"Our Labs have produced some of the most awe-inspiring beasts known to Pethia - come astonish us with them! Give our crowd a vision of what greatness can look like without the fightimg!" Shayna might prefer the most cute or beautiful of what the labs had to offer, but there was no doubt that there was plenty to see in the prowess of the labs' most awesome critters! This one was going to be quite the show, and more than seeing the kind of pets she liked, Shayna loved seeing her contest hall full of competitors and a crowd to match!

Desert//Savannah Thundergug//Male
The hall was fresh and clean after the end of the last competition. It had been a hard fight considering how many other well trained pets were there, but Fiera had managed to scrape through into 3rd place with Aces and Jack. Now the Display of Awe competition was up. She ahd intended to enter her lasobiel Rosaleen at first, but her training had become so delayed by a late delivery of her pet to the docks that she couldn't get her trained up in time. That was fine though- she had an old favorite to rely on after all. She came into the hall leading her beloved savannah thundergug, Desert, behind her. He won the grand prize of the strength contest- why not a display of awe too? The woman running the registration booth hardly blinked as she brought him up, clearly used to this sort of thing. Well, she wouldn't know what hit her once the contest started.

Level: 0.1 Loyalty: 2.1 Stamina: 2 Strength: 3 Resistance: 2 Dexterity: 11 Mentality: 2 Special Abilities: Intimidation, Glide Moves: Gale Winds, Balefire, Spook This creature definitely deserved a leash and a collar, but Ashe had yet to find anything that would stay on it. It was a weird substance, not solid like a beast, but not 'nothing' like a Shadow lurker. Instead, it was made up of roiling storm clouds and cold fire, definitely impressive and startling in appearance. He was quite eager to go out with Ashe today, and the man had tried to find something to fit him but in the end he'd decided to wing it. He had nodes in his pocket that he could use to immobilize the Baskervillian, if he needed to. Right now he was being good. A warning had come with the beast when it had been, erm, created; "Do not let it run loose at night". As long as they stayed in the daylight hours, Ashe thought, they should be fine. And so, he had come to the contest hall with this creature in tow, kept interested in what the human was doing thanks to the Imp on Ashe's shoulder, tossing treats periodically, making sure it didn't wander off. "Hi, Shayna! Looking lovely today. I'm here to sign up for the Display of Awe contest, with my pup here, Husk. Pretty cool, isn't it? No, don't answer that, no bias." He winked at her, and filled out the form. - c -

Varkon Custom Wiurn v1 ----- Level: 38 Loyalty: 29 ----- StatsStamina: 13 Strength: 10 Resistance: 9 Dexterity: 5 Mentality: 3 Abilities:Fly, Shadow Resistance, Uncontrollable Rage (anger), Danger Sense Moves:Ebil Nom, Telekinesis, Wing Buff, Vanish, Ker-zaap Training:Name, Come, Rend, Danger Sense It had taken a bit of convincing to get the wiurn to agree to this. He had considered it 'flashy showboating with nothing to back it up'. But he had agreed, eventually, <Think of it as practicing an intimidating display, that's something you wanted to work on, right?> There were more than a few beasts that could pull that off in a fight, and Varkon had wanted to try something like that himself. <Besides, some of the competitors likely also battle. It could be a good opportunity to scout out potential foes.> He'd still grumbled a little, but had been successfully convinced. So here they were, signing up for the competition. Nerius was filling out the paperwork, while Varkon peered over his shoulder, watching him. The wiurn couldn't read, but always seemed intrigued by writing. Something to look into in the future, perhaps, but for now Nerius was the paperwork helper monkey. For the competition itself? Who knew. He'd never entered a contest here before, but had, at least, watched a few. (Nerius 1/10 +Added) (Varkon: Lv: 38, 113/115 | Lyl: 29, 113/115 +Added)
