Back when Spirit was still sort of around and flea-markets were started up, there was a thread where people could review fleashop customer service/s. It was not used much if at all, most likely because people were terrified of being witch-hunted and/or being accused of flaming by attaching their Usernames to a Public Place on the forum with their testimonials/experiences/reviews.
I think that there should be a re-instatement of Fleamarket Reviews that can be read publicly (or at least just 1-5 star Ratings, that way inflammatory language is curtailed) but that are done in a way in which the person writing the review/s is completely anonymous. At the very least, I'd like to see a public 'ratings' of different fleashops from people that have used them.
Usually, when buying goods and services offsite, we are allowed to put a review in to warn other possible customers about a product being mislabeled or customer service being poor- or praise the shop for positive interactions and excellent quality goods or services. Despite this 'being a game' there is Real Money being put into it. It should be understood that if one is offering a service, that the customers should be allowed to state their opinions about service quality without being afraid of being accused of flaming.
The purpose of this is not to hurt feelings, but to improve customer experiences by providing an understanding of how said shop/s usually run and how likely it will be for commissions and commission-related communications to be completed courteously and in both decent time frames within reason and in expected quality.
Thank you.

Edit: Perhaps a small form with stars 1 through 5 available for each question?
