Nadia had never been to Playful Pup. In a sense, she found that a bit of a disgrace - what had her companions been doing to occupy themselves when she wasn't around? Better late than never, though, and she was sure she would make up for it on her planned shopping trip.
The store was cute, and she found herself smiling straight away. So colourful! She offered a shy greeting to the shopkeeper before ducking to the side to browse. So many options... she always took a long time deciding what to buy, and would no doubt be clogging up the aisles for a good ten minutes. By the time she reached the counter, her arms were laden with things that had caught her eye.
"Hello, sir," Her voice was quiet, as it always was on first introductions. "I would like to purchase these, and... also a beanbag, but I... I'm afraid I wasn't able to pick it up..."
Understandable with her hands so full, but she still looked embarrassed about it.
Mr. Simon dropped the balls he was juggling, whistling while he winked and bowed to the woman. "Hello my lady! Welcome to Playful Pup! Which beanbag were you looking for? I'll suck the air out and make it easier for you to carry," he told her with a bright smile, "Do you have anything to help carry? Or should I call an Equillion cart to help?"
What an interesting man! He was certainly chattier than many of the shopkeepers she'd come across in her time at the Labs - and less... intimidating, than Mavrik or Alan. It was much appreciated. The smile that crept across her face was all the more genuine for it.
"Ah, thank you, sir," She said as she rummaged in her satchel for her credits. It would do well to be prepared! "I had my eye on a... I believe it was... a murp beanbag? The... the dairy kind?"
She'd not been thinking about carrying the load home, considering she'd only popped in for a few bits! Now, laden with purchases, it sounded more reasonable to call for assistance. She was loath to bother anyone, but it would be unfortunate to try and shimmy them back without causing an accident.
"I-- I would appreciate a cart, thank you," She nodded. "How much do I owe you?"
"127!" Mr. Simon said with a smile as he came back with a Dairy Murp beanbag in his arms. He put some suction onto the zipper and pulled the air out before packing it away and calling for a cart, "Is there anything else you'd like today, miss?"
Not as bad as she'd anticipated! Nadia took a moment to count out the needed credits. She was lucky enough to be sitting on some savings - it was keeping her going while she sought a true profession, and allowed her to splash a little money on her companions from time to time. There was much to be grateful for.
Much to be exhausted with, also, but that was a different matter.
"Here you go, sir," She handed over the money with a little bob of her head. "That will be all, thank you. I appreciate your assistance greatly."
All that was left to do was wait for the cart, then. The house wasn't too far away, but the help with carrying would be a lifesaver in the summer weather. She'd have to make a separate visit for other goods... and perhaps bring a beast of burden with her that time.
Renathan: You certainly did a great job on the gummy texture; they practically look edible!

Silver: I'd be happy to help you set up a mini species guide maybe? :3

Xentus: Yea, the smaller guides are included in the update project. I suppose a little reformat would be needed to the guides match the stat blocks if anything. Or misc species can have individualized mini guides but i havent thought of how to format that
