Okay, we’re all aware that many pet pictures are blurry. However, I’ve only been checking in once or twice a day for quick updates, so....I’m out of the cbox loop. This section is for that, right? My question is....Is there anything we plan to do to correct those pictures? We have access to Silver’s huge folder of pictures, but we don’t have offspring and customs, right? I’m not sure how photobucket’s system works with that. Is it pay per pic? Or pay per month for infinite storage? Can we just get them from Silver’s page and upload them to someone else’s account? Or are we just sorta screwed and accepting it now? Lol

Firefox and Chrome have an addon called photobucket embed fix. Far as I'm aware, you can't install addons on mobile devices, like phones and tablets. Most of us have downloaded these addons and can see the images just fine for now, but its a bandaid over a big problem. If you look at the actual photobucket link, its blurred, watermarked and literally useless.

Hi Riku! :D As far as been suggested with it as a solution, if you use google chrome downloading an embed fixer for it would undue the blurriness of how you see it on the site, but not exactly when going only to the URL's picture. It would still be blurry there unfortunately. Even saving a picture on your computer it will still get the original blurriness. But hey! At least on the site you can at least seem them again, that's something right? :3 If you use Firefox, then this one is suggested for the same type of an fix your looking for. Ashe was the one who suggested them both in the shoutbox I think? They are really handy when wanting to be able to look at them again. <3 And not sure what to say about the other question, I'm not even sure if anyone else could pay for a account on photobucket to make those pictures work again if your not the account holder of it.

I wonder how much the price is...? Perhaps silver would let someone else pay for it. (Assuming it’s $5ish/month, I’d totally do it if I had money.)

I wouldn't recommend it to be honest, from what I am reading currently, they are also going to increase there prices again. (its already 5,99 at its cheapest, and I am guessing with what they are saying that your also expanding bandwidth by hosting the images on other sites? Correct me if I am wrong in it. But that would also explain sort of why after even deleting images to be below the 250 imgs I still don't get my own images to be unblurred since I still have them posted on this site) ( Below are the prices)

I definitely Do Not Recommend paying paypal Anything since they are so awful. I'd download a fix like other folks have so far. This problem isn't really something that the site staff can remedy either monetarily or by doing something differently (since we have to use Photobucket so that the image file names stay in manner that people can easily find things).

Just to say if you want to save images (because I've been stashing all of my pets 'just in case' lately), if you get the image fix on chrome and right click > open the image in a new tab, save it from there. I've successfully gotten an un-photobucket-borked image saved that way ~
