The Trader has set out some baskets on the edge of the property for farmers to leave and retrieve various plants. If you look hard enough, you could probably find any kind of plant here. Of course, he does charge a small fee to use the service. A wooden box with a slot in the top to deposit credits in sits among the baskets. Though presumably possible, it would not be wise to walk away without paying.
For five credits per item, you may trade any garden item for a garden item of your choice.
Notes:
- Limited to 5 trades per month. You may post multiple times per month.
- Normal gardens (not harvested from creatures) items only.
- Roleplay your character making the trade. (The baskets are unsupervised and work on an honor system.)
- Include the name and color (as listed in the file name) of the item(s) you want as well as the image of the item(s) you're trading in.
-Bunanas cannot be traded.

Trading in - + 10 credits Trading for - 1 Wheatgrass, 1 Unripe Cherry
The flower pots were blooming again, she had seen them the last time she made a trade, and while she hadn't bee sure what to trade for them before, she knew what she was going to do now and it all worked out beautifully. Jack smiled a little and found two empty pots and carefully planted the orb flowers into both of them, knowing they weren't all that special, but hey, someone must want them, she figured. It would all work out after awhile, but until she knew what she wanted with things, until she could actually produce in the new section of the garden, this was the next best thing she figured. Nothing would stop her from experimenting with the Pachee Pollen Project, and she really hoped other people would be doing the same thing after awhile. All she could do was hope, and while that might not be enough, as she grabbed a handful of wheatgrass and a single unripe cherry, she figured this was enough for now. ---Accepted!

Trading in - + 25 credits Trading for - 3 Young Lavender, 2 Citrus Beanpod
The last trades had gone so well for her for the Pachee Pollen Project, she knew she had to do it again. After consulting with the Trader about what she could trade in for flowers and such, she went home, picked out a few things, and brought them back to see what she could get for what she had. Carefully installing the two fossils into a basket, and then planting the three orb flowers into pots of their own, she looked around for what she wanted to get this time. There were two yellow looking beanpods that would go nicely for what she wanted, and so those were plucked, as were three young shoots of lavender, still green, but that would be fine she figured with a little smile on her face. Eventually she would get the rainbow ones, but that might be a little further off than people were expecting, she could only trade five items each month after all. Maybe she could trade more eventually, but right now she was content with that number. Pleased with her exchange and dropping some credits into the box next to her, she took her purchases home. ---Accepted (a while back)

Trading In- +25 credits Trading For- 5 Red Heartfruit Fiera sidled her way back to curious collections, examining the baskets of plants left out for people. She had her own collections from her gardens tucked under one arm, and she pored over the flower pots looking for her desired plants of interest. She had heard of a special project- the pachee pollen project- that required the use of fruits to create interesting new forms of pachee. As a breeding enthusiast, Fiera knew she had to get in on it... but that required her to collect multiple forms of plant first. As it stood, what she had managed to gather from her gardens had proved pretty varied. At any other time she would have found that delightful and interesting, but for now she needed more of the same types of plants. So, after finding what she was looking for, she quietly swapped her plants out and left the advised amount of credits in the payment box. ---Accepted (a while back)

After her trade, the satyr wandered herself over to the laden baskets outside. In spite of the season they were brimming with bounties of the city gardens, jeweltones against the lingering grey of winter. Lethalia had to be impressed anybody was capable of growing in this kind of weather, or had enough of a stockpile to be dropping them off when none was being produced. Admittedly she was pretty impressed by most people who were able to keep a garden. She could grow her animals hay. That was it. Newly traded flowers in hand, she knealt down to gently sift through the dainty stalks and half-closed blooms for something Meade would like. So many other things tried to sway her hand, gourds still deep with autumn color, berries that glistened like so many tiny jewels studding the baskets, veggies she didn't even know the name of. It looked as though someone offloaded quite the delivery of lavender, in more colors than she had ever imagined it came in. Selecting a few of her own, the satyr set down five rainbow lavender to pick up a spray with all different colors, certain to drop a few credits into the box on her way out. trading in| +25c trading for| lavender, golden lavender, pastel lavender, bright lavender, burnt lavender ---Accepted

