If a creature has deaf and linked hearing, would snd attacks work like regular (assuming linked being is present)? Or would it count as 'deaf' and receive no damage/effect and simply be aware that the sound attack occurred...? Since it's more of a psychic link than physical.
If a blind creature has echolocation, do they essentially hear-see at all times, only having to use the move itself for the 100% accuracy bonus? Or do they have to use up their turn to use the move just to 'see' at all...?

I believe it's been about two weeks since I asked this. I'm not sure if it was accidentally overlooked?

Okay, so YES a creature with both Deaf and Linked Sense Hearing WOULD be effected by Sound Moves if the owner was in the same area as the sound move.
Also, a blind creature DOES have to use Echolocation to get the bonus. They don't see/hear at all times.
