The cabana didn't have much of general interest, but it did have a lot of different glass-made objects, which produced a spectrum of effects under the shifting sunlight. It peeked through the leafy cover above, changing based on how the wind moved the leaves, and if it happened to touch any of the objects just right, it could create shifting reflections on the floor. It was those exact reflections that Ander ended up chasing, making them both very fortunate.. and very risky. On the one hand, it provided the gallor ample things to keep him preoccupied and entertained, but it also meant that should he be a little too brash in crashing into things, they would see shards on the floor, instead of snacks.
On the window ledge, Noari stared at the retrating blue-black form and merely shot the sphinx a confused, disgruntled look, as it to say 'Just like that?'. Darky was dusting her hands, trying to replace the netting in whichever way it had sat on the wall, when she caught the look and only shrugged, "Hey, he's having fun, at least. We'll move on eventually, but for now he might as well make the most of it in the meantime." Plus, the Mansion didn't exactly have a 'break it, you buy it' type policy, which was strangely fortunate.

Whether Noari was convinced by that or not remained to be seen, but when she extended her hand, the harachiu did jump onto it after a moment's consideration, before climbing the sleeve of the arm to resume his perch on her shoulder. The two hadn't really spent a lot of time up until then, and there was much of Noari she still needed to learn about. She knew Fhèr certainly liked him, but then that wasn't exactly a very measurable factor, as Fhèr tended to like pretty much everyone with very few exceptions. Likewise, while Noari didn't much know her, he knew Fhèr's insistence was likewise towards the mammalian. Although within those first few moments of being in the manor, he was perhaps starting to question some of that..
The claw-scratching scampering sounded across the floor as Ander chased another spot of reflected light towards a larger table, narrowly banking around it as the light changed directions just moments before he'd hit it. There was a definite increase of tension in the sphinx for a brief second, before she relaxed, seeing the collision none the less avoided, and her breathing out. A pause, before she looked toward Noari with an apologetic, "Okay, well.. maybe reign him in a little.."

The hara's look wasn't exactly convinced. The half-lidded expression was only accented by a short blep of tongue as he crossed his arms. The gallor was more than a 'little' reckless and considering he was a very tiny person with very thin limbs, any specific proximity to the gallor had a potential to include a world of pain. It wasn't something he expected the mammalian to understand, being one of them tall, big 'two-leggers'.. Especially since unlike some other kennel residents, the hara hadn't quite mastered his wings yet. Sure, he could kind-of, sort-of, somewhat make a strained effort to flutter, but it wasn't exactly the same as having a quick sure-fire way out of danger.
Darky observed the expression, and although the meaning wasn't relayed in quite so many words, seemed to understand the gist of it. There was a sigh, an automatic motion where she had to make a conscious effort to avoid slumping her shoulders, and she tilted her head back, "Alright, I understand.." The pitter-patter of scampering claws still sounded somewhere further. "But it's not like we have a leash to keep on him at this time."

And not like it was likely to help, either. Ander could be contained for a time, sure, but the restless energy was boundless after the extended kennel stay, not helped by the fact that the Mansion was all about water in its different shapes and forms. Thankfully the young gallor knew how to swim, but even without it water wasn't something he was inherently afraid of, due to having an affinity for it. The clattering of claws across wood took a change in tonality then, making the mammalian's ear perk at the shift and her head turn to search around, "Ander?"
A chirp sounded somewhere outside the cabana's rooms, though much of their surroundings was lush jungle. Presumably a lush jungle with a lake somewhere, considering the different pathways that lead through it, but still very much overtaken by plants more than water at this time. Noari clutched the folds of her jacket when she moved to inspect the location of the sound, walking through the cabana's doorway out into the stony path beyond. "Ander?" she called again, and the chirp of response was heard a little ways off, along with the scampering of claws across a much more solid material this time.

The sphinx brushed aside a large leaf and came face to face with even more of them. Not quite thick enough to prevent movement, but it was obvious something smaller and lower to the ground would have an easier time on this path. Noari huddled against her neck as she began to push through, using her pointed ear as something of a cover against being slapped by branches and leaves. "Ander.. stay where you are," the sphinx called, finally clearing the last of the leaves as sunlight trickled in a lot stronger than the path behind them.
In front was a shallow pool of crystal clear water, ringed in small boulders and stones with a bottom so clean and sandy as to almost seem paved. A small stream ran into it from a waterfall on the opposite side, and the jungle ringed the stony path around it with a shrouding presence, although the canopy was clear directly overhead. She glanced around and finally found the surface that matched the sound - The little gallor was chasing an errant bug buzzing through the air, while scampering across the paved natural stone, claws and armor plates occasionally scratching across it.

Generally the gallor's training so far meant that he could be well behaved if he wanted to, and indeed usually made an effort to do so. However he was also still just a youngling, only just about to grow out of his hatchling fluff even after all this time, so playfulness was an inherent trait that could outside any degree of obedience, if the object of the game was enticing enough. For now the bug kept him pretty busy, in large part because it also kept itself outside of his grasp, flying just a little bit too high for him to jump and snatch it.
"Ah, well.." the sphinx smirked, hands on hips, "I guess that works too." Noari emerged from behind her neck and balanced on the shoulder with some suspicion, but considerably more comfortable over the fact there weren't things about to crash on them (Or more specifically, him) around them, and if the gallor did careen into anything it was either a plant, a rock or a pool of water. He shuddered his wings and jumped from the shoulder to a nearby leaf, sliding it down to the ground, where he jumped to one of the rocks ringing the pool.

