The Redbud Hovel was once rumored to be a little cabin in the woods, far off of the beaten path of Miisaa Avenue.
Over the past few years the Avenue has stretched further and further, enough that the delicate twisted path to the farm can be seen from the road. Past a lovely stone knee-high wall is an old-growth forest in which a pale cobblestone path winds through, lit by ornate red lanterns all the way down that are lit each evening until early morning. The path transforms into quaint wooden arc bridges over the top of two brooks before ending in front of a much higher farm fence. The land beyond the old-growth thicket is beautiful rolling hillocks with vibrant fields dipping beneath.
In the middle of the rolling hillocks and towards the far end of the property line (against the forest, which wraps around the estate) is a three-story log cabin-style house. The topmost floor has a great glass window on three of the four sides. The front door is extra wide; it would seem that many of the larger creatures in the estate live inside the house as well as out in the yard. There are two grand barns on either side of the estate, one seems to be kitted for Sarane and the other for miscellaneous mount animals. They are separated by a fence in the middle, that has a matching path that leads up to the main house between the two of them. Beyond the back of the property is a small path that leads to yet another estate connected to the Redbud Hovel, in which the proprietor's orbaru are kept.
The entire plot is idyllic and beautiful, an old lot that no one wanted renovated over the years two preserve the forest around it. Despite the true nature of the Hovel and the Lands that it is built upon, people still spread rumors about the spooky forest itself, which can be very dark and wild at night.
