Well, here she was again with a pair of Kairfuryoo and her last root pair until she could run by the store again. Part of her wanted another leaflet for this one as well, but… that wasn’t going to happen, she would just have to keep breeding until she got a Kair from one of these breedings. Luckily she was working with some new ones, hatchlings she had bred herself who were all grown up now. Part of her wanted them to stay little forever, but she knew that was a bad idea, they needed to grow up sometime at least. Solitaire was from one of her first breedings, and Star was from the last one she had done. She loved the way they looked, and she was sure they would give her some amazing offspring no matter what. All she had to do was breed them a few times, she figured with a grin as the three of them left the Kennel and headed toward the Breeding Center. They both had black and blue on them, but Star was mostly white, which was going to be great if she got a Kair from them this time. All she had to do was hope, right?

Jack had high hopes for this pairing for some reason, she just had a good feeling. Even if she just got Kairfuryoo, then everything would be alright she decided, and she wouldn’t have to worry about hers looking so similar to each other. That was an issue, a lot of the time the siblings would look a lot alike, and she hoped to avoid that by using different pairs. It would be fine, she knew with a smile as she thought about it all along, and she walked with the two Kairfuryoo offspring, wondering what she was going to get out of them. They would be lovely, she knew, and she hoped that everything would be fine in the long run. Of course it would though, there was nothing else for her to think of at the moment, and the woman pushed her hair back a little as she thought about it. Things would be fine, she knew no matter what, and then she pushed forward toward the Breeding Center, Solitaire and Star in tow, looking quite lovely together no matter what. She was hoping for a starry Kair, and she would get it eventually, she was pretty stubborn when it came to things like that. 2/20

If she didn’t get what she wanted out of these two, she would most likely breed them again. It only made sense, at least to her, and she could afford a few more root pairs easily, though she didn’t necessarily want to buy them at the moment, they were pretty expensive all things considered. Jack rubbed the back of her head and looked at the Kairfuryoo, it was kind of weird, breeding them, but it would be fine, it always was, wasn’t it? Hmm, maybe she needed to rethink her hobbies maybe, but she didn’t know what else to do at the moment, so it was all good. Really she needed to get into the mines and all that, but there wasn’t much for her to go on at the moment when she thought about it. Jack didn’t know what to do, and that was perfectly fine she figured, there were plenty of things to do, just not enough time to do them in, which was annoying, to be sure. Oh well, it would be fine in the long run, she just had to keep herself going for awhile, which was the hardest part of it all, she figured to herself.

Jack knew she had a little ways to go before they reached the Breeding Center, which she was fine with at the moment, it gave her a little time to look around. It was finally Fall in the Labs, which meant the leaves were starting to change and fall from the trees and everything was turning orange and brown. She liked this time of year well enough, though it made her sneeze, and she hoped that everything would be alright in the end of it all. Smiling a little, she glanced at the two Kairfuryoo, hoping they would give her a Kair. What was her obsession with Kair anyway? If she was going to be obsessed with something, she figured it would be the breedables themselves, you couldn’t breed Kair, which made sense. Jack scratched her head, looking at the two little Kairfuryoo, and wondered what would happen if she just let them do their thing without the root pair. Probably not breed, if she was being honest with herself that is. There wasn’t much she could do though, that was true, and she hoped that everything would work out for her in the end of it all, though it was going to be fine.

While she knew everything would work out in the end, she didn’t know how long it would really take to get her Kair. It was alright, things would be fine, she knew, but she had to worry about it no matter what. Frowning a little, the woman shook her head, it didn’t matter how long it took, she would continue doing this she knew. However, she might go broke while she was doing so, which was the worst part at the moment. Jack frowned again and then sighed, she didn’t want to be out of credits at all, but that was something she was going to have to deal with sooner or later, she knew. Touching the node pouch at her hip, she wondered about the people who had made them for her, she owed them something for giving her part of their soul for a moment or two, but still, she didn’t care much what was going on. She was just happy to have them, and as she looked at the two avians, she hoped that things would work out between them no matter what, it was just hard for her to imagine what the offspring might look like, however.

There wasn’t much to go on, as to if these would give some good offspring, she hoped they would of course, but there was no guarantee now was there? She just had to trust her eyes and do what needed to be done for now, and she figured that would be the good thing, right? Of course there were always other things to be done, but for now she figured it was the best thing in order to do what she wanted to at the moment. A little bit longer and she would have more babies to tend to back at the Kennel. Well, the TROD would, she figured with a little chuckle, though that wasn’t to say she wouldn’t help out and all that. Jack stretched out as she glanced at the two birds, hoping for a Kair wasn’t that bad of a deal now was it? Sure, she was going off of appearance instead of anything else, but that was fine all the same, she figured with a little chuckle. Well then, it would be alright in the long run, she knew, but for now she had to keep things going with her and all that. Hopefully things wouldn’t be too bad, she knew, but they could be.

As far as she knew, the two birds enjoyed each others company. They had aged up together, along with one other Kairfuryoo at the Kennel, and the three of them really liked each other. Jack knew she had wanted to breed Solitaire and Star together pretty quickly, however, and she smiled when she saw the two of them together. It was going to be great, and she was really hoping for a Kair, but who wouldn’t at this point? Giving a little chuckle, she shook her head, she was terrible, but hey, at least she owned it. Breeding animals wasn’t a bad thing, it was just a little weird sometimes, she had found. She really hoped more animals would be bred at the Breeding Center in the future, but she didn’t know if that would be a good idea or a bad idea at the same time. Whatever, it would be fine, she would roll with the punches that came out no matter what, and she smiled a little at the idea. It would be interesting to see what the patios were there for, it wasn’t like they were there for Sarane or anything like that. What would they be for? Surely it was almost ready, though she didn’t know if that would be good or not, would it?