Whether innate to his parentage or just something involuntarily picked up from Fhèr, he did have an appreciation for the pretty things in life. Shiny things more so than rest, of course.. As the sphinx begins to walk around the pool to do an inspection of her own, the hara leans out over the pool and peers inside, noticing a small (Well, relative to the mammalian, not so much him) grey-ish shape slowly wind its way along the sandy bottom. He knows of fish and he knows of some waterways, seeing as the farm has a whole lake and a pool, but he hasn't quite seen one like this before...
The investigation also providers another little secret, as he notices something pale between two of the stones. The hara turns and carefully clambers between the rocks, dislodging the long piece, almost thinking it some sort of horn.. But it's too small to be one and hollow to boot, so he turns the shell around in his hands curiously.
Meantime, the sphinx has managed to loop around close to Ander, keeping him in grapping reach, just in case. Sure, the gallor can swim, but that didn't mean it wasn't without dangers or issues if he fell into the pool.

The hara was still handling the shell, turning it this way and that around in his hands, oblivious to a darker shape detaching itself from the brown-grey rocks surrounding the pool. When it came splashing out of the water with a bark, the hara did the best version a humanoid ever could of a cat bristling it's spine and jumping backwards several feet, landing closer to the lush vegetation that ringed the area. He was on all fours, eyes like saucers and spitting and hissing back at the thing (Gods know where he learned it from, but the sphinx always suspected the estharne were to blame). Comparatively, the gallor's reaction was fairly mild, as the head almost swiveled around, directing those big round eyes at this new thing.
Ander didn't have a concept for threat. He had a concept for danger, but that was severely limited to things he had already experienced, and those weren't many. So seeing something come up from the water, shaped like friend, meant that he was immediately assuming it was a fellow water-friend (After all, they had one at home and that one was nice enough). With a playful chirping, the gallor started padding towards the creature and the water's edge, only to be quickly scooped up by the mammalian with a "Oh no, no, no, we are not going to be antagonizing anyone today." Bad enough Noari was trying to roll for intimidation with something ten times his size, but she'll deal with that in a hot second.

Eyes still narrowed, it barked again and splashed water toward the person and her creatures, trying to ward them away at the moment. Things weren't going the way it would want them to, but still. Flapping its tail against the water, making a 'splat' sound again and again, it tried its best to scare them all off again.

Not that Ander was open to such reasoning, squirming in her grip and making small disgruntled chirping noises. Under normal circumstances it might not have been too bad to let him go and make acquaintances, but in this case the creature was making it very evident they weren't in the mood for fun, and seemed more threatened than anything. Finally she put him down and very sternly said "Ander, stay.." That seemed to break through, as the gallor settled, attention focusing on her. "Good, now.. Ander, cover." and she pointed towards the large leaves. The little hatchling turned and waddled towards the jungle growth as quick as his little feet could carry him, slipping between the leaves and hunkering down in the shadows, certain that he cannot be seen (Even though the blue scales.. weren't really fooling anyone).
With that settled, the mammalian stood and focused on the hara, letting out a whistle to get his attention, before sharply nocking her head towards the leaves to the side of him. Noari glared at her, at the beast, and then back to her, giving a scoff, but getting to his feet to dash off into the jungle growth as well. With the area now cleared of the more noisy lot, the mammalian faced the creature, raising her hands calmly, "Alright, it's just us now, and there's nothing to worry about. I won't hurt you."

The other two out of sight let the creature breathe for a moment and it visibly relaxed, though its eyes were wary at the mammalian. What did she want with it anyway? It flicked its tail across the water for a moment and barked again, though a little lower, and inched forward to explore just a bit.

Alright, good, this was progress. Slow progress, but still. The sphinx smiles, being careful and slow in her movements as to not startle the creature with anything sudden, "There we go.. Not so bad now, is it? All quiet and calm once more." She tried to step closer to the pool, while simultaneously crouching down next to it, lowering her hands. A brief moment brought up a sudden thought and she looked behind her to softly call out, "Ander, stay." towards the bushes, in case the gallor didn't quite understand the duration of the exercise. Sure, he'll cover when told, but for how long until he either forgets or grows bored was another matter.
A blue wiggled signaled that he settled in under the plant cover, and wasn't likely to move anytime soon. So, back to the creature, the sphinx extended a hand slowly, not quite into the water, but more hovering over it, as to allow the creature to approach should it wish to.
From the other side of the jungle, the hara was scampering up the branches and leaves, finally settling into a position where a gap among the green allowed him to see the scene unfold. There was a frown, as he watched her approach the water, surely thinking she must be mad to even try.

A hand... interesting. It eyed her warily as it swam forward, treading the water as well as it could while it leaned forward to sniff. She smelled quite a bit of other animals, and it snorted a little, trying to get the scent out of its nostrils. Another low bark escaped it before it swam forward a little more and pulled itself onto land to explore a little.
