Auburn is the most delightful creature one could ever meet. She's simple and sweet from the heart, always willing to accept seeds and small rodents from literally any passerby without discrimination. She's trusting and loyal to a fault; Auburn is the kind of creature that would never lash back at being abused by those she cares about. Lucky for her, Renathan loves and dotes upon her more than perhaps any other creature of his. She's an adventurous creature by nature, she's curious and adaptable to nearly any situation. Her propensity for picking up on verbal cues is unparalleled among Renathan's creatures. She doesn't seem to know when to quit when she sets her mind to something, and her fearless nature makes her ultra tenacious and persistent. Auburn's energy knows no bounds; but she loves to cuddle in Renathan's mane to sleep. She is about the size of a typical izer, but has wings with twice the wingspan.
Easily the most intelligent creature at the farm; Dullahan is a mystery to even Renathan, making it incredibly hard to really tell what he is thinking at any given time. He is far more intelligent than even Renathan, and for some reason seems to enjoy wordplay a bit. He enjoys asking questions in manners that would annoy most, and tends to hold back when it comes to his abilities. Dullahan has some kind of mysterious illness that makes him unable to take much damage; he is very laid back due to it. He refuses to make brash decisions. Dullahan tends to hide his emotions a bit, but is prone to strong emotions regardless. Perhaps one of the most patient creatures Renathan has ever seen; Dullahan has a strong sense of what he considers right and wrong. Dullahan spends an inordinate amount of time laying around his observatory bedroom and staring up at the stars. Renathan has decided to give him his own space, and Dullahan is treated more as a friend than as a pet. Dullahan will probably never trust others completely, but he does still have some dreams and aspirations. After all, he does want to find out how the world works. Renathan had no idea when he ordered a custom Yumenokei that they were sentient creatures, and as such feels terrible for his accidental enslavement.
Shy Guy originally began as an outlaw; a stallion equillion that refused to be touched or handled by anyone. He is HIGHLY aggressive for a Pure Equillion; often displaying rather Tainted-esque traits. His upper and lower teeth have four more teeth than most other Pures, and appear to be canine-esque; these fangs secrete an acidic venom that can easily kill over time if left untreated. Shy Guy has been known to be rather prevalent with any mares around, but he is generally left to do as he pleases. He's incredibly intelligent and driven for a creature of his sort; he is often found getting into precarious positions and sparring with other equillion. He's a general nuisance, but has lots of potential. His general body build is certainly Morgan-horselike, and he appears to be gaited in movement. He typically eats a diet of fruit and some grasses, but will rarely catch and kill birds and small creatures like rabbits; and then eat them if he's allowed. Since he has become an old-stage equillion, Shy Guy has truly become a Brook Horse. He's somewhat kelpie-like though pure in body, as he can swim and breathe underwater. His bite is terrifying; acidic and venomous. His body is huge and powerful, and he is both strong in mind and body. His true weakness lies in his aversion to the light; but he can hold his own due to his body and training. Renathan has personally dyed all of his tack brown and pink to match his form so that it doesn't get mixed up. Shy Guy has the body shape of a Morgan Horse, only with a gaited movement; however he is easily as tall as a Shire horse.
Feisty, untamed, smart, self-sufficient, and ultimately very sensual. Shebang is the fire cracker of the Farm, and always seems to be coming home with litters; but never with a mate. She's nurturing to her own, but always willing to pick a fight. All of the other creatures give her a wide berth, and she even keeps the sarane in check to a small degree. Shebang is a huntress- an obligate carnivore. She refuses to eat herbivores, and will happily kill and eat carnivorous prey almost twice her size.
The Queen of all of Renathan's Sarane. Terrifying. Dominant Hens are -the worst-. She's the first Sarane at all to kill another sarane in the pit, and she did it twice. Daughter of Wands is convinced she is better than all drakes, and Renathan has no intention on showing her otherwise, just in case.

