Physical Description: In most ways, he appears not much different from any other Xeno-kwal one might have seen before. Three claws adorning the end of each of his three pairs of legs(or 'arms', depending on what they are needed for), his body seemingly separated in three hard segments. His shell is a dull, dusty red that darkens as it reaches his claws, and looks as intimidating and alien as one might expect from any other Xeno-kwal, with two sets of ‘horns’ jutting out from the top and a pair of false ‘jaws’ jutting out from either side of his segmented mouth. The ‘plates’ that segment the part of his body below his wing casings are flares upwards at the top, giving off the impression of spikes. His patterns seem nonsensical, long, curving grooves that run through his armor, each filled with a river of orange-yellow crystals that appear to flow and drip from carved circles in his armor as he scurries about on errands, still more carved to give the illusion that they run from his matching eyes like tears, or his mouth like caustic drool. The most notable of these ‘boils’ is one that rests on his forehead, almost giving the illusion that he has a third eye.
Mental and/or Social Description: Ikar is a happy fellow, and never so happy as when he is pursuing new knowledge and making all things better. Imagine what improvements could be made, if only the right knowledge was had! To deny him knowledge, to stand in the way of innovation, well, no one would be so cruel and selfish as that. And besides, he would never let them stop him. Things exist to be known, to be fixed.
And for that reason, he came here, to the city that sprung up around the labs like weeds along a river. Here are the greatest minds, in magic and metal, in biologic and ethereal, all enriching the land in ways never dreamed of a few decades ago. Here he might learn and share what knowledge he has in turn, where some humble suggestion of his might add to the beauty of the labs one day, where he can learn and grow and change.

^From other nations, cultures, languages, religions to beasts, magics, technology and so on. He wants it all.
^Study the city in great detail, record knowledge in…books? Scrolls? Magical or electronic means?
^City raises so many questions! What is death here? How many gods? What is a person? Meet nonpersons, figure it out.
^How do the creatures work? Are different breeds the same under their skins? How were they made? Why were they made? How might they be improved? They have so many strange flaws!
-Experience the city, record interactions(Pit battles? How does this individual act? Where do they go in their spare time? History? Training style? Lineage? What of their families?)
-Improve his own body. (What would be the best? Wings, magic, the ability to read minds? Common is so slow and inefficient, perhaps shortening words, or adding more?)
-Improve his creatures. (The work of the labs is impressive, but imagine how much better things could be! After all, certain defects such as a seeker’s pointless rage prevent it from being the perfect guard, or the tat-lung’s ridiculous pride prevents its usage as a superior mount. But training, rewriting the squishy brain bits through conditioning(Which will be better, positive or negative reinforcements?) and commands seems doable for most.)
-Improve the city and its people. (He will gladly bring all others with him on his quest for progress.)
