“Job’s done.” She said cooly as the fae gawped in surprise at the blackened, rotting remains of their plants. “My... my garden!” They squeaked, looking like they were moments from passing out. “Yeah, it was pretty nasty. I did you an EXTRA favor and “weeded” it for you though.” She said, standing up casually before shoving the plastic bag full of flowers at him. “AND I got your flowers. Sounds like you owe me extra, eh?” She said, raising her eyebrows. The fae sputtered and shouted back, outraged. “You think I’ll do anything for you now? You’ve destroyed everything! It took years, YEARS to cultivate that! Do yo know how hard to feed-“ they said before cutting themself off. Not that it mattered- they both already knew. “Yes, I DO have a feeling how difficult it must have been.” She said, holding up the skull and admiring it while the fae paled further. “But you know, I bet the city guard would be willing to help you out if you need help fixing it. I bet they’d just LOVE to hear all about it.” She said with a smile. The fae almost looked like they were going to make a move for the skull, but a warning growl from Donner made them deflate. “I... no. No that won’t be necessary. I’ll... find the money. And the extra. Just please, please. Don’t...” They pleaded, any anger they had suddenly replaced by a much more reasonable sense of fear. Fiera smiled- god it was nice to hear that tone of voice again. “I’ll consider it.” She said, tucking the skull under her arm as she sauntered away, swishing her mud-spattered tail behind her as Donner got up to follow. “But I’d hurry it up if I were you, hm?”
