Morgan hadn't been here in a bit. They'd been saving up their points, but they weren't really for sure what anymore. They were after credits this go around though, for a project they'd decided would be worth it. Sure, they could pull the funds from their personal account any time they wished, but it would be easier to just go get fresh ones from the Questing Inquisitor than digging around in their backup account. The bespectacled human pushed their glasses further up their nose and then stepped into the building, immediately pulling out their questing card and stepping to the counter. "I'd like to buy 5 QP w-worth of credits." They said, simply handing it over. They knew that this particular shopkeeper wasn't always in the best mood, and to keep it strictly to business and respect that. The good thing was that Morgan didn't like making small talk anyway, so it was fine.

Jolyne managed to keep her sighing to herself, given that this person showed up with very little fanfare and didn't try to make overly polite, stifling small talk with her. She took the card with a sharp nod, swiped it, and was quick to hand it back. "There ya go, done."

The card was taken, and swiped rather unceremoniously. Good, Morgan thought, today was going to be quicker than they thought. They were always quite happy to be able to go into a shop and then leave without difficulty. Small talk was perhaps as annoying to them as it was for others in similar ways, and perhaps this particular shopkeeper felt similar. They took the card back, slipped it into the wallet at the same time as stating- "Thank you for your expediency." They almost said 'have a nice day', but managed to keep it to a bare minimum. They sincerely doubted that it would actually help in this case, and might come off as more aggravating and fake than anything else. They turned to leave instead, giving a quick wave.
They had a few other small errands they needed to run today while they had a chance. First, they would go to the Zoological Imports. But that was most of the way across town, so it was a trip they'd have to take...

"Yeah, sure," Jolyne waved her hand dismissively. At least that had been over with quickly. Now she could go back to... whatever it was she had been doing before. Darn it!
