Advent District, considered a rather poor neighborhood that if one passes the streets of Downtown Lynn right next to it, a mixed bag of middle class and the penniless people that live there, it borders close to the warehouses of the docks that is unofficially seen as Glânda-Lynn District by most of the people living in Advent. They aptly named it that way due to the enormous lake that connects to the docks. It is also one of the places even more seen as a mixed bag between the rich and poor, as it is always flowing with visitors, trainers, merchants and workers alike.
Advent District consists of ninety-five households, upon which there could actually be said that an medium sized park is located there, although, one that isn't too well kept. An small supermarket is right across it called "Greenliver Goods" that sells general goods, everyone usually buys their food and supplies there. But the store owner isn't too prudent with keeping up on the expiration dates if the cashier doesn't help reminding him of it, so checking the dates to make certain one doesn't buy anything rotten is always prudent to do.
There is a small florist two houses on its right called "Cheery Flora" where the owner of which actually grows their own flowers to sell instead of buying it from others and selling it for profit. Its quality is nothing much to speak of, but they do well enough to still be in business.
One of the biggest stores the neighborhood has, is actually a Laundromat shop, which is also one of the busiest places to be, most households either don't have the coin, or the space to keep their own washing machine and dryer so this is usually frequented often.
There also used to be two other stores as well, but the buildings are closed and boarded up, only the old folk can still tell what it used to sell, and that it failed as a business venture, they both are located just a street passed the park.