All she could do was hope for a Kair, she figured as they walked toward the Breeding Center, her and the two birds. They waddled this way and that, and she was sure they were distracted by the outside world, but that was fine. It wasn’t like they’d been out much or anything at this point, and she smiled a little as she thought about it. To be honest, she hadn’t done anything with either of her other Kair, but that was alright, she didn’t really need to at the moment, did she? Whatever, she would get things done when she could, that was all there was to it, and the woman chuckled a little as she thought about it a little bit. Nothing mattered much at the moment, she didn’t know what to do with things right now anyway, and that was fine all the same. Jack just hoped there wasn’t much she needed to do in order to get this going, and she touched the root pair in her bag as she walked with the two birds toward the Center, hoping this would produce what she wanted. It probably wouldn’t, she wasn’t all that lucky, but that was alright, she made do with everything, she knew, and the woman chuckled a little.

Whatever happened, she would be happy. Sure she might try and sell an offspring or two, she never knew how she was going to like them after all, and she didn’t really need a bunch of Kairfuryoo wandering around the Kennel and all that. It was fine though, she knew, and the woman sighed a little as she thought about it. It didn’t really matter right now, she knew, and she shook her head as she watched the two little birds ahead of her. They came up to her hips, which was an odd height, but at least they weren’t tiny or anything, which was always a good thing, they would be much easier to lose that way. This way they could focus on the eggs in their possession as well, and they wouldn’t either lose them because they were too small or crush them because they were too big. It was rough, but it was what it was, and the woman had no idea what to do for them. Maybe she would start training them, she really didn’t know at the moment, which was perfectly fine right now. Sighing, she shook her head, they needed to get there as soon as they could.

Life did have a funny way of throwing curveballs at you though, she figured with a frown. It didn’t really matter what she got out of the breeding, she was going to be happy either way, and the woman shrugged a bit as she tried to think of what to do. It was alright at the same time, though she wished there was something more she could do about it. All she knew was that everything needed to happen right now, they needed to get there and do what they needed to do so she could work with something else for awhile. What she would work with… there was a good question. She knew it was going to work with her fossil and some Houluh, but didn’t know which order she should do it in. Working with the fossil was much more time intensive than the Houluh, it would be smart to work with him first, but… that meant mining, and while she did need to do that, it was such a pain to work on right now it was hard for her to think about it for the moment. What did she really need to do? It was hard for her to think about it at the moment as she looked at the birds.

The Breeding Center loomed ahead in the distance, though it was definitely closer than it had been. Each time she bred something, it always seemed like the Center got further and further away, though that wasn’t possible was it? It’s not like it was the Mansion, where anything was possible. Jack frowned a little, maybe the two were connected, however, it wasn’t like it was impossible for that to happen or something, right? Hmm, it wasn’t like it was out of the realm of possibility, though she didn’t think that was the right thing at all. Jack shrugged a little and sighed as she walked the two birds toward the Breeding Center. She just wanted to get this done and over with, she knew with a frown on her face, so she could get back to mining and find some order crystals or something like that. It wasn’t like she didn’t have anything that could be bad or something, it just didn’t make too much sense. She was rambling in her head at this point, and so she reached out and put her hands on the bird’s heads for a moment, ruffling their feathers. At least she had some company, though it wasn’t the best.

It was interesting to watch the birds together though, she had to admit to that much. They were cozying up to each other at the moment, which was a good thing, right? Considering they were going to be bred together, she figured that was a good thing indeed, and the woman chuckled a little for the moment. Jack wondered what was going to happen to her if she didn’t get them to breed after all this, but that was alright she knew, they would, especially once they got the roots into them and all that. They would probably go to a regular room, they were small enough and didn’t need a lot of room to roam, which was good for her at the moment, right? She smiled a little as she looked at them, still struck by Star’s good looks for the moment, and she wished there was something else to do with all of this. She wished there was a way to influence what the offspring looked like, but she knew that wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. Whatever, she figured with a chuckle, and she shook her head a little bit as she thought of it. Hopefully things would work out for her.

Well, life was at least interesting with all the animals she had, she had to admit to that much, and she smiled a little as she thought about it. She was happy enough with what she had, but there was more out there she probably didn’t even know about. That was fine by her, and she smiled a little as she thought about it. Things would be fine, she knew, and the woman was pleased with her life at the moment. There were always things that could be improved upon, but that was life, she knew with a chuckle as she looked at the two little birds in front of her. They were chatting between themselves for the moment, which was fine, and she wondered if she could understand what they were saying, she did speak Marhoo after all. It was a very bastardized version, however, and she could only pick up a few of the words they were speaking. Still, it was lovely to hear and she wondered if they would continue to talk all day long and into the night? It was possible, she knew, but she didn’t know what she should do about it. Should she stop it? Or should she let it happen to bring them closer?

Without thinking too hard, she led the birds toward the Breeding Center still, unsure of what they would give her, but sure she might be pleased with the outcome no matter what. She didn’t know what to call for them at the moment, and that was fine, at least they were a little loyal to her at the moment, though not too much. Jack didn’t know what to do about that, she didn’t want to leash them or anything, that was humiliating to something that was sentient, and it was weird to breed them as well, but people typically did that in order to get a Kair, so here she was, trying to get more of them for whatever reason. Maybe she would get two, but she had never heard of that happening, which was strange for her. Usually even Orbaru and Pachee could throw two males or two females respectively. Whatever, she figured with a laugh, it didn’t really matter, but she secretly hoped that might happen. What would she get for selling a Kair anyway? It was hard to imagine, but there wasn’t much else she could do about it at the moment. Whatever, it was fine she knew with a smile, it didn’t matter.
