Back again it seemed, about a month since her last trip here.
The last time Sevyrn had walked in to the Hook, Line and Sinker she'd been brand new to the hobby, but after spending a little bit of time down at the river - even finding one of those elusive sea ponies - she had more confidence to her when she walked in for the second time. She still was no professional but she understood the basics of what she was doing, and was ready to load up on bait and tackle. She walked in hoping to just grab a bunch of stuff, planning to work through it using trial and error to figure out what would actually end up working best and what wouldn't. It couldn't be that difficult, right?
Until she found herself staring at a wall of shelves filled with various different supplies. Ooookay.... Sevyrn elected to just grab a handful each of a variety of things, then grabbed a pair of clog boots and a set of bobbers. That should be enough right?
"Hey! Nice to see you again," she said to the shopkeeper as she started to unload her collection of supplies to be purchased.
Ka'shisk beamed. Lots of supplies to sell! That was always a delightful turn of events in one's day. "Greetingssss! Quite a sssweep of my sssshelvesss you've done," She said playfully. "Issss thissss everything? It will cosssst three hundred and fifty sssseven creditsss."
"Yup!" Sevyrn affirmed with a big nod - the sasshirk behind the counter seemed incredibly pleased to be making such a big sale. As Sevyrn started to dig through her pockets for her wallet she tried to keep up the easy conversation. "Last time I was here I was just about to be learning basics... now it's time to stock up and figure out what I like best, you know? Figured I'd get a bunch of everything, should last a while at least."
Aha! There it was - Sev's left hand left her pocket empty, but her right came out with her wallet trapped against her palm. She opened it up and pulled out the money needed, counting it twice over before she offered it over to Ka'shisk. "This should be everything - let me know if I miscounted, I'll fix that up." With a smile on her face she gave the sasshirk a chance to make sure she had been paid right.
"That'ssss great to hear! I'm ssso glad you enjoy fissshing," Ka'shisk said, and accepted the credits. With a practiced eye, she ascertained that there was enough to cover the costs. "Thanksss sssso much."
