Without knowing if they were choking vines or not, he at least didn't like the look of them, so he tore the vines down from the gate and looked over at Mor with a wince, expecting her to wake up from the noise. Apparently, however, she could sleep through just about anything, and he shrugged and started to tear things down with a little more earnest. It was going to be fun, he hadn't really been able to grow much in the tundra back home, so this was a novel idea, and he was a fast learner it seemed. Smiling to himself, he pulled the vines until they were all gone from the front gate and fence, though it took a little while to get back and forth from it. Already it looked a little better, he didn't have to worry about it too much looking like it wasn't cared for anymore which was good.

Given the situation, he probably should have left it there for a bit, but he knew he wouldn't, and with Mor sleeping soundly, apparently, he figured this was as good a time as any to take a little break. He was big enough that he needed them every now and then, though he could do quite a bit more than most people. This was still new to him and he needed to learn some of the plants so he wasn't ripping down something that would be beneficial in the long run and all that, though he didn't know what else to expect from the garden. Could he transplant some of the plants if they were something he wanted to keep? Now that would be cool, though he didn't know what else he could do about it at the moment and all that, and he beamed at himself for at least thinking of the idea.

Bors leaned back on the seat of the little picnic table he was sitting on, Mor on the top of it laying there since she was too scared to hop down, which worked in his favor. All he needed was for her to become bolder... He smiled at her and gently patted her on the head, wondering what was going to happen to them as she grew up and he finally bred her. That was the thing he was interested in, really, and he hoped that things would go well no matter what the situation. He stroked his beard a little and looked out among the flowers of the garden, wondering what he should tackle next. This was a hard thing for him to decide, he wasn't necessarily used to these flowers after all, and he grunted a little as he tried to figure out what he was going to do next.

He wasn't used to this, but maybe he would start to take some classes or something in it just to see what he could do. Looking at Mor with bright pink eyes, the large Uthax wasn't sure if this was the best thing for him to do, but at least it was better than fishing, at least for now. He had heard they were good at fishing, but he wasn't the kind of person to be into that sort of thing. Maybe if the fish and whatnot were used for more than eating, he would get into it at some point, but he figured he wasn't going to do it anytime soon. Not only did he not know what he was doing when it came to fishing, but he knew the equipment was kind of expensive, exactly why he hadn't gotten into mining as well he knew, that and he was large.

The man sighed a little and stood up, bracing his hands on his knees to help him push up a little bit. His stark white fur stood out against the green and brown of the garden, but that was fine, he didn't think there was anything to worry about here after all. Bors twisted this way and that, hearing his spine crack a few times as he moved around, and it finally released some pressure that had been building. No one got to be as big as he was without getting a few issues with joints, he supposed. Bors scratched his head and wondered what he should be doing at this point, and hoped there was something a little clear cut. He could always start pulling plants again and cross reference them in a book he had found, and he lit up at the idea. While he couldn't read, he could look at pictures and knew the book he had borrowed was for good plants, not weeds.

Mor glanced over at the large man and wagged her tail a little. She was getting a bit more used to him, which was certainly a good thing no matter how she looked at it. At least she was out of the Houluh Adoption Agency and out and about finally. This was good, she hadn't much liked it there, and she felt bad that there were others there. Maybe he would adopt more of them before he tried to see about breeding, but she simply yawned and closed her eyes as the man pulled the book out of his pouch and laid it on the table, flipping open to a page as he yanked some plants out of the ground. He looked around in the book for a bit, and, not finding what they were, tossed them into the wheelbarrow. There, that was a decent idea he'd had, if he said so himself at least.

While he dug out plants and cross referenced them, he kept an eye on Mor at the same time. He didn't want her to get brave and hop off of the table, though she was getting bigger and it wouldn't be long now he figured with a small frown. Bors shrugged, what happened, would happen, and he didn't need to worry about it just yet though he knew. As big as he was, then he didn't think he would be able to jump and catch her if she fell, which was an issue as well, and thought about putting her at the base of the table and tying the leash to the table as well so she couldn't run off. At least this part of the garden wasn't much of a muddy mess, but she would still need to be bathed before he did her show so that she would grow into her potential.

He had left with Mor for awhile from the gardens, he hadn't done much lately and still wanted for her to grow of course, so there was that much he figured with a low sigh as he looked at the little Houluh. Not many people were breeding them lately, which was a shame, but he supposed he would be able to find something somewhere for her at least. Shaking his massive head, the Uthax carried her into the gardens again, attempting to find what he could this time in the undergrowth. It would be fine, maybe he would find one of those flowers he had heard of, but he seriously doubted that would be the case. Tilting his head, the man sighed again and put the Houluh onto the ground next to the bench he kept her to for now. She was still young and tired, so there was that, he supposed.

Bors wasn't sure what he was going to have to breed to her when she was grown, but either way, he supposed it wouldn't really matter. He would find someone eventually for her, and even if he bred her to one Houluh constantly, that would be enough for him he supposed. Stifling a little yawn, the man looked around with narrow pink eyes, glowering a little at the garden. There was no way to find anything in here, he figured, but he would have to do what he needed to do at the moment. If he could find a few things, then he could even get a Pachee from the Pachee Pollen Project, which was an exciting venture for him. He stroked his beard a little and wondered what they would be able to do together, him and Mor, and he glanced at her for a moment more before giving a quick smile.

Mor slept while she was being carried, she slept while she was on the ground, it was no use, though her nose twitched a little when she got close to food, or rather, when food got close to her. Instead of hunting through the plants for now, the large Uthax squatted down by the pup and held out some treats for her. She sniffed at them a little and her eyes peered open before she licked at it for a moment and then tugged it from between his fingers. Chuckling, he patted her on the head with a single finger and then stood up and stretched out a little bit. He didn't know what to do with her, but there was at least a little training that had happened recently with her, so there was that as well, he supposed. Sighing, he knew he needed to get to work, but...

Well, at least she was cute, he thought for a moment before giving a small sigh. This was going to be fine in the long run, he just had to keep with it, he supposed. Shrugging, he looked back at the garden and thought about it, he really needed to rip up some of these weeds that were strangling things out, he wasn't confident enough to set fire to it or anything like he'd heard some people do, plus he didn't want to worry about Mor any. Bors frowned and pulled a large cart over to where he was going to work, right at the entrance to the garden, and then started to haul weeds out of the ground little by little, shaking off any soil that came up in the roots as carefully as he could. Bors didn't know what to do at the moment though, other than this.

Mor didn't care what happened around her as long as she got to sleep and eat, and it appeared she would be able to do that around Bors. She didn't mind the large Uthax, a lot of creatures they passed were afraid of him, it would appear, but for her, he was the only kind of person she really knew. So there was that, she figured as she curled up a little tighter and sighed happily before drifting off to sleep. Bors glanced over at her with a little smile and then shook his head as he continued to pull more weeds. At least this was going to be fine, she thought for a moment or two. Well, at the end of all of this, then he figured things would work out no worries, though he wished he could figure out what he could find by doing this before he actually found them.

All this gardening was really doing for him was getting his fur stained a little as he pulled some more weeds. He would have to scrub extra carefully back at the Kennel before he went to bed, he supposed, having stained fur wouldn't do for him at this point. Frowning, the man shook his head and didn't know what else to do, but, glancing over at Mor, the man knew it would be worth it as long as she eventually grew up. If he could find a Lotine or one of those flowers, or even one of the bugs he had heard of, then it was all going to be even better, he could sell the bugs for a bit at one of the stores and the others he could use for himself at this point. Either way, Mor didn't seem to mind being here, and she was definitely getting used to him.
