Species Name: Amphadron Species Number: 21 Pronunciation: Am - Fuh - Drawn Breeds Available: Moss, Eclipse, Desert, Prehistoric VSC Breeds: Majesty Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: At a young stage, they must live within' the water... Luckily however, they seem to be able to live in either fresh or salt water, with no particular preference... Once they reach their juvenile stage of life however, everything changes.. for they seem to becomes totems made of stone... And stones, as we know, don't "live".. anywhere... Finally, in it's adult stage - they prefer to live on land.. though, they can easily enough swim if they need to (in fact, the moss can swim quite easily) - they don't need to stay near the water (though.. they probably prefer living close to the water) Diet: Small Water Plants, Small Insects, Plankton.. in their juvie stage of life however, they do not need to eat. When they finally reach their adult stage, they prefer to eat leaves and fruits off of small trees and bushes. Call: This creature makes small "clicking" noises to communicate. When they reach adult stage, the clicking becomes far more intricate.. one could almost swear it was some sort of code, or even language! Special Care Needs: They swim around using delicate frills to "wave" through the water - they really are delicate, and if they ever get damaged, the poor little creature will surely die - for they are also it's gills... In their juvie stage of life though, they require nothing - as they're made of stone, it seems... Once they reach their adult stage however, they don't seem to have any care needs.. as they can be rather independent. Biology and Anatomy: Information Missing. Behavioral Study: At such a young age, these little monsters seem rather un-loving.. The best way to win it's heart one would suppose is to feed it shrimp, but... Does that really earn love? They're not evil by any means, but... just LOOK at those evil little glares! At least they seem rather social, for they like to gather in pairs or groups and "click" together. In their adult-stage.. they only stay around those who cared for them as juveniles... They're also a rather peaceful lot, tending to stay away from (physical) violence. Suggested Uses: Why... Why would you want one of these little "water bugs"...? Good Question... Even better question - why would you want a stone totem..? Some people seem to hold these "totems" in high respect however, and place them in little shrines - providing them with offerings.. and some even go so far as to "pray" to them! Adult Amphadrons however, are said to posses great amounts of magical power... "magic-weavers" they're called. and they apparently use their delicate hands to do their magic... have you seen YOUR Amphadron casting magic..? BreedsDesert: The desert prefers.. well, one can assume, to live in the desert... although, at the baby stage of life, it still needs the precious life-giving water, which hints that in it's older stages, it might live on land.. what aquatic creature, after all, lives in the desert? Eclipse: The eclipse is a mysterious breed, and usually stays in the deepest parts of the water possible... it usually only comes to the surface during the night-time, when the moonlight hits the water. As an adult, the Eclipse is the most magical - and prefers to spend it's time awake.. during the night. Prehistoric: This breed is apparently the ... er... oldest? There doesn't seem to be much that makes this breed so spectacular... I wonder why it's limited edition... The prehistoric prefers salt water, but can just as easily live in freshwater. Moss: The moss tends to prefer the swampy areas of the world, where life is most abundant. Majesty: Majesty is a very special Amphadron indeed.. They are worshiped as gods in many cultures. Undine: The Undine is a furious spirit. It lives in the harshest of waters and crashing waves, and can control the tides to swallow ships whole - allowing the sailors to sink to their watery graves.Of course, if you had one, you would no doubt work very hard to earn it's loyalty, would you not..? Salamander: The Salamander breed of Amphadron can swim through lava just as easily as most Amphadron swim through water. The heat within' it's heart can melt steel - but it's temper is cool, just as it's skin is cool to the touch. This creature is rumored to be connected to the creation of jewels in the earth.

