It was.. Odd for him to return so soon, but the trader's stock did seem to change as the month passed by. And this time, his senses caught onto the thrum of magic. The leopard did fancy having magic crystals about - researching them and contemplating harnessing their power for himself was certainly something he'd been considering lately. The collection was growing exceptionally well. And the lure of a prismatic crystal was one the man couldn't bring himself to pass up. After turning in a good part of his miscellaneous goodies here, his stock of bits and bobs grew thin. But it seemed the strange trader sought something he certainly still had. And it was a good thing too, since he wouldn't know what to do with these..
"Greetings. Xentus comes bearing some ah.. Living things. Which he seeks to trade for one of those brilliantly multi-hued crystals", the man announced when it came to his turn with the shopkeeper, "He hopes they suffice." A small bowl with water containing a trio of curious looking.. Apparently living? 'Things' were shown off to the trader. The leopard could only hope they were worth the trade in their eyes. Trading for 1x Prismatic Crystal (Value 80); 20 Credit Value Each (60 + 12 (Creature Bonus) = 72) Total Value: 72
The ever-silent trader needed no words to establish their interest in the trade - the simple gesture was plenty enough for the leopard to understand that he had a deal. "As always, Xentus appreciates this exchange", the leopard chimed with a grateful nod. The bowl of things for the source of iridescent magic. A fair trade? Probably not. But if it was one the cloaked figure would be willing to take, the leopard would not be one to pass up the opportunity. The bowl was carefully placed on the countertop and slowly slid forward so not to splash the liquid contained within. The pair of green worms inside wriggled about in an attempt to escape, but to no avail. Their fates were now in the hands of the trader. What they would do with the lives within was a mystery the leopard would ponder on the way back home. He held out his clawed hand for his end of the trade, then he would be on his way.
