Drown - 3 Description: The caster summons a large amount of water which envelopes the foe, depriving them of air. Due to the potential threat in using this move the spell can only be held for one attacking phase, though it is rumored that those who mean to kill can hold it for much longer. Effect: 3 water damage to the opponent. Lasts for one turn. If the caster wishes to keep the spell going (without breaking it), they may do so for an additional 6 MP. If they spend the extra 6 Water MP, it does an additional 6 water damage. On the third turn, if the caster wishes to keep it going even longer, they may do so for an additional 12 Water MP at which point the victim's stamina is reduced to 0 (if it has not previously been reduced to 0 or below).
Circle of Water - 5 Description: A ring of rushing Water surrounds the caster (and friends that are within touch distance of the caster), protecting them from water related attacks entirely and soaking all who attempt to harm them with great force. Effect: Lasts 3 turns. Caster cannot leave the circle, or the effect ends. Grants Water Immunity to all within' the circle. Any who attempt to enter the circle receive 4 points in water damage.
Gift of Sea (Innate) - 6 Description: The target of this spell receives the "gift of sea,” allowing it to swim through any body of water without fear of drowning. Effect: Temporarily grants the target the ability "Amphibious". Lasts for 3 turns. When the effect ends, the one with the gift is rocketed toward the surface. Assuming there is nothing in the way, there is little risk of drowning.
Monsoon - 6 Description: Creates a windy rainstorm, forming a quick marsh for one day. The land turns back to how it was after 24 hours. Effect: Creates an area that increases the damage of all wind magic by 50% and water magic by 100%
Thunderstorm - 6 Description: A storm is summoned, pouring rain and with lightning ready to spark down at any second, so watch out or you might get zapped. Effect: Lasts for three turns. Everyone in the storm takes 1 water damage per turn. In addition, each target has a 10% chance each turn of being hit by lightning and taking 3 electrical damage. For the tallest target on the field, this is raised to 20%.
Healing Rain - 10 Description: A light rain trickles down from the sky, soothing those it touches. Anyone standing within the rain feels their wounds closing and their troubles washing away. Effect: Restores 2 stamina every turn for all creatures nearby. Lasts for three turns. Restores all stats that have been lowered or drained.

Morgan: I'm legit so happy now that draconics will basically be able to communicate in draconic instead of being completely unable to communicate from birth unless classically trained or 7+ intelligence. It was so weird to try to do story breedings like that.