Species Name: Seeker Species Number: 22 Pronunciation: Seeker Breeds Available: Onyx, Ancient, Primal VSC Breeds: Pink Nuzzle Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: Repaired Primal Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Vast open spaces... Though they live and hunt anywhere that they have enough room to hunt - they keep their nests well hidden in more forested areas. Diet: Strict carnivore - be it carrion of fresh kills. Call: Seekers usually communicate with a low chuffing sound to show affection, a low growl to a hiss when they are threatened and then will escalate into a full fledged scream or roar when in danger, or defending territory from rival clans. Special Care Needs: This creature is beyond violent, and means of loyalty are often times not even to be obtained... We suggest that you gather LOTS of loyalty before this little creature grows any larger than it already is... Also, some sort of "collar of submission" might come in handy... you have purchased one at the local market, right? Biology and Anatomy: Seekers are built to run. They have sleek bodies that feel smooth to the touch and long, muscular legs that can carry them over great distances without tiring. Their long claws provide extra traction that digs into the ground and pulls them forward to run even faster. In addition to their running abilities, seekers are built with strong jaws that will be their first line of attack when hunting down prey. All these strengths coupled with the tendency to travel in packs turns the seeker into deadly hunters. Behavioral Study: The Seeker is a rather violent species, and will hunt down anything to be a meal... The general rule is that, if it can catch it (and they're fast!), then they'll eat it. The females are much larger than the males. Unlike lions, the females are the dominant ones in the packs, and the males will go out to do the hunting, while the females will feast upon the kills. Sometimes, a dinner-fight will erupt between the alpha and the lessers of the pack - and the alpha will not hesitate to kill even her own pack-members! Suggested Uses: Guard Animal.. as these creatures are extremely territorial, it's best to have them set up a nest where you wish to guard.. and then nothing will be able to go near!... Um.. often times, even you - so be careful! These creatures are also great race animals, as they can run 100 mph at top speed (10 mph faster than a cheetah!). BreedsAncient: The Ancient Seeker breed are not ones to mess with, they are as ferocious as they are big and will not hesitate to attack anything that wanders into a clans territory, even if the intruder is far bigger than they are. Since the humans are cutting down the forests and hunting all of the Seeker's prey, they have sometimes been forced to come into civilian areas and have been reported killing livestock or even humans for food. The Ancient breed are also used by police forces to control riots, take down runaway prisoners or protection of a special person. Onyx: The Onyx breed is much more shy of a creature, who tend to hide when two or more people are in the area. They have a very fragile trust and will become scared and even possibly dangerous if they feel threatened. They do better in a house without children and not too many people. When this breed gets scared, their markings flash brighter colors and they will try to get away rather than stay and fight... Like all seekers, they have a temper to boot, so treat with care and caution! Primal: The primal breed is the "raw" breed... Basically, the labs were paid to make the wonderful creatures called "seekers", and decided to play around with them a bit... They removed 80% of the aggression genes from the beasts, along with the markings and "spines"... Much more docile (but still plenty aggressive for those who need an "attack dog") - and with no "spines", such a large creature could.. it could surely be used as a mount when it's an adult, right..? *Spazz* What happened to the Primal!!! Pink Nuzzle: The Pink Nuzzle Seeker is a big baby. All those nasty habits a normal seeker has? Gone! It's no more harmful than a big puppy... Then again, it -does- have pointy teeth, but the likely-hood of being bitten is slim to none. Repaired Primal: The Primals can be brought into the Tinker's Trinkets, and for a small fee - repaired.. With it's pseudo-skin replace, it looks good as new!

