While plants and botany were not of much interest to me, I did occasionally need a herbal treatment for one of my creatures, and that meant I would have to pay for it. I filled a small pouch with credits and headed into the city to the Herbologist's Delight.
The inside of the shop smelled like dirt and leaves, and not the good sort that was speckled with gemstones. Mixed in with the smells of nature was the smell of sweets, some variety of food that people liked, surely. I suppressed the urge to snort and decided to make my trip as brief as possible.
I paused to flip through my notes so that I could be sure I was asking for the right thing. My lack of expertise in this area and the wide varieties of brews available made it difficult to be certain about what I wanted. Once I was sure, I sought out the shopkeeper so that I could order a Transformation Brew.

"Hello there dear," Alura said with a kind smile when she saw the Tat-lung come into the store, "What can I help you find today?"

It was plesant that the shopkeeper greeted me with a warm smile. A little bit of politeness could go a long way, and I always appreciated it. She seemed nice enough, the human who ran this shop, even if she did smell like dirt and pastries. I supposed I could forgive her for that, given her delightful demeanour.
"Greetings," I said with a friendly chime in my voice. "I am looking for a particular item, one of your specialty brews. It is called a Transformation Brew, and it is for a Common Ghaenelt."
I was careful with my words as not to give away too much while still explaining sufficiently should she need to tailor the potion to my experience. I assumed that there might be a dosage difference between large and small creatures, at least.
"I have credits," I explained, placing the small pouch on the table in front of me. I didn't want her to think I was unwilling to pay, after all.

Alura knew exactly what the tat-lung was talking about, though it was rare she got to meet such a unique customer. "Of course! Give me just one minute." She said, and retreated to the back room, looking for the specific potion that Star had asked for. In a moment she came back out, carrying it. "Thank you very much- and feel free to take some cookies!" She said, passing the potion over the counter and taking the money given.
