“Ack!” She hears her human’s muffled yelp, surprised, she quickly looks back at them, and sees she is biting in her own paw, the pained whine of the white wolf is confusing as they seem to be hurt as well when they lift one of their front paws up in a motion as if they stepped on something painful and licks it to ease the hurt. “Sorry Solis, but this is the only way I can likely encourage you to use your gift of healing.” Taka wonders just why she seems to have wanted to hurt herself, the large being didn’t seem to be the one who made her do it, and looks just as perplexed as she is for her human to just injure herself.
The wolf whines in confusion at her as he stares at her bleeding hand, the whine turning pained when she presses her other paw on it enough to make it bleed more. She growls at her human for still trying to injure herself, hackles rising once more, she just doesn’t know why her human is ignoring the biggest threat that is near them, even if it is sick, that being is likely still quite capable of crushing them. And they won’t be able to dodge it by staying so close to it. She barks out a plume of fire when her human only spares her one look before focusing back on the white wolf, ignoring her, and only bringing her injured paw closer to the white wolf who sniffs at it. “Can you heal it for me Solis? Pretty please?” The white wolf growls at her, looks up at the sick being that is staring at them in confusion, and seemingly resigned at what they need to do, drops their head close to the ground with a whine. Slowly the white wolf starts to glow, each moment brighter then the last. She would have squeezed her eyes shut if it became too bright, but something else distracted her from watching the white wolf.
The light reaches the large being and too her surprise, it slowly starts to look healthier the longer that the white wolf keeps glowing, its bark lessening in scent of rotting maple wood till it smells more like a healthy tree, and its leaves starting to regain color and strength. “That’s it Solis, your doing a good job!” She hears her human say in an appreciative tone when finally the glowing stops, and even her hand has stopped bleeding. If the sight and scent of the blood that is slowly drying wasn’t on her paw, she would have thought her human hadn’t even bitten herself. She snorts at the slow wagging of the white wolf’s tail, what are they even happy about? Her human, now that she thinks about it, clearly forced them to glow and heal her injury and that of the moving tree. She didn’t like the feeling of being constantly confused as she sees the large being snatch the sack of many fruits scent and carefully making sure to not touch either her human or the white wolf, makes its way in the direction of the boundary marking that is still left untouched.. until now..
As it easily moves through it, bending the metal till it breaks, and heading out to the wild, crushing every other bush in its path that had still been standing healthy till that point. “Well.. At least the Nyssa did what I asked..” She hears her human say in embarrassment while watching the being walk away. The white wolf just sneezes at her words. While Taka ignores them both and looks at the slowly growing smaller sight of the moving trees as she finally realizes just why her mind was nagging at her on its scent feeling so familiar, and groans..