Species Name: Ghaenelt Species Number: 23 Pronunciation: Gay - Uh - Nelt (like "melt", with an "N") Breeds Available: Common, Steel, Hydra, Stagnant VSC Breeds: Lightbender, Junglecreeper, Shadowcreeper Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: Disinfected Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: High temperatures in green areas like forests, rainforests and similar places with a lot of cover are what will make your pet feel the most at home. If you have no such place for your creature, the best you can do is to make sure the area is warm and provides at least one place for the creature where it’s impossible to notice it. Diet: The Ghaenelt digest large amounts of meat and is certainly not picky about where the meat has come from. Even though it does not eagerly search for fruits, it will not refuse eating them if they are being offered or if it finds them lying around. It might be good to know some owners have discovered that which we call the most poisonous of spiders; the Ghaenelt calls a lovely snack. Call: The species utter a wide range of screeches and the screeching becomes more high-pitched the happier the Ghaenelt is. When a Ghaenelt is angry it will ‘speak’, make clicking noises with its tongue. Special Care Needs: A Ghaenelt need a lot of space to roam or it will act aggressive in order to defend its home – and occasionally its group – against ‘intruders’. Never mind it looks quite amusing; let it have its personal space. They will also need a hole in the ground or a cave for them to sleep in, as they do not have the strength to dig or carve one themselves just yet. Beware of those Quills! Biology and Anatomy: The calcified bone-like plate that goes over their head does not come off, as it's part of it's body. Likewise, the thorns on the hind legs protect it from damage as it runs away, not that it needs to frequently. The quills upon their back can both rise and fall according to it's mood, flattening when they're happy or calm, and raising to defend themselves. The plating along their neck not only serves to help protect the blood vessels, but also "rattles" when they're angry to provide a warning. Behavioral Study: The species is rather independent and Ghaenelts will often walk far away from their owners to explore their surroundings. After they have started to feel comfortable in an area they will even start guarding their territory from beings they have not been introduced to yet. The Ghaenelt sleeps until midday where after it… prowls, so to speak. Indeed, the creature is already teaching itself how to hunt. But the results vary greatly at this stage of life. Suggested Uses: None. But keeping one may result in the population of bugs in your area being greatly reduced. If you’re looking for something more useful you might want to return here once they’ve grown older, when they become marvelous companions and "guard dogs". BreedsHydra: The hydra breed sure is interesting, no? The heads on its body seem to work independently of each other and yet it (or they?) walks around with no difficulty at all! An odd trait is that this creature prefers keeping itself company rather than at least acknowledging the presence of other beings. As such this creature is harder to train when you have to earn its respect at first. Common: Well, this breed is quite boring to look at. They seem to be the most cheerful and active of the breeds, but that’s the only extraordinary feature. This is likely to be the last breed to retire as nobody seems to really want them. Steel: This breed is almost identical to the Common, except for the different coloring and a tendency to be extremely curious. In fact it’s almost impossible to keep the Steel away from something if it catches their eye… little buggers... They love to collect shiny objects, and can become quite aggressive when hoarding them away - once they've "acquired" something, it's best not to take it away from them. Stagnant: The Stagnant breed seems to have "risen above it's sickness" - in all senses of the phrase. It can not only fly, but it can control the powers of shadow and illness, causing blight across the land wherever it flies.. unless, of course - you were good enough to take care of yours while it was so weak, ill, and in need of love.. For if you cared for it well enough, no "blight" could ignore love - and the Stagnant would be a loyal companion... otherwise... Junglecreeper: JungleCreepers are a rare breed of Gaenelt indeed.. they are extremely secretive, and spend their time stalking in the darkness of their jungle homes.. you may not be able to ever see one in the wild, as they blend in very well - but the labs have managed to import a few. Lightbender: The LightBenders are quite the opposite of the ShadowCreepers, and instead of being rumored to control the shadows themselves, they are rumored to be able to "bend" light to their will - though that's not a bad thing - these creatures are revered to be quite "holy".! Shadowcreeper: The ShadowCreepers are a pitch-black breed, rumored to be able to control the shadows themselves! Disinfected: The Disinfected is a Stagnant Ghaenelt that received it's cure before it became too late.. Of course - now it's too late for all Stagnants that didn't receive their cure in time.. too bad.