Trading In- +10 credits Trading For- x1 Snowdrop Seed, x1 Fruggle NutFiera had returned to the Curious Collections, but not for anything the trader was offering. Not this time, at least. Instead, she had returned to the flower pots to make a few more trades. She had a couple of rocks that she didn't find quite useful, but needed a couple of different kinds of nuts. And well, what better place for that? Despite the season, the flower pots were still brimming with life, the baskets practically spilling over. She popped a few credits in the box as she wandered through the baskets, preferring to get the payment out of the way now so she could just grab her desired plants and leave. Despite its usefulness, this wasn't Fiera's favorite part of town or favorite 'store' (if you could even call it that), and she'd rather not dilly dally longer than she had to. Once she found what she was looking for, she dropped her own garden stones in return and left. ---Accepted!

Trading in - + 25 credits Trading For - 2 Toasted Beanpod, 2 Rainbow Lavender, 1 Pale Bellflower
It had been awhile since she had been to the Flower Pots of Curious Collections, and she was upset with herself at that. That was fine though, she knew, but she wished she knew a little more about what she needed for now. She wanted to trade in a few collections to the Pachee Pollen Project, which wouldn't be a bad thing she knew for a little while. She was always on the lookout for more Pachee, and since she had a few things to deal with, why not do it now? Smiling, she dropped a few credits into the bin and planted her little flowers, sticking the crystal and the fossil into a couple of flower pots as well. At least everything would be well right now, she was hoping to trade in a few of her collections to see what she could get out of them at this point. ---Accepted!

+25 credits The flower pots didn't let someone continually return to exchange produce? That was news to him. Flare glanced down at the single bell pepper in his open harvests box. It was getting a slight bit wrinkled with age. He had run into one of the more active gardeners, who was pulling up flowers and was looking to get some carrots. There were a few more berries and such that wasn't a surprise. Granted, this climate wasn't a huge thing to keep in mind. They asked him if he had any carrots, and no, had no carrots. However, if he were to do the trade for them, there was a small sum of credits to his pouch. Last time he had come here, there was just a single bean for a squash. No longer now. he had a fistfull of flowers and a few swirled berries. If he could get a few, that would be something.

+10 credits
He held the two mushrooms, sheared from the foot of the ancient oak, up to his eyes. One was short with a white stem and a red cap. There were only two of these in his harvest box. However, he had more of the flatter, more stripey mushrooms. Someone in town was taking majority amounts of plants to give pachee in return. Had very few fancy pachee. Pak was very plain, and his offspring were plain too. But plain wasn't always bad. Off to the flower pots. The two red cap mushrooms could at least be exchanged for flat cap mushrooms. They weren't strange to him, but the fungus did have some odd colors. One even glowed in the dark. Left his fingers kind of glowy for a day or so after handling it. That shroom would be going to the people who were taking plants for pachee. Yes. Two brown mushrooms please. Two mad caps for 2 strangefungus_treebark x.20---Accepted!

Trading In: +10 credits Trading For: x2 Hearth Berries Renathan carried Auburn on his shoulder as he walked up to the flower pots. He actually wanted to trade in a couple of the items he had gotten from his garden recently in order to get a couple of berries. They were specifically requested by someone he was going to sell them to, so he figured it wouldn't be an issue to make the trip as quickly as possible and then get the show on the road. Renathan did a lot of odd jobs every now and again in order to get a few extra credits, and he wasn't beyond going out and doing a simple errand that other people did not want to do in order to get a few extra credits. The ten it took to make a swap was hardly a dent in the profit, so he didn't bother.
The mammalian moves forward and trades the two items he had for the desired berries, and then left ten credits on the counter before scooting off.

He'd already done this earlier. The two white stem red capped mushrooms for the flatter mushrooms that gave a treebarkish appearance. They had to be harvested in broad daylight to be found. There were a few more brighter colors that Flare had found as he reoriented himself. Snapping off a pretty looking tiger one, he knew he wouldn't have enough. But... once moving back to his harvest box, there were enough for the red ones. He'd not seen a look of the red ones. Did the pachees look interesting? Pak might find the inclusion of other males a threat on his turf. Granted, he seemed to still remain the leader, as almost all of the pachee were related to him. Almost. The one who looked like a brown and blue and white cat wasn't. Off to the collectors for the extra mushrooms to finish his project. And back again. one orb flower, 2 fruity beanpod for 2 strangefungus_toadstool, 1 strangefungus_tiger x.20---Accepted!

