Please note...- The last date to post your introduction post is the September 6th. Without an introduction post you cannot battle. - Certain moves can't be used in the Pit because of the surroundings and other moves can affect more than one creature at the same time. After all introduction posts have been posted you will be informed whether those two apply to any of your creatures' moves. - That you have 3 days to post a response to a calculation post and/or roleplay post. The 3 day deadline is not extended if your foe posts after a calculation post. Not meeting the deadline results in an automatic disqualification. - That characters level once every 20 posts in the Fighting Pit, but pets gain levels and loyalty towards their owners normally.

They had waited, but when nobody came to the owners box, the match, for humanoid ears since sarane don't speak Common, was declared a forfeit. That the creature of lightning and sound had made noise, made him freeze and then WALKED AWAY. They all walked away. He shrieked indignation, but a wild drake in this place wasn't something he was willing to become just to get a fight. No, he was a drake who knew what happened to those wild drakes. Been one himself in the past too. He sneers at the retreating 'lung, vowing to take him on properly. He'd fight this creature, as he went back t hrough the gate, and was given food and water. She still didn't come. There was no information, no sound, heck, even the connection was cut. She must not be wearing that special ribbon that was somewhere on his body. Why. WHere. WHAT THE HELL. -Ready?-

And still didn't come. The drake didn't understand what had happened. Without the connection, he wasn't able to find her regardless of distance and shriek his indignations into her face or her head. Results in a rather stressed out drake who paces a lot and refuses to eat or be even near others. "Thats twice that poor thing's got to forfeit." one of the stablehands sighed as he mucked out an open pen towards his friend. "Sucks to be his owner." "Three times, mate." the second stablehand explained. "Letter arrived today. Owner is indisposed and will be forfeiting the matches henceforth." The first stablehand makes an 'oof' motion, like being socked in the gut. Shame, such a shame.
Someone scurries out into the ring, holding a letter to practically toss at the officials. A letter of forfeit. Well, that would be to be. If the opponent was anywhere near hearing range, the announcement went out; there would be no fight today.
((I'm going to forfeit))

They ran through the hallway, she had overslept when the new letter came in about the fight and had to get herself ready. Get Rayak ready for the first, and then hurry over to the medical staff to get Rayak checked over and make sure he is physically able to fight. That last part took longer then expected, his skin might be repaired some, but he still has a slight bald patch where he was bitten. From what she is told it will likely take a bit longer to grow back the fur compared to the skin that got knitted together. At least it is growing back, she knows Rayak can be quite prideful and this would have certainly taken quite a hit, mayhap’s even more so than the constantly losing a fight would have done. ‘We’re almost there.’ She hears Rayak say in her mind as he easily keeps up with her running pace, and showing no sign of feeling tired. She feels rather jealous about his stamina in that regard. “Good.” She answers back as she can see the doors are open. Slowing down slightly she furrows her brows as she steps inside the sand pit with Rayak. “What is going on here?” She says baffled while looking at the empty bleachers and seeing the crowd leave. “Did we miss it?” She felt so certain they where still on time, but then again, the medical staff did held them back a bit longer then they normally would have. ‘Maybe.’ She hears Rayak say as he stares pensively at the pit doors being wide open, and the large claw markings in the sand leading in and then at a spot that had been trampled a lot, but not in the way it would suggest a fight before leaving the same way again. With dread she looks up at the spot the announcer is normally at...
