When Morgan get the door open, it is surprisingly slick on the hinges. The door was bulky and earthy-built; fully wooden with a nice metallic handle in a chunky style that was obviously well-crafted. It was textured in a way that made Morgan a little bit surprised that the hinges were so well oiled. The door pops open easily and a small 'ding' rings out melodically across the room. It was a quaint establishment in a surprisingly... Purposeful way. The human tilts their head slightly, taking it in. Millicent's grinning so wide that Morgan was entirely certain that they had found the place she wanted to eat at today. They weren't sure if they were more proud of her tastes, or her adventurousness. It was difficult not to find Millicent adorable.
Morgan is greeted by one of the workers, and they politely offer the best they can do- a half smile.

'Welcome to our humble shrine to taste and luxury-' The person started in what was perhaps the most extremely pretentious greeting that Morgan had ever heard (and that was saying something- they were born in a society that couldn't put two feet ahead of one another without stepping in pretentious murp excrement) and Morgan fights the urge to grit their teeth. The individual continues, missing the very slight clench in Morgan's jaw muscles- but Millicent (who was still sitting on Morgan's shoulder) was at the perfect eye-level to see it immediately. After the little spiel was done, Morgan forces a smile and then asks politely- "If you have a reservation available for dinner, w-we'll book it. H-however, I am here for another matter entirely." They started, speaking with their hands as much as with their mouth in this instance. The individual starts off by beginning to book the meal, and Morgan (im)patiently waits. It was for Millicent's sake, after all. [17]

After booking the slot, Morgan sighs out a quick breath of relief (not that the purveyor notices, they really are so immersed in their work that they aren't entirely paying attention to the human). Afterwards, they began their own little spiel- a bit practiced sounding like most of the things they said in public, and certainly a little short though not entirely rude. "Earlier today a gentleman known as Kapper dined at y-your establishment for brunch-" They stated, and then immediately they were cut off by the purveyor going on and on about privacy and not giving out clientele's personal information- "Nono, you are misunderstanding me." Morgan says, voice suddenly stern and cool-headed. "Kapper sent me to look for some items h-he may have dropped. Small... Glass baubles? Balls and figurines and the such. He's very... Upset to have lost them understandably." Morgan says. Millicent watches this endeavor and listens carefully, learning from the way that Morgan was dealing with it undoubtedly.

The purveyor's face suddenly lights up, and Morgan knows right away that the individual knows exactly what they are talking about. 'Please understand that we'll need proof of this- we'd not like to have a patron angered with our service for just handing out their personal belongings-' Morgan's patience is running quite thin by this point, but they are just able to keep the exasperation out of their voice as they carefully selected their answer. "Here you are, t-this is a copy of his quest request- officially stamped and signed. See, t-this is where I accepted with my own signature." They were quite lucky that this was the typical way that Morgan made sure that they were taking a so-called 'quest' task that no one else was doing (that would be... Unfortunate- to waste time on something that was already completed! It had to be prevented in some fashion.). The purveyor took a look, with a cold gaze. Morgan was trying not to bristle- they wanted to be a good example for Millicent. [19]

After poring over the paper until there was obviously nothing left to look at (Morgan would hardly have doubted had the person claimed that they checked each molecule of the document) the individual steps back behind the counter after handing Morgan the paper back unceremoniously. Morgan noticed that they were holding their jaw and shoulders tight, but they didn't quite relax yet. They would not do so until the items were handed over- there should be about twelve of them and Morgan intended to make sure that all of them were there before assuming that all of them were somehow lost here. The individual comes back and carefully hands over a small carved box- apparently it was what they handed out leftovers and take-out in, and Morgan opens it to count them. All twelve were there. It was so weird that they had all been 'lost' here! Morgan thanks the purveyor, closes the box, and leaves. Millicent asks questions the entire way to turn in the quest, and Morgan answers them- attempting to keep the annoyance out of their voice. The purveyor really had frustrated them.
