It was easy enough to get this raised up a bit, but she didn't know what all he was going to have to do to get this done as of yet. There was quite awhile to go as of right now, and she watched as he attempted to go through the hoop again, missing miserably at this point still. Jack swam over to him and patted him on the back, giving him a few pointers on what he should do, before swimming back to where she had been watching him from, wondering at this point what she was going to do for him and all that. Frowning a little, she hoped it would all go about right for Char, and she knew it would of course, but still! A laugh managed to escape her, and she hoped it was going to work out in the long run no matter what happened.
Jack was sure that Char would get this down after almost no time at all, it was just getting himself up to speed that was the hard part. There wasn't quite a way to increase the speed of an animal, only their dexterity in a fight and things like that. However, it was going to be interesting no matter how you looked at it, considering they weren't quite the quickest creatures of the Labs so far. Ah well, he would manage it a time or two at this point she figured with a low chuckle, and the woman shook her head a little as he tried to jump through the hoop again. She gave him a bit of advice, telling him not to go through that hoop just yet, wait a little while until he could get through some of the ones closer to the surface of the water and all that.
While she waited to see how he was going to do right now, she wondered what she was going to do in the future as well. Giving a little frown, the woman didn't know what she would do if she was in his shoes. Not that he... had shoes or anything. Shaking her head, she remembered it was just an expression and gave a little laugh as she watched him jump through another hoop for now. Jack cheered and tossed him a treat when he got a little closer, and she hoped she was explaining this well enough for him at this point. That was the hardest part, she figured right now, making sure he knew what he was doing. Of course he had to know, they could communicate after all, she had spent time in classes for it and all that. She just hoped she was doing well for him now.
If he was going to be jumping through the hoops and over the poles and all that, the Seryn hoped that he was doing this right as well. At least, this was how he was interpreting the instructions he had been given, he thought he understood what the point was, but there wasn't any way to be certain as of right now. Frowning a little, the woman watched him jump over some of the poles and then under some of the other ones. It would be better if she had taught him how to fly already, but for now it was going to be fine, maybe when they came back he would have learned to fly for now and he hoped as much already. Smiling, the woman tossed him another treat and then watched as he headed about again, sure that he would get this done and over with pretty soon so they couldn't be here much longer.
Things were going well, but she really wanted to challenge him. Things had changed a little in the Gym it seemed, and she hoped it would stay that way, it seemed to be a little easier, though it did require some out of the Gym experience as well it seemed, which was perfectly fine. She had some work she needed to do with him anyway, it was a good kick start in order to get things done she figured with a small laugh. Jack pushed her hair back a little and watched him as he jumped through one of the hoops, wondering if this was the best way to do this. Surely he would need to learn how to fly in order to do the next set of training and all that. Smiling, the woman nodded, she knew what she was going to train him next, and that was going to be fine.
Char sighed a little at himself for a bit as he leapt through another hoop as best as he could, and he wondered if this was really going to work for him in the future. Frowning a little, Jack wondered the same thing, though she had good reason to believe it would, having had done this before many times. All Jack could do was wonder if this was the best thing to do for Char at the moment or not. Another frown crossed her face as she wondered what all the swimming would do for them at the moment, she was swimming as well as he was right now it would seem, and she chuckled a little at the thought. Well, Char was definitely getting a little better at this, becoming a bit more dexterous and all that, but there was still a ways to go and she worried about it a bit.
Jack watched as Char sped up a little and started to jump through the hoops again, though not the highest one just yet, she figured that would be much later than this. Giving a little sigh, she leaned back against the wall of the pool as she soaked in it and wondered what she was going to do for the moment and all that. Well, he was doing a lot better, but he still wasn't there yet, which was an issue when it all came down to it. They had a little more time before they had to leave though, which was good when all was said and done, but she didn't know what else to do at the moment. All she could really do was encourage him to do his best before they went back to the river to train some more, though that was getting a little old as well, she thought with a sigh.
All she wanted was for this to be finished soon so they could go back to the river and do some real training. It wasn't as though she hadn't done this before, but that just meant that she was tired of it a lot faster and didn't know what else to do at the moment. Giving a little sigh, the woman watched as he dodged between some of the poles and leapt up into the air through a hoop or two, though the highest one still eluded him at this point. That was fine, she knew, and she gave a little chuckle as he came sulking over to her. He didn't want to be this bad, he wanted to be able to get it, but he knew it was going to take some time. Still though, time could certainly go faster, and he was irritated it wasn't happening yet so far.
