Amulet spirits are fairly unique creatures in that they do not "level". Loyalty is the only stat that matters - and they cannot be "trained" by another individual. As the spirits contained within' the items are summoned from another plane of existance, they certainly do have a unique sort of quality to them.
At first we will explain how the "standard" Amulet Spirits work as far as stats are concerned. Be aware, no Amulet Spirit gains levels - only loyalty.

A spirit never forgets it's previously known magics, but it does learn new magic as it's bond tightens. An amulet spirit has no "mp" so to speak, but rather can use it's magic once per day. Choose the magic wisely!
You may notice now (shown below) that an Amulet Spirit starts with 0 in almost all stats (including stamina!).. this is unique to amulet spirits in that stamina is not important except for battling - as long as the amulet itself is in-tact, so is the spirit.
As a spirit gains in loyalty, it's bond with it's owner tightens, as does it's ability to draw strength from the owner (and provide it to the owner). Because of this unique ability, it is argued that amulet spirits make the best of familiars.
Here is a chart for how their stats climb:

Custom Amulet Spirits.. they follow the same "format" as any other spirit (see chart above). However, their magic is entirely unique to them and their "element".
Do you see the mp listed in "( )" up above under their stats? That applies to the custom amulet spirits. That is how many points in magic that an amulet spirit can know - and the magic MUST pertain to it's element! If your Spirit's element is "lava", don't expect it to learn wind magics!!
Also - it's Immunity reflects it's element. Time would be Wind, Undeath would be Shadow, etc... Please refer to the Introduction to Elements for choosing it's immunity to match the correct element.
If you have a custom Amulet Spirit, you may post it's stats below. One post per player please. Do not feel the rush to add all of it's magic at once - there may not be a fitting spell for your amulet spirit's element!! If that is the case, we would like to suggest that you use the Magic Suggestion thread to get the ball rolling on it, so to speak.