Species Name: Panilla Species Number: 24 Pronunciation: Panilla (live "vanilla", with a "P") Breeds Available: Fire, Metal, Mist, Wood VSC Breeds: Moon, Earthcry Feral Breeds: Snow Super-Rare Breeds: Hybrid Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Bamboo forests. They can tolerate both cold and warm temperatures, usually always humid. Diet: Their diet consists 95% of bamboo, so be sure to supply quite a lot! They're also capable of eating bugs and fruit on rare occasions. Call: Panillas make various sounds, ranging from little soft grunts, to a ... well.. it's that "gentle" noise that guinea-pig makes.. You know, that NOT high pitched annoying one. Special Care Needs: Let them sleep when they wish to sleep. Biology and Anatomy: Something odd happens when you breed "large" and "small" panilla together... You often times will get the "hybrid" panilla - a creature that can only be obtained through breeding.. that's right - no custom hybrid. Behavioral Study: The panilla likes to spend most of it's day sleeping. On the rare occasions that it does awaken, it usually hops about looking for food. Be sure to let it sleep a lot, otherwise they get kinda' grumpy. You may also wish to provide them with a bath (of dust), so they make keep themselves well groomed. Suggested Uses: Panillas seem to be nothing more than very cute companion animals. They can become quite loving if properly trained and cared for, and can even learn to come to their name! Many parents like to give baby panillas as pets to their children, in place of dogs. BreedsFire: The fire dislikes cold places, even more so than the others - so be sure to keep it in a warm place. Also, about that note that Panillas get grumpy when woken up, these tend to nip when woken up, so be cautious. Metal: The metal breed is the "sturdy" breed. Not particularly docile or violent, similar to the wood.. Only, the metal seems to be more stubborn when it comes to learning things.. If it wants something, there's very little that can be done to change it's mind. Mist: The Mist breed is probably the most docile of the Panilla breeds, and tends to never bite... Because of this wonderful personality, they were all adopted out. Wood: The wood, one would assume, is your "standard" breed of Panilla... They're the only breed of Panilla that you can find in the wild, as the labs released several of them just before their hatching. Moon: Moon are special Panillas in that their fur seems to shimmer in pale colors.. Oooh, just look at them Earthcry: The earthcry is a dark creature - said to be aligned with the element of stone and earth. It's paws are "soaked in the blood of it's victims", though - many scientists believe that's just the color of berries.. Nobody can be truly certain. It is said however (though their element is "earth"), that the earth cries in pain with every step they take Snow: Found in the colder regions of the world - the snowy pine-forests, all the way to the icy plains of the far north. Hybrid: Something odd happens when you breed "large" and "small" panilla together... You often times will get the "hybrid" panilla - a creature that can only be obtained through breeding.. that's right - no custom hybrid.

Species Name: Weaver Species Number: 25 Pronunciation: Weaver Breeds Available: Death, Dream, Mind, Web VSC Breeds: Dust, Love Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Weavers like dark places, hidden away from view - with little wind or desturbance.. they like the darkness as well. Diet: Weavers eat mostly insects.. but rumors have it that some of them devour your mind or dream energy... perhaps it depends on the particular breed... Call: The weavers make no noise at all.. but.. rumors have it, some of them can "speak" to you in your dreams.. but, those are just rumors, right? Special Care Needs: Just be sure to not disturb them too often, and they won't get that grumpy. Biology and Anatomy: Information Missing. Behavioral Study: Weavers seem to have hatched in large groups, which consist of up to 25 small weavers.. they constantly fight with each other, just as much as they work together - building large webs as a colony. However, if one of them is larger, or better than the other - it would just as gladly eat it's brother/sister as it would any bug... In fact, by the time they reach their "juvenile" stage of life, the largest and most fit of the Weavers eats all of it's siblings.. and is the only one of the hatch-lings left! Once they reach adulthood, their mindset hasn't changed much.. they don't like to spend time around other weavers, only get together to breed - which also generally results in a death. Suggested Uses: Weavers are.. creepy pets.. most people just like to have them around as a display animal - though.. they are quite intelligent - so you could easily take them with you, and not worry too much about loosing them, if you trained them right. Some weavers, it is said, are so intelligent that they can see into the future, weaving it and civilizations to their whim... but, those are just rumors, right? I mean.. magical spiders..? BreedsDeath: The death weaver carries with it a deadly poison - which can easily kill a human.. because of this, they are no longer available for adoption.. if you own one, please be cautious when handling it. The death