The shop is small and whimsical. Outside above the door is a huge sign, looking like it is written in children's handwriting. "Piko Pets" it says, in colorful paint. Painted paw prints decorate the sign as well. The storefront is a huge picture window, allowing users to see inside. The door is painted baby blue, and the wood frames around the door and window are pastel green. The walls are a light cream color on the outside, making the colorful sign and other features stand out even more.
Inside, the shop is just full of little pets. Some of them are in cages, but most of them are not. There are tons of pillows, beds, scratching posts, climbing towers, and tiny forts adorn the little shop, all covered in little creatures. Against one wall is a couple of small aquariums filled with water and water dwelling critters. There are very clear paths through the store allowing customers to walk through easily, but the whole place feels a little chaotic. At least all of the creatures are tiny harmless pocket pets!
There is a door near the back of the shop next to the counter and register. It says, "Orbaru Playroom" in what looks like finger paints. Inside, there are a handful of Orbaru, lounging about with their sea of toys and stuffed things.