As a baby, Phoenix was Renathan's pride and joy. He hatched for Renathan down in the mines and they played together. Phoenix had not a care in the world and was docile and well behaved. He rode in Renathan's backpack, slept in his bed, had no prey drive, and cried whenever Renathan had to leave him alone. He was too gentle with creatures, and tended to be well enough rewarded with praise. He loved to chew on rocks down in the mines. As an adult, Phoenix is a vain attention-seeking drake, he loves fighting and has a big sense of self importance... Generally he gets his butt beat by any sarane that knows what they are doing. He's Daughter of Wand's prized drake and is completely cowed by her. He'll breed with other hens if he gets the chance, but Daughter of Wands rarely lets him have the chance.
Morti was gifted to Renathan by Jack, and he is Renathan's pride and joy. However, he was bullied by the many sarane that Renathan used to have. Renathan gave him a wind injection in an attempt to give him some kind of weapon against the other sarane. Just so happens to have turned him ethereal. Thank goodness Renathan had broken him before that! Morti is ghostlike now, and loves to flit through walls and doors. He enjoys being able to live 'in the house' with Renathan without having to deal with size constraints. Morti loves only Renathan, and will breed hens only if Renathan wants him to. He doesn't like to fight, but will happily do whatever Renathan tells him to do. He's very eager to please.

Bored, terribly bored. He prefers to sit in a sunny spot in the yard all day, and then maybe do some hunting at night. Stag is terrified of his mother and tries to stay away from her if he can, but actually tolerates his dad, despite them both being drakes. Stag doesn't actually enjoy fighting, and spends the majority of his dominance wooing hens and trying not to set the yard on fire too much. He was an absolute devil before Renathan broke him, but afterwards he seems to have decided that he just like the simple things in life- hens, food, and sunlight.
Renathan found Shigeru mortally wounded, shot and left for dead. With the help of Jack, Sabbath is just able to save his life with a mixture of Jack's first aid and his magic, but Shigeru has sustained heavy scarring and a very extensive limp in his back right leg. On top of this, he does not trust anyone, and is a bit violent. Sabbath hopes to get him to heal emotionally now that the physical danger has passed. He has high pain tolerance, a pretty decent cunning that almost always gets him what he wants, and a rather brutish side despite the fact that he carries himself like a gentleman would. He is picky, and will only accept cooked food.
Twilight-Claw: Thanks for that piece of info Ren! <3 | But would it be allowed for the flavor of the rp if the berry wasn't filling enough for the Lotine?
Jun 1, 2020 6:09:21 GMT -6
Renathan: There is no need to double up on a fish and a magical berry (doesn't change the effect of the berry at all) in a lotine breeding.
Jun 1, 2020 6:02:21 GMT -6
Twilight-Claw: Does anyone know if it is possible to combine both a magical berry and a fish in a Lotine breeding? Or is you can only choose one of them? (right now writing a Lotine breeding)

Twilight-Claw: I am still interested in trading it for a green drake.

Ridelys: If you are still interested in a trade twilight, for your fidelity result, let me know.

Riku: I got three pet levels and 15c out of it. <3 And all the necessary posts for my job salary form.
May 31, 2020 18:49:26 GMT -6
Riku: In mine my crossbreed used foxfire to burn it - but then it used incendiary illusion, which was extra scary because my cross is a plant pet with thick fur. It used the distraction to escape. I’m proud of it, and it’s okay that I won’t finish this month.

Renathan: *But of course, the RNG was not having that. / In Morgan's story, the Nyssa was a real thing, so I wanted to have two different situations for the variety.
May 31, 2020 18:15:27 GMT -6
Renathan: Yeah, the 'finished the story but the RNGods are being a butt' thing is a rather unfortunate situation to be in. I had already decided that in Ren's story, the elderly woman had lied about the nyssa and just wanted someone to talk to*
May 31, 2020 18:14:49 GMT -6
Riku: That makes sense. I've considered that before. -nod- I hope your non-hxr life is going smoothly.

Haix: Just quitting the job. Don't believe I'll be making the ten posts required per month any time soon. XD
May 31, 2020 16:34:01 GMT -6
Riku: Note to haix, I believe you can post the new application form at the same time as the quitting form. Unless you are simply taking an overall break from the job system.

Fiera Ferella: even AT the gardens yet. XD It sucks when you've finished writing your story and haven't gotten a success, because then its like "well... now what?" XD
May 31, 2020 15:51:47 GMT -6
Fiera Ferella: ive found that when there's a quest that might take longer like this, its a good idea to try and space out the story beats to try and roll a success before i get to the meat of the story. XD Like, by the time i was 5 posts in my character wasn't