weaver is a foul-tempered creature, who enjoys watching those around it suffer.. be super cautious when you own one, for it may be the death of you - no matter how "loyal" it may seem. Dream: The dream weaver is the one rumored to "weave" your dreams, be they good or bad.. they are also rumored to feast on dreams.. but. those are just rumors, right..? These are the true fortune-tellers of the weavers, with generally no ill-intent.. They are often found (if ever) hiding in dark corners, weaving great webs of the future. They can tell you perhaps how you will find love, or even die.. but that doesn't mean they won't give it to you wrapped in riddles - they never give a straight answer... It is also said that they have the power to change it.. Mind: The mind weaver is almost as dangerous as the death weaver, or so rumors have it.. people claim that the mind weaver will speak to them, and make them do things - whispering in their ears... but.. no weaver, not even mind weavers, can talk... it must be madness! Madness indeed - these weavers can take the very threads that make up one's sanity, and tie them into knots... Anyone with a loyal mind weaver not only has a powerful creature at their side - but tends to... have a ... distorted reality, often to the point of insanity. Web: Web weavers lack any hints at psychic abilities, or toxins for that matter... however, with enough effort, they can learn to make great things.. many great things... ever seen a basket woven out of pure silk? Dust: The Dust-Weaver is a rather pale Weaver indeed.. they tend to live where the land is sandy, and instead of building grand webs, they burrow little tunnels within' the sand or dirt, and lay there in waiting - ever so patient for their prey to walk close enough, then "snatch!" they jump out of their hidden burrow, and take their victim.. However, even with these tactics for eating - the Dust-Weaver is revered by the native desert people as the crafter of the cities.. made from sun-dried mud bricks... Hm... Love: The Love-Weaver seems to have lost all it's "evil" intents.. Similar to the dust-weaver, it is pale in color - but fairly more.. um.. pink. It's skull marking (which shows off it's deadly powers) have faded into a light grey, which one can assume will one day disappear completely. The love weaver is by no means a stupid creature, nor is it naive.. but it would much rather knit you scarves and sweaters than poison you or hide in dark corners.. well, okay - maybe hide in your attic while it makes you presents... But do not take it's kindness for granted.

Species Name: Formica Species Number: 26 Pronunciation: Four-My-Kah Breeds Available: Bushido, Geisha, Ninjitsu, Samurai VSC Breeds: Lunar Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: Empress Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: All of the Formica prefer dense jungle, or rain-forest as their homestead. Diet: There are small differences between each breed in diet - but all are capable of eating meat, so that would be your best bet if you own multiple Formica. Call: The only noise they appear to be able to make at this young age is a strange clicking. Special Care Needs: Formica, as a general rule, are fairly aggressive creatures.. even the most calm Formica can have a tendency to "nip"... Please read the breed differences for more details. Biology and Anatomy: Information Missing Behavioral Study: All Formica work wonderfully in groups.. of their own kind... They don't usually get along with the Formica of other breeds though, so keep a sharp eye. Suggested Uses: Although they all seem very strong, the Ninjutsu and Bushido seem more fit for physical battle. They smell funny, though... I wonder what that could mean? BreedsBushido: The Bushido are omnivores, eating both green foliage and meat. These creatures are fairly easy to take care of, provided you always treat them with respect and honor - they're sometimes strange and confusing in their way of life. The Bushido seem to have an inborn set of rules and codes that they must adhere to. No matter what, they will always follow that code, which requires them to stand up for those less powerful than them, especially children, even when they, themselves are children. At a young age, they are always respectful to those older then themselves, and seem to often go by 'children are to be seen, not heard.' But when they feel something unjust is being done, they will always step in to stop it. Be cautious - because this "code of honor" can never be changed by an owner - and owners are not exempt! Geisha: The Geisha appear to eat fruit, but much prefer flesh... and it won't be long before you notice human flash is their favorite, as they continually nibble on you, and not really in a loving way. The Geisha have a bad tendency to try to eat every single human they come across, although it's not very possible at this point. The Geisha is more mysterious, and their desires and plans tend to be more veiled. They can be extremely charming, when they want to be, and tend to lay the charm on very thick when they want someone on their side. They always seem to get what they want, although never through force. They can easily charm the Bushido into protecting them with little to no effort. They also tend to try to eat pretty much every human