The courier is oft in the habit of encouraging trade on the well-reasoned premise that continued trade makes for more renown and advertisement, which in turn makes more clients. This has been a fairly successful approach to most types of trades, particularly when it comes to, perhaps, finding some space to haggle things down for an even greater deal. This particular tactic doesn't work on this strange hooded individual they call the Trader, of course, but it certainly would have brought them dividends unimagined had such an agreement been struck in the past, particularly on this specific day.
Instead the courier enters the shop much the same way anyone else does - On his own, carrying with him something of an entire sack of items, and even a bucket to one side. Some more seasonal folk might have considered this solstice come early, but for the courier its entirely down to business agreements of all sorts and types (Some for the connections, others more personal).
"Good day," its tough to give the usual salutation wave, given both hands are occupied, but the head throws a quick nod all the same, "Got quite the lot this time, best get ready for the counting." He places the sack on the counter and hefts the bucket next to it, taking a moment to breathe, before he begins to unravel the so-called gifts, while also reading off of a small scrap of paper. "We got.. a bunch of fish here for six of them stranger mushrooms, the unhealthy lookin' ones. Then there's five stones," and he has to pause to look between two different pouches, before picking the heavier one to turn over on the table, "for six of the pomegranate. Three more stones for the shiny crystal," the other pouch is upturned. "And lastly, all this rest lot for a..." the courier squints, a little hesitant on the context"..pheasant pachee. I'm gonna assume you know which one that is."