Though nothing caught her eye in the shop proper this time, Lethalia did still have her heart set on some of those beautiful flowers she'd spotted just outside last time. Hopefully the ones she'd wanted were still there! Enough to give her pause on the way over, she cocked her head at a new pile of rocks with a credit collection box nearby. Was it new or had she just not noticed it on previous trips? It would be a crime if she hadn't seen it, since trading precious stones would be more useful to her than the flowers! A place to turn over those mining goods for ones she liked more sounded like a lovely prospect. Visiting the mines would have to come in her near future; it had been quite some time since she'd last visited the mountainsides. And... was that a new pond? She couldn't help but walk by and admire the creatures and plants swaying in the water, wondering at herself for not having learned to fish at this point in her life. Especially after moving out here, with that glorious canyon to fish in! It was a damn tragedy that she intended to rectify. Not what she'd come for today, though. Turning instead to the flower pots, she gingerly sorted through the ones she'd been looking at. Now, what other colors of flowers did Meade need? She had plenty of purple blossoms, perhaps now some sprigs of blue to match the hen's budding markings... A soft bell-shaped blue flower drew her attention first, and soon enough she had a tiny bouquet in 'Meade colors'. Satisfied, she dropped her coin into the deposit box, a spray of rainbow and gold blooms dropped in place of the ones she'd removed. trading in| +25c trading for| pale bell flower, cream bumble weed, blueberry bumble weed, dandy dead flower ---Accepted!

Trading: 10c+ For: 2 gooseberries Fiera had just a couple things she wanted to trade in this time. Despite not wanting to waste time however, she couldn’t help but find herself dilly dallying, taking her sweet time as she meandered through the stacks of plants. Autumn was coming in on swift wings now, and she knew that she would have to act quickly to find what she needed of the summer plants. Even now she saw that some of the more common fruits and grasses were going fast, with only a couple scraps left in their baskets. To her relief though, there were still just enough gooseberries there for her purposes. Perfect. These would do nicely- even if she was planning on donating them to the pachee pollen project rather than using them herself. Gooseberries were nice... in someone’s opinion, she was sure. For her though, they weren’t quite to her taste. -- Accepted!

It wasn't unusual for Nerius to head past the shop when he was out, Curious Collections sometimes stocked magical crystals. He didn't sense any from the building today, though that wasn't uncommon, given their high desirability, they probably sold out fast. He'd never stopped to see what all the setups of items around the property were for, but today he decided to take a look. They all looked like a sort of 'swap stand', the starting stock was probably provided by the trader, but other than that it was more for people to trade among themselves. There was a credit charge, but it wasn't unreasonable, and Nerius had brought along an assortment of plants in the hopes of making a trade.
This wasn't quite what he'd had in mind, but he could get a few more plants for the Pachee Pollen Project. He was close to having enough of a few kinds of produce, but the plants were out of season now. The seeds were easy to find, being just past their growing season, but the pairs and magic flowers took a bit more searching. Once he found what he was looking for, Nerius set his own crops in an empty basket, and dropped the credits into the box.

It wasn't time yet for the monthly crystal stock to have replenished, and even as he passed the building, Nerius couldn't sense anything. Either they were out, or had very few left. The Flower Pots were always up for trade though, or so it seemed, likely because of new stock constantly being swapped in. Nerius had a specific plant in mind: orchids, red if possible. It wasn't really the season for them, but the Flower Pots always seemed to have something from all different times of the year. It took him a bit of searching, but he was able to find a pair of orchids, of the preferred color, no less. That was all Nerius had been intending to swap for, but near the orchids he also spotted a few bumbleweeds. He had a few in his own collection, and there were enough here that he could trade them in for a pachee. He'd brought extra plants, just in case, and decided to pick up the bumbleweeds as well, setting five of his own plants in a basket, and dropping the credits into the box. (Nerius: 1/10 +Added)
