right? If not, well... at least they had a better home here she thought as she watched it slink around the room and then started to clean out the kennel. It looked like it was trying to stalk Tobi, but the bird just stayed near the ceiling and tweeted down at the big cat every now and then. It snorted and snarled a little, and Jack wished she knew what to do about it. Maybe she should have brought some toys, but she had figured being out of the kennels would be enough for them right now. For most of them, that was certainly the case, however.

Tobi chittered at the Estharne as it stalked around below him, but he didn't get any closer just in case. He knew it and the next cat could jump up onto the kennels at any minute and try to get him, but he wasn't going to do them any favors and make it easier on them it seemed. Jack glanced over at the two of them and smiled a little, at least Tobi was smart enough to stay up and out of the way as the Jabberwock Estharne tried to catch him for a moment or two before finally giving up. It had enough at this point, and it stretched out fully and laid down on the cool floor of the room they were in. Jack was almost done cleaning out the kennel, and she knew it was going to be perfect for the cat whenever it went back in at this point.
