Just a very quick one right now. (As I am busy reworking skill setting of Zephyrus to make it look neater, I noticed this)
Never Give Up! You can permanently inspire one single pet - through sheer will - to never, ever give up. They remain concious, even after they've reached 0 stamina. In fact, they can keep fighting until they reach -5 stamina... but -10 stamina is still death. Max Ranks: 1 Cost per Rank: 10 sp
Is this skill meant for one pet permanently, and your character can't inspire another one, or can it be taken multiple times?
Considering we have Survival Instincts/Eidolon Endeavor which is more powerful, and easy to gain for customs, as well as that this skill costs 10 sp and likely won't be taken all that often if it isn't necessary for the job request, I thought it could be taken multiple times, but now I am not too certain if that is actually so.

You can take it multiple times, but once per specific pet. The skill was put into place before Survival Instincts/Eidolon Endeavour was added as an ability, so back then it was a Big Deal, although it was intended to only work outside the Pit x3 (So yeah, these days Survival/Eidolon has been made super cheap, since you can get it for anything and on anything and it also works in the Pit, which really takes away the impact of this skill).

Thanks for answering Darky! I'm glad then that my second look at the skill was wrong in thinking because of the wording it was only one pet it meant. <3
I don't even remember when it was introduced, so I am a bit oblivious about it since I always thought that skill and the ability Survival/Eidolon was always there when it became v2.
Still, why would it not work inside the pit though? The character would still be near and shouting encouragements and such to the pet to make them not want to give up. At least, I see it that way. ^^:

The main reason why it doesn't work is because then all the other skills affecting pets would have to work as well, and originally the Pit was intended to put emphasis on the creature's own battle prowess rather than the character's ability to change the outcome of a battle through their skills. Although these days it could be interesting to see how it would affect things if character skills were possible in the Pit, now that I think about it..
