Jack just stood there for awhile, rubbing the Wiurn's back as he chuffed happily. Of course she cared about him, what was he thinking right now?? He looked over at her and tilted his head a little bit, wondering what he was going to do without her if she happened to leave. It wouldn't work out, he wouldn't listen to anyone else he felt at the moment. Ah well, something good would happen, she wasn't going to abandon him or anything, that wouldn't work out for either of them he felt. They still were getting a bit of a link, he listened to her pretty well at the moment, and there wasn't much else he could do for her right now. Sure he could fight for her, but he couldn't wait until he could fly around, carrying her in the sky and fighting whatever needed fighting. Also swimming would be good at the moment.

Honestly she didn't want to do anything else today, but she knew that Given needed a bit more experience about things for now. She sighed and walked a little further onto the Mansion grounds, the Wiurn following her at the moment. Sure, she gave the command and he did it, but it felt a little odd at the same time. Jack didn't know what to do or how she felt about things, and that was alright in the long run though. She just didn't need to know everything, even though she felt as though she should at times, but that's what the magic was for, she figured. Smiling, she touched her node pouch and then shook her head, there was always room for improvement, there was always room for her to grow, there was always that one unobtainable thing that could sit in front of her, she just had to figure out what it was.

Jack just hoped there was something out there she didn't know about yet that she could go for at some point. It was fine if there wasn't, but she really hoped that she would get it sometime. There had to be something out there she figured with a smile on her face as she walked with Given, the Wiurn snorting a little out of frustration. There just had to be something for her to go for that she hadn't realized just yet... Sure, she was stretched a little thin at times, but that was fine she figured with a little sigh in her voice. Given just wanted something to do, he was getting irritated by all the banging from the fireworks, he really just wanted to get home, but that wasn't up to him at the moment he figured with another frustrated grumble. Oh well, at least he was with her at the moment.

If anything, she hoped it was going to be something fun. Sure there were things out there that might be interesting, but fun? She gave a bit of a sigh and didn't know what else to do at the moment. She was sure there was something out there she hadn't thought about yet, but she really didn't know. Jack pushed her hair back and glanced over at Given, wondering what she was going to do about things at the moment. She wanted to find some more stuff, she just wasn't sure what she was going to be able to find at the moment. There were many things that could be done, but it seemed like she had done everything she could figure out so far... She sighed a little and looked over at Given, wondering what was going to do about things no matter what. Jack smiled at him, she was bored.

Maybe that was the issue, she figured as she appraised Given a little bit. The Wiurn was strange, to be sure, his back fin marked him as a grandson of Godaiyou, the original aquatic Wiurn. She was lucky that Given was only amphibious, he had to be near water often, but that was about it at the moment. Jack sighed a little bit and didn't know what to do about things just yet, but that was fine. She was sure things would be fine no matter what, she just had to find something stimulating, and the Mansion was certainly not that at the moment. Sure, fireworks were going off around her, but with a large animal with her, she couldn't very well get into the Mansion she figured. The door just didn't seem big enough at the moment, which was a shame, she was sure the inside looked much better than the outside did.

Jack was back in the Mansion after a little break, this time with Tobi. She wanted to train him up some more but he needed a little more experience to learn what she wanted to teach him. Especially things like how to sense danger, which was important in fights and such. She smiled a little bit and wondered what the little Jibiji would do with the fireworks, but he honestly seemed a little less jumpy about them than the Wiurn had at the moment. That was interesting, but she figured it would make sense down the line, maybe he trusted her a little more than Given or something? Or maybe the little bird was just that much braver than the Wiurn was at this point. Whatever the case, when one went off at the entrance right next to them, the little bird barely even flinched. Jack raised an eyebrow, now that was interesting.

Tobi didn't mind the noise, even though his ears were rather sensitive. It was just another way for him to experience things and that was good enough for him at the moment. Jack smiled at him and patted him on the head as she walked into the gardens of the Mansion, little Tobi perched on her shoulder for now at least. She didn't know what to do about things just yet, if they were looking for anything specific, but that was fine right now, it didn't really matter. Jack pushed her hair back and looked around, she didn't have much to say about the Mansion, this was honestly the most time she had spent in the Mansion in a long time for this month, and she was honestly starting to get a little bored with it, which was alright she figured with a little sigh. As long as she got the work done...

Honestly all she wanted were some remnant crystals for another Hollow Node at some point. Sure she needed to get back to mining as well, but that could wait a little while no matter what. She really needed to get in gear and find some pure crystals, so that really needed to be what she focused on at the moment, but that was fine at the moment no matter what. Jack looked around, glancing down at Tobi on her shoulder, and moved away from some fireworks that were blazing near them. It wouldn't do for her to catch on fire, even though she had a bit of fire magic at the moment anyway. Jack sighed a little bit and shook her head, wondering what she was going to do about things right now. It didn't really matter she figured, but that was alright, she just had to keep going and see if she could find something good.

Maybe mining would be the way to go. She wouldn't take Tobi with her, but she would take Grim anyway. He was a good digger and he did what he could to help her out a little whenever he knew what they were hunting for. Jack looked around a little with a bit of a sigh, patted Tobi on the head again, and then headed for the gate to the Mansion, she didn't know what she was doing or where she was going to go, she just knew she needed to get out of there for awhile and try something different. It didn't matter what she did, as long as it wasn't this she figured with a little frown on her face. With Tobi she could have gone inside of course, but she didn't know what to look for today it seemed. Jack shook her head and pushed a hand through her hair again, wondering.

Nothing was going to go wrong as long as she did what she wanted to do, but she didn't know what she wanted to do and that was the issue. Jack stood at the entrance to the Mansion and sighed, hand on the gate as she looked back. A few fireworks went off, as though the building was saying goodbye for a little while, and Tobi trilled a response to it. She chuckled at that, wondering what she was going to do about things for now, but that was alright, as long as she did something it would be fine. Jack just didn't know what she wanted to do and all that, but that was alright. At least there was something no matter what, right? She smiled a little and headed off a bit, wondering where her adventures were going to go next time she was heading out no matter what and all.

It was a new month, and new adventures could be had in the Mansion. This time she had brought a little Houluh with her, Luna, a cute little pup with a moon on her nose. It was super cute and Jack couldn't wait to see what the little one would do once time started in the Mansion. She was looking forward to it, completely, but she hoped the little one wouldn't get too scared by anything and take off or anything. It was very... beachy this month it seemed, and she figured they would stay outside most of the time. The little leash she had attached to the Houluh was a dark brown leather, matching her collar at the moment and playing with her fur a little bit. She didn't know her enough to listen it seemed, so she wasn't going to risk her running off and leaving her behind to try and find her.

Jack eyed the Mansion and muttered under her breath, "Better be good to me this month..." She then smiled down at the little pup and rubbed her head, getting a half smile and a panting tongue licking her hand in return. Luna was a happy little puppy and Jack could see herself working with her for quite awhile after a bit of time, but that was fine too she figured. It was going to be awhile before she really worked with her she figured, there were rumors going around about them, but she wasn't going to deal with that just yet. It was a rumor, and rumors weren't meant to be believed she figured with a little frown on her face. Jack pushed a hand through her hair and then pushed the gate open into the sandy beaches. It even smelled like seawater, which made her nostalgic for her navy days.