that comes with in a five yard radius.... Ninjitsu: The Ninjitsu are strictly carnivores, and often demand their food to be alive and kicking when delivered. The Ninjutsu are far more aggressive than either the Bushido or the Geisha, having a tendency to attack whatever's near them if they think they can get away with it. They're very difficult to train. The Ninjutsu, on the other hand, seem very violent and rash, always jumping into things before they probably should, and often causing the very problems the Bushido tries to stop. Even at this young age, they're very secretive, and are always keeping secrets, even if they're little, stupid ones. They don't care for their human companions much, and aren't beyond biting. Samurai: Samurai, like Bushido, are omnivores. Samurai are much easier to take care of than all other Formica. They live to serve, and once under your servitute (it may take them a while to figure that out), they will follow your orders to an absolute... Be careful though - many owners have had their Samurai Formica die trying to protect their owners, or even follow out simple commands. Samurai, unlike the Bushido - lack the "code of honor", and will instead follow their "master's" orders... whatever they may be. Lunar: Lunar are beautiful, and much less "man eating" than the Geisha.. in act, they generally eat plants, and prefer to stay awake during the night.. there's nothing better to protect you in your sleep than a Lunar Formica. Empress: The Empress is the "queen" of the Formica - so to speak, and a pure beauty. Unfortunately, they were only available as a war prize from the first war.. Were you lucky enough to get on?

Species Name: Nysaa Species Number: 27 Pronunciation: Knee - Sah Breeds Available: Oak, Maple VSC Breeds: Bloodroot, Sakura Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: Ever Autumn Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: All Nyssa prefer grassy areas, preferably with no other trees around except for them. Diet: Most of the time, they absorb their nutrients from the ground...Otherwise, insects and fruits are easily fed. Call: Only the truly bonded Nyssa's call is understood... A rustling of leaves is all it's able to do, and each rustle gives away its mood. It takes time to learn them... Creaking, however, means that it is sick and in need of care. Special Care Needs: See Species Differences Biology and Anatomy: Well, a walking tree- you most certainly wouldn't expect that! Their feet double as roots, and though they do indeed have main toes, tiny tendrils extend from them. Their thicker, clawlike roots are used to dig into the ground, so that the absorption of nutrients is more effective. The markings on their head serve primarily for members of the species to identify others of their breed, as it has been revealed that they have some trouble distinguishing shades of greens and browns- the highly visible red mark of a maple makes it easily identified. The branches on their backs are thin but incredibly sturdy, mainly because if one is lost, the recovery time isn't always speedy. Their tails often have moss growing on them as well, a way to tell the age of some Nyssa once they are fully grown. Behavioral Study: Both Nyssa seem to enjoy spending as much time outside, with other creatures, as possible... As long as they like the creature. If there is none they particularly care for, they tend to just be lazy... Suggested Uses: In the very beginning, both are useful for pets and companions... However, it is thought that in its old stage it will be able to hold a "treehouse"! In it's adult stage, it can certainly carry a person (or two) with ease. BreedsOak: Oak, from the very beginning, seem to enjoy...Hitting things... That cross its path. If it is not getting the attention it wants, the Oak will become more violent... So, it's suggested that it be a very close companion as a baby, so its violent tendencies will not come out as often. Otherwise, it seems to enjoy "uprooting" and walking around its land during sunny days... But often crushes small insects that get in its way. Maple: Maple is a very needy, sensitive tree. Although it cannot speak, it seems to understand human speech... And when what it thinks is a negative comment is made towards it, it will try and attack the person making it. Otherwise, this Nyssa is very gentle and loving... It especially enjoys taking care of the newly-hatched. Sakura: Sakura is a friendly little Nyssa, half the size of all the others, which upon maturing, is rumored to bear sweet and edible fruit for it's owners! The Sakura however, are also rumored to be short-lived, so be sure to take VERY good care of it! (you'd be amazed at how quickly those little pink leaves can turn brown. Bloodroot: Bloodroot is a... charming individual *sarcasm*, and is the only Nyssa that apparently frequently eats bugs, not just absorbing the nutrients from the soil... Though it does not eat meat, it DOES like to root itself over fallow ground (grave-soil) to soak up all the blood from the corpses within'. At least they don't have terrible tempers to boot, in fact, they're usually fairly placid. Ever Autumn: The "super rare" is more of a false title for the Ever Autumn.. For those who have credits, they can be easily enough purchased from the Herbologist's Delight.

