Your Character('s/s') bound draconic(s) can now become full-fledged characters as an option!
First off: A (non-character) Bound Draconic, starting at loyalty 20, can own and train up to Three Pets that can live in your Canyon City Home, even as it normally is. A bound draconic can train their pets using The Mesa* like a regular Character would use the park. In addition, A bound draconic at loyalty 20 can come to the Labs to visit and perform actions with your character! This is with the bound draconic remaining as it normally is. They can visit your 'one per user' areas (The Mansion, Mines, etc.) with your character, but cannot have a thread of their own.
*The Mesa is also the place for you to ''train'' your draconics now as well (teach how to do moves/abilities/tricks).
Optionally; a Bound Draconic can become a permanent secondary character as long as it is at least 30 Loyalty (to your character). It does not HAVE to become a character, and can instead remain as it normally is. A bound draconic secondary character can own it's own pets, and go to the city any time they wish, even living there if they so choose. They can perform any action that a character can do, and can even own pets there! They can have threads of their own in 'one per user' areas but cannot use tools.
However, a bound draconic can only own one mml pet per every 10 loyalty that it has to it's bonded character. That is, 3 up until loyalty 30, and then one more for every 10 loyalty. So it is a really good idea to continue to 'hang out' with your soul-bound draconic to boost their confidence!
Bound Draconics CANNOT have draconics.

To Obtain a Draconic Character
1. You must have a bound draconic.
2. The bound draconic has to be at least loyalty 30.
3. You must apply for the secondary account in question.
4. Your draconic will still be bound to the character it is bound to.
5. Your draconic will still count as living with it's kin in the bound character's Canyon City home.
Rules for Draconic Characters
-Draconic Characters follow the same rules as regular characters except:
1. Draconic characters are reverted to level 0 when they are made into their own character, though they still can have loyalty to your character. A draconic character gains levels just like any other Character (one per ten posts) in "basic" areas. It gains levels at half the normal rate (one per twenty posts) in 'advanced' areas. The Plot Area is an exception, which resumes the normal rate of one per five posts.*
*Note that your draconic retains all the languages learned from before the level reset, and does not learn any more without the use of foreign language.
2. Draconic characters can use their levels (training points) to buy moves, tricks, or abilities normally available to a creature of it's kind. They may also buy any character skill that makes sense for their anatomy. Draconic characters automatically 'know' the moves and abilities in their basic stats. Draconic characters do not have skill groups, attributes, or traits.
3. Draconic characters can use their usual magic. They cannot make familiars. They cannot make nodes. They cannot swallow nodes or use nodes. They can, however, learn to use magic items. Draconics have their own magic after all.
4. They cannot own draconics or be bound to draconics of course; they are bound to your character!
5. Draconic characters may use any items intended for pets that are usable for a normal creature of their kind. They may also use a limited range of items available to characters that will "fit" their non-human body shape.
6. Draconic characters can go to the Fishing Area by theirself or with their human, but cannot really use the tools that humanoid characters would use.
7. Draconics cannot, of course, enter their-selves in tournaments.
8. Draconics will keep the loyalty they have to their Soulbound character from before they become a secondary character. They can also continue to gain loyalty to said Soulbound character; but only when they roleplay together (IE: Soulbounddraconic1 makes 5 posts, with Soulboundcharacter1 posting inbetween them, like two players would roleplay together.).
