Setting Sitting on a large plot of land in the middle of Calsten St. is a large building, almost on par with the Keeps of Glory. It's turrets hold banners and flags of dark green and brown coloring, the bigger windows are all stained glass, and the doorway could easily fit a Thundergug though it. The pathway up to the building is tiled, the landscaping is perfectly manicured, all things point to a place someone cares deeply for. Inside is an entrance hall, a Trophy case sits on either side of the entrance, and banners hang from the ceiling, just waiting to be embroidered with the names of the champions of the guild. A woman stands there, smiling and leaning on a walking stick, ready to give you a tour of the facility if you would like. All rooms are massive and sweeping, dining hall, kitchen, bathrooms, lounges, even bedrooms if the members need a place to stay. Through the massive back doors of the four story building is the focus of the guild. There is a large barn, capable of holding any number of large and small animals people might want to house there, as well as a large arena for holding tournaments, shows, and competitions. There is a billboard out back with instructions for the various members, suggestions and recommendations for new training techniques or what have you, it's surely something to keep an eye on. |

The guild hall was a mess. It didn't help that she hadn't been here in a long time, just enough to get it up and running again, but she really needed to fix things up a bit before it really got busy again. The first order of business was her office. There were papers strewn all around and nothing was where it was supposed to be. Everything was dusty and covered in cobwebs, so she needed to do some general cleaning either way. She sighed, rolled up her sleeves, and got to work after putting Dusty down on her desk. He was a cute little Orbaru, an SD, whatever that meant, but she wasn't one to question how the Labs named their breeds, she didn't think it really mattered in the end. She just needed to clean and wanted some company, so rather than call someone over to help her out, she had opted for an Orbaru. Jack: 1/10 Dusty: 3 1/5 |

Jack just knew this was going to take forever, this was just one of many areas she needed to clean up. Each person in the guild had their own rooms as well, and she really needed those cleaned out before they could move in anything they might want to keep there. Jack sighed a bit and shook her head, she didn't know what to think of herself, didn't know what to do with herself, but now that her leg was better than before, hopefully she wouldn't take a long break during winter anymore. That was the worst part about having a bad piece of you, you never wanted to do something in the cold because it hurt too much. She patted Dusty on the head as she gathered her dusting rags and spray and got to work. First was a bookcase filled with manuals on different animals and training techniques. Had to start somewhere.

Honestly Jack just couldn't wait to expand the guild hall, which was one of the reasons she was cleaning it. It wouldn't take long to physically expand the space she figured, but that would change after it got bigger and bigger, she might have to transfer it to it's own road entirely. The Labs was constantly evolving and changing, she had to keep up with it a little bit she figured with a little smile on her face as she cleaned the bookcase in her office. She just hoped that she could keep up with it really, she thought she was, but she wasn't sure if she really did or not. Jack pushed her hair back and replaced all the books as Dusty booped a little on the desk, clinging to his tail and looking around a little bit. She was trying to get him some experience outside of the Breeding Center, but wasn't sure this was the best at this point.

Dusty was one of her favorite Orbaru back home, his grey and brown spots, his different colored feet, his long ears and huge tail orb, he was simply adorable and she couldn't handle it sometimes. He was just super cute and she couldn't wait to get to training him a few of the cute little tricks the Labs endorsed. She chuckled as he gnawed on one of his feet, and she made a mental note to give him a bath when they got home. Sure he didn't drool too much, but still, he was due for one anyway it seemed, and it wouldn't hurt him to get one tonight. Jack pushed her hair back again and then looked over the bookcase before wiping down the very top of it and then moving on to another little bookcase next to it. She needed to get this place clean and organized again, it was the only way to make things go.

It's not like she wasn't busy, she was a very busy woman, but she had set aside the whole week to clean up the guild hall. If someone helped she would be more than happy to put them to work, but she didn't see that happening anytime soon, though she might put out an all call for it soon enough, she couldn't really do all this work by herself and then be done with things, could she? Giving a little sigh, she finished up on the little bookcase (it was little for a reason), and then went to wipe down an end table next to a couch in her office. It sat against the side wall, dark brown leather, and she had to wipe down the couch with a special liquid to keep the leather from cracking. It would be a shame to ruin it considering it was newer than the stuff at her own house at this point.

Maybe she should have brought something useful with her instead of Dusty, but that was long since gone, she could always bring something else tomorrow when she worked. It wasn't like she had to bring the same animal all the time right? She shook her head a little and started working on some more of the furniture in the office, it was going to take awhile because she wanted it nice and neat for when guild members came in to discuss their ranking and what they could do instead of the current list based on their skills and abilities. It needed to look nice no matter what of course, but this was an important room to the guild hall. She smiled a little bit, she was lucky she could afford this building, but she hoped that she would be able to expand it still, no matter what happened. It would be massive, just like the Keeps, or at least she hoped.

After the couch was done well, she turned to the two chairs across the desk from hers. They were a dark wood with leather backs and seats so make them more comfortable. Just in case she needed to talk to someone in her office, she figured it would be best if they had a comfortable place to sit. Dusty booped about and finally hopped off of the desk and up onto the couch, curling up and watching her with big green eyes. He knew something was up, he just wasn't sure what it was at this point. Tilting his head, he watched as she cleaned up the dust off of the two chairs and then wondered why she was doing it. However, he was a simple creature with simple thoughts, and finally turned to the side a little in order to gnaw on one of his long ears, grooming himself just a bit at this point.

However much she cleaned, there was always something different to focus on after awhile, she figured with a little sigh as she turned to her own chair. The leather had been settled in to how she sat, though it didn't push things too far out of the way of things as it was. Jack pushed her hair back and tilted her head a little before turning her attention to the desk once she was done with her chair. Maybe tomorrow she would go through the guild member's rooms, but for right now she really wanted to deal with her own office, though Dusty wasn't any help as he groomed himself a little bit. He was ready to get things done for himself and only himself it seemed. That was alright, most Orbaru were like that at that point, but she didn't know what to do about things as time went on. She just hoped to train him someday.

As Dusty groomed himself as best as he could, almost just gnawing on himself a little bit as he tried to smooth down his fur, she started to clean off the papers from her desk. Jack just hoped that things were going to be fine when it came to her office, honestly the desk was the only thing that was left it seemed like. She started picking up papers and organizing them, sitting in her chair and sighing a little as she sorted the papers into pieces to keep and pieces to throw out. Luckily she had a few fire breathing animals who could take care of that for her, or she could just put them in the fireplace if she needed to in order to do things like that. It wasn't like she had to keep every piece of paper that came across her desk, just the important ones that could be important to other people in the end.
