Please note...- The last date to post your introduction post is 72 hours from this post. Without an introduction post you cannot battle. - Certain moves can't be used in the Pit because of the surroundings and other moves can affect more than one creature at the same time. After all introduction posts have been posted you will be informed whether those two apply to any of your creatures' moves. - That you have 72 hours to post a response to a calculation post and/or roleplay post. The 72 hour deadline is not extended if your foe posts after a calculation post. Not meeting the deadline results in an automatic disqualification. - That characters level once every 20 posts in the Fighting Pit, but pets gain levels and loyalty towards their owners normally.

The last opponent hadn't shown up, big surprise there she figured with a frown. Well, she had heard someone wasn't showing up to their fights, so it was her turn to be up against them she supposed. Breaker was pleased with himself, having won without putting in the effort, and he flopped down onto the sands, stretching out as they waited for their next opponent. It was going to be fine, she doubted they would win it after all, but that was fine at the same time. Shrugging, she figured it was going to take some time to get used to all this Brown battling again, but she figured she may have gotten partway there at least at this point. Jack sighed and put her chin in the palm of her hand, wondering what was going to happen in the long run. Smiling, she figured it didn't really matter, but... at least they were there, that was what mattered.

Unlike the last few rounds Nerius was not running early for this match. A bit of magical experimentation had been a bit more explosive than he'd been anticipating, and by the time he'd gotten that mess dealt with, he was running a little late. He was very, very glad he'd boarded Belial at the Pit for this tournament, there would have been no way he could have dragged the feral drake to the match in a reasonable amount of time. Alone though he managed to make it in time, and reached the handler's box in a rush. Nerius hadn't had time to change out of his experimentation gear either, and was still wearing goggles, thick gloves, and a protective overcoat. No amount of rush could keep him from noticing a strong hum of magic though. It could have been someone in the stands, but maybe.. ah! It was Jack, and Nerius gave a little finger wave. But that was all he had time for before Belial was released into the arena, snarling and lashing his tail as he spotted the other drake. [Ready] (Belial: Lv: 36, 54/55) (Nerius: 9/20)

The other drake seemed unusually calm, at least he was before Belial had been released, and Nerius wondered if the beast was trained. No jewelry or ribbon that he could see, but that didn't mean for sure if a drake was trained or not. If a drake had a ribbon it was probably broken, but other than that accessories, or a lack thereof, wasn't really enough to tell.
The lack of a bracelet was a little unusual, they were a staple of the Pit, but that was good for Belial's chances, he'd be able to move faster this time, probably. It hadn't done him much good in their first match, but it was better than the alternative. He'd been so intimidated by the red he'd hardly been able to move. Belial wasn't wasting any time here though, his angry display shifting to a wild charge as he lunged for the other brown, out for blood.

Breaker frowned a little, wondering what was going to happen to himself as his eyes turned a little Red. He didn't know what to do about this, but he would win this thing! At least... he hoped so at this point. Jack watched as Breaker shot toward the other Brown, slobbering a little and snarling, unsure as to what they were going to do to each other, but this would be interesting no matter what. The woman sighed a little and waved at the other owner, wondering what to do about training him up in the future, but she already had Xylos, so... Shaking her head, she watched as Breaker shot toward the other Brown and attempted to do something, though the other Brown would probably get him down before all this was done and over with. A shrug escaped her, it didn't bother her that he wasn't broken after all, it was interesting.

Calculations
Belial uses Gash! Belial's Dexterity of 5 + 6 rolled by staff = 11 vs. the 4 Dexterity of Breaker Belial will deal the most damage possible! Belial's Strength of 7 + 4 damage of Gash = 11 11 - 5 Resistance of Breaker = 6 damage Breaker's Stamina is now 1
Breaker uses Fly! Breaker's Dexterity is now 9

Either thanks to the bracelet or the other drake's earlier relaxed stance, Belial struck first, his claws digging deep gashes into the other brown. Nerius wasn't surprised at that, for all their natural aggression, lower tier drakes usually had to be trained to go for the 'kill' more efficiently. To his supprise, the other drake didn't strike back though, instead pulling away, and flapping its wings.. to take flight.
Well shit. Nerius muttered a curse, flight had cost Beliel his fight with the blue, and his chances of winning here weren't looking so good anymore either. Nerius wasn't terribly invested in the unbroken brown's success, but it was still disappointing in a distant sort of way.
Unlike his handler's mild reaction, Belial was furious at the other brown for taking flight, snarling and spitting as he eyed his airborne foe. He'd already drawn blood, and now he wanted to finish it.

...huh. Now that was a new one for this Drake, she figured, raising an eyebrow. She didn't know what to expect from him, but that didn't mean she wouldn't be thrown some curveballs when it came to fights. Still though, she doubted he would take the other down before the other one did, the one belonging to Nerius, right? At least she thought that was him over there, she hadn't seen him in ages it felt like, but she had kept to herself for quite some time now.
Well, she figured as she watched the shocked Drake rise up into the air as though he was surprised at what he did as well, this was going to make for an interesting fight at least, she had to give them that much. He was bloodied, however, and it kept dripping down into the sand, the ground absorbing it like it did to the blood of so many others.

Calculations
Breaker uses Headbutt! Breaker's Dexterity of 9 + 7 rolled by staff = 16 vs. the 5 Dexterity of Belial Breaker will deal the most damage possible! Breaker's Strength of 7 + 3 damage of Headbutt = 10 10 - 5 Resistance of Belial = 5 damage Belial's Stamina is now 2
Belial uses Gash! Belial's Dexterity of 5 + 6 rolled by staff = 11 vs. the 9 Dexterity of Breaker Belial will deal the most damage possible! Belial's Strength of 7 + 4 damage of Gash = 11 11 - 5 Resistance of Breaker = 6 damage Breaker's Stamina is now -5
Though the first wounded one rose to the sky, he dipped down low enough to be slashed by the other, hitting the ground with a crunch as the Pit crew come to tend to them both.
Results Belial gains 2 levels and Nerius gains 5 pit prize points Breaker gains 1 level and Jack gains 3 pit prize points
