Morgan had to finally admit it to theirself that they didn't always have 'good days', but it wasn't like regular 'having a bad day'. It was starting to affect their life, and it was getting to the point that Morgan was going to have to do something about it. The logical thing would be to change or tweak behaviors in order to better how they felt about things, but it was so hard to force theirself to stick with these things sometimes. It'd been like this sometimes whenever they were younger, but it wasn't this often or this easily brought up.
But, being around their family made them feel better. Those days where they just got up and forced theirself to do this kind of thing, like this scope-out with Ryuusei, made Morgan feel better somewhat. Still, it was possible that there would have to be extra steps taken in order to improve the condition.

Morgan had been so worried for so long about just surviving and it took them forever to truly thrive. Now, Morgan was feeling like it was time to try to stop just trying to live, and start pushing towards those goals, and keep theirself busy. That was why, so many months ago, they had began doing each of the quests that they could each month. They needed to start doing things, actually going out and physically doing things. The benefits had been surprising. Morgan felt a little more active, and that made them feel a little better. Still, they didn't necessarily like being around too many other people.
That was just as well, Morgan thought. It kept them from having to deal with stuff like what the shopkeepers were dealing with. Strange folks that feel like they can break in shops just because they have a crush or something else like that. Morgan didn't mind being out with their family, like Ryuusei, though.

Speaking of that, Morgan felt like they heard something, out there on the lot, just a moment ago. Morgan's eyes were starting to glaze over from sitting in the cold staring, so they had taken just a moment to rub them by lifting up their glasses when they heard it. Ryuusei stiffened up a bit, no longer wriggling about like he had been for a bit- Morgan guessed that he had seen something. The bespectacled human quickly replaced their glasses and blinked, looking out towards the building. Aha; something... Small? Walking across the lot. Morgan fought the urge to jump out and try to catch them, but something kept them rooted in place. They quickly noticed that it wasn't someone breaking in, but someone with a key. Someone a little short- with deer legs.
Morgan stepped out then, waving Ryuusei over too. It looks like whoever it was didn't show up today before the doors opened.

Morgan climbed the box fence, and now that Ryuusei was free to move about more easily again, he had no issue hopping out of the cage with about half the force that would require him to take to the air. It looked like the shopkeep had went into the shop already, so they wouldn't be too frightening even though it was just before dawn and they had been hiding in a bin of boxes. The human walked up to the door, and then apologetically looked back at Ryuusei- 'Sorry Ryuusei, I don't think you're gonna fit in the door.' Morgan conveyed and signed to him, before stepping into the door. They had a quick conversation about how they had been waiting to see if anyone would break in, but apparently no one had come by (it was honestly a quick conversation, Morgan didn't like being verbose if they didn't have to). Seems like this was going to have to be repeated for a few days.

As soon as the mandatory conversation was completed, Morgan stepped out of the shop and patted Ryuusei on the shoulder. "We're gonna have to do this for the next few mornings, see if we can catch 'em." Morgan said, conveyed, and signed to the golden tat-lung. Ryuusei didn't seem to mind, all this gave him an excuse not to tell Seimei quite yet about how he felt, after all. The pair would go to the Quest Board to check up with Jolyne and see if the mysterious candy showed up there. Morgan couldn't help but think that maybe, the candy was being delivered on different nights or mornings to each shop. They were going to get to the bottom of the mystery, regardless. They needed to know where to go the next night, however, they would probably try the shop that didn't get the candy today, if their thoughts on the matter were correct.
For now, it was time to head home.

You have rolled a Success! Your QP will be added to the bank, and your prizes will be sent to you shortly. You may continue roleplaying if you wish (take the following info into consideration when continuing roleplaying ;3).
------------------
After all that hard work (including whatever you did afterward) you are given your first glimpse of whoever has been leaving those horrendous notes...
A young boy wearing a sweater and shorts was holding a little box of candies and a card when he was glimpsed sneaking suspiciously close to the building, and then when he was spotted he tried to run away! After running directly into Jolyne, he turns around, looking sheepish. A tongue lashing by Odoshi later, and the boy was trying to defend himself- "I am not trying to uh, trying to be weird or anything!" He finally shouts, the poor thing couldn't be any older than ten. "I just want to open a candy shop! We were thinking about Selling Vakrah stuff too, but I knew that we needed to uh, advertise!" He looked really sheepish. "I thought y'all would be okay with it, but I was too embarrassed to ask!" He hangs his head in shame.
Who knew that the Vakrah Incident was a misunderstanding all along? The tiny entrepreneur was let off lightly by the two prickly shop keepers all things considered, and told that he can ask any time he wished (it was better than frustrating everyone at least).
