HI so lemme ask this somewhere not-the-Cbox. I totally forget we have an entire help forum, WHOOPS. So I struggle sometimes with extrapolating what moves are reasonable projections from a pet's base stats. Some are obvious- if they can breathe fire, they can clearly learn fire spout, right? Well, I have a foggier area to ask about.
Special Abilities: Ethereal Moves: Spook, Spectral Bite, Howl
So here's her base stats, yeah? Spectral Bite is Wind aligned, Spook is Shadow OR Wind OR Psychic, Howl is Psychic- though this one, I'm less concerned about, given that is a physical action vs elemental that any of the correct animal-type pet can learn.
I guess what I'm asking is, are ANY of these a reasonable allowance of things she could learn?: Mind Flay, Winter Gust, Gale Winds, Harsh Gust, Dizzy Mind, Psychic Distortion
In my mind, this species is very, well, ghost-y, but I know there's a difference between ghost vs ethereal. But given the spook / ethereal of it all, it doesn't seem entirely unreasonable that some psychic powers / environment manipulation is possible? I dunno, figured I'd ask.

AND WHILE YOU'RE HERE
Telekinesis
Uses the power of the mind to throw a light object at the foe.
Allows user to manipulate objects with the equivalent of 5 strength... The user does not have to be touching the object, but must see it... For example, you can make an object float, if it could be normally moved with 5 strength... When used in battle, this can be used to "throw" physical objects at opponents, dealing 1 Physical Damage. Though, this is a psychic ability, throwing objects with your mind still does physical damage.
*Requires a min. of 1 Mentality to use
Psychic - 5
So- equivalent of 5 strength, dealing 1 physical damage- does that mean the 5 + 1 total? Or the over all attack only deals 1 damage period? Also, in a tournament situation, is it assumed there IS something to throw at all?

I don't think any of those moves would work, they have to make sense with what the animal already knows, and none of them really work with those.
It would be 1 damage total I believe, and the Pit is covered in dirt and loose sand, I'm not sure there would be anything that would work.
