> Xentus, alone.
This wasn't his favorite place to visit, but after receiving his payment for the most recent job he took, he figured he might as well spend it. The training kits he got before proved to be exceedingly helpful for the golems he was raising. They grew well into stalkers and fulfilled their purpose by fusing into new seeds. The boost they got from the kits was a boon he sought after once more.. Which meant coming here.
The leopard exhaled sharply as he entered the store. His card was ready, he knew what he wanted. Jolyne seemed to have just finished assisting another customer.. The back of their head looked vaguely familiar. Ah but now wasn't the time to be distracted. His turn at the counter was up.
"Greetings. Xentus would like three of those training kits, please", the leopard was upfront with what he wanted, offering his card forward. There was little room for pleasantries, as he experienced from the past, but he did his best to put on a kind smile and look presentable.

Jolyne was busy today. That was just fine - everyone had run through quickly enough, so she wasn't too bothered. "Yep," She said, taking the card to swipe it. Once it was through, she handed it back along with the vouchers. "There."

Quick, easy, and curt. Just as he'd experienced previous times before. As usual, there was no impressing this shopkeeper. Perhaps one day he'd get to see her face crack some semblance of a smile, but today was not that day. He watched as she barely even cast a glance at him to process his request, everything done in a quick, smooth motion. The leopard bowed his head in thanks, taking his card and purchase. "Much appreciated", Xentus said pleasantly as he turned to hake his exit. He figured he'd return here again and repeat this again after earning himself a few more points, but at least this errand was out of the way for now. With these kits, he'd be saving himself a lot of work with those golems. They were fascinating creatures, sure, but even his endless patience could wear a little thin when there were over ten of them to nurture and grow. Knowing that he could hasten the process was enough to make this venture worth it.

Jolyne watched the customer leave. Huh. An interesting one, that one. "Yeah, bye," She called, almost as an afterthought.