She was hoping things would work out sooner rather than later, but there was no real way for her to be sure. Patting him on the head, she sent him off again and he swam off, starting to get a little sore from all this working, but she knew it was going to be fine in the long run. Running a hand through her hair, she got some of the water out of it and then hoisted herself out onto the edge of the pool, watching him as he dodged around the poles again. She wasn't sure this was going to be worth it in the end, but it was going to be fine no matter what happened. Smiling a little, she cheered him on, pretty soon they would be done and all would be well again she knew, though they had quite a bit of work to get done at this point.
He was a little disheartened when it all came down to it, he didn't know if he was getting better or not, the woman wasn't telling him as much right now at least. They had been here for quite some time so far, but he didn't know what he was going to do in the end of it all. Sighing to himself, he dodged in between the poles again and he hoped that it was all going to go well for him in the long run. It didn't mean it would of course, but there was that hope. All he knew was, he needed to get some things done if he ever wanted to get out of here, and the Seryn snorted to himself softly and started to go through the hoops again. He knew what he was supposed to do, but that didn't mean he wanted to do it after all.
She could tell he was almost done though, at least with this bit, which was a good thing no matter how it went. She smiled and leaned forward a little, wondering for a moment how things were going for now. All she needed was for him to realize that he was almost done as well, though she knew she would have to break him away from the training as time went on. All she needed to do was keep an eye on him for now, and that was good enough for her. Though she knew he could pretty much leave now, it was up to her to make sure they did this correctly and wondered what they were going to do at the moment with a chew of her lips. As long as they were finished, well, they could head to the river again, and she called Char out of the pool finally and started off toward the desk once again.
This might be a bad idea but there was no way to know for sure until they were done and he was all grown she figured with a little sigh escaping from her lips. This was going to be interesting at least, she had no idea how to do this with Ravi, but she would get it done somehow. Smiling a little, she looked down at the little bird at her feet and wondered how many other people had them, they were pretty prolific at least, which was definitely interesting no matter how she looked at it. Frowning a little though, she realized it didn't really matter, because Ravi probably wouldn't be the fastest one, at least to her knowledge, but that was fine as well, he didn't need to be to make her happy. Jack pushed a hand through her hair and started to set up the ball launcher, wondering what was going to happen if he didn't hear her speaking to him at this point. Hmm, that was an issue she thought, maybe she should do this a little differently... Hmm, she figured she might just change things up a little, instead of O3, she could give him sugar, which might help things out a little right?
Setting things up didn't take too long at least, she had plenty of practice doing so at this point she knew with a little chuckle and smile. Jack pushed her hair back and settled Ravi onto the floor in one spot. Maybe she should have trained him up a little bit more than this, he hadn't really been worked with at all which was an issue, but at the same time, what were they supposed to do? Ravi stared at her and chirped, flapping his wings, a few feathers falling out as he did so to get things worked out for now. She nodded, instead of what she had originally thought about doing, she was going to change things up, and this was going to help a little in the long run as well. Grinning to herself, she flipped the switch to turn on the ball launcher and watched as the first of the little balls landed a hit right on his chest. He squawked and ruffled his feathers as he tried to get used to the new little bit of pain that was running through him. The fat that had gone into him was helping a little, but not much as of yet.
She knew this was going to be a pain to get this done, but it would be alright in the long run. At least it didn't seem to take as long anymore, which definitely helped things out in the long run as well she figured with a little smile. Jack watched as another ball launched itself at the bird and Ravi chirped and fluffed up his feathers again with narrowed eyes as the soft ball hit him on the wing. This was going to be rough, he probably was too stubborn to do anything at this point, but that was fine she thought for now. At least this might teach him something, and if she needed to, she could put heavier and harder balls into the launcher at some point. This was fine, she knew it would work out in the long run, but she was just wishing that some things would work out no matter what happened. Giving a little frown, the woman shook her head and hoped that it was going to work out in her favor as well this time. It would be fine though, she knew, and she watched as another ball launched toward Ravi for now.
Ravi didn't know what was going on, but was getting annoyed by the woman and her antics no matter what happened he figured with a frown, as best as he could with his beak this time. He watched her for a moment and wondered what she was doing, why she was getting a chuckle out of this bit, and that didn't matter either he figured. Whatever happened, he had to trust her a little bit, but it was difficult when stuff like this was happening. That was the issue he knew, he didn't know what was going to come next when she had that look on her face, and he hoped that it was all going to work out in the long run, whatever this was doing for him, and he waddled a little out of the way as another ball launched itself at him. It still hit him on the foot, but not as direct at him this time, which was good for him at this point right? Jack cheered for him and tossed him a treat, which he snapped up quickly and hoped that it was going to work out no matter what. All she had to do was keep him at it.
Silver: That's okay, things can change a bit. :3

Twilight-Claw: Since the Bellafaux are the dumbed down but bigger version of them. Love the fact that they got stats of their own now though! Finally they can be trained! <3