Species Name: Kinoko Species Number: 28 Pronunciation: Key - No - Ko Breeds Available: Toadstool, Shiitake, Spore VSC Breeds: Trip, Amanita Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: Biolumie Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Moist, humid forest areas with plenty of access to sunlight. Diet: Strictly an herbivore. Enjoys wild berries, fallen fruit, and decaying vegetation (mushrooms eat dead stuff!) Call: They can make all sorts of squeals and clicks - but.. whatever noise they make, it's rather soft, and fairly quiet. Special Care Needs: A constant lover of nature, this creature requires lots of water and a habitat full of plants and vegetation. To imitate the essential vitamins and minerals they get from their natural habitat, we might suggest placing some sort of organic liquid fertilizer. Biology and Anatomy: Four arms? Two legs? Furry mushroom? That's the Kinoko for you. Their large tail balances out their extra limbs, and their body sprouts mushrooms and fungi all over. Kinoko have the ever-endearing quality of large eyes, which certainly help conceal their ulterior motive to put everything in its place. You wouldn't think that, with three fingers on each hand, they would have much dexterity, but they certainly prove you wrong when they shelve your books and open containers! Their "fur" is actually not fur but many small fibers whose purpose is to suck in water, to prevent the creature from dehydrating... After all, there is a reason mushrooms usually live close to the earth! Behavioral Study: Invented as an aid to combat deforestation, scientists created this creature with the sole idea of restoring nature to it's original state. As 'nitpicky' as an animal can get, the 'creature-name-here' always has an urge to fix and arrange things, which constitutes their purpose to restore and replant various vegetation in the wild. They are always at it, and can become quite annoying at times (they think they know just where everything goes)... You may even find your keys already in the ignition of your car! However, their goofy, silly nature often contradicts their dutiful spontaneity, and they usually cover up their tracks by showing some affection or performing foolish antics. Suggested Uses: Need a gardener? Or a butler/maid? Then this creature is the one for you! They are very easy to associate with and listen very well, despite their overwhelming urge to fix things... BreedsToadstool: Toadstool has only a slight poison, one that... distorts... the mind.. Please be cautious when handling your Toadstool, or at least wash your hands before you eat, after handling it. Shiitake: The Shiitake is void of all poisons of any kind, and.. honestly, is quite edible... such a large creature being edible, unfortunately, they've become endangered in short hurry... Poor little things. Spore: The spore smells funny... not. BAD really.. just.. funny... it's poison, if ingested, can make you very ill, or even kill you - and because of this danger, they have been removed from adoption Trip: .... Wow, man... Like, wow. Amanita: The most deadly of toxins are contained within' this cold-hearted creature... Befriend it if you feel you can, but be cautious when handling. Biolumie: The biolumie is permanently attached at the tail. It was also only available for a short time as a war prize.. did you manage to get one?

Species Name: Tilvander Species Number: 29 Pronunciation: Till - uh - Van - der Breeds Available: Bog, Rain, Depths, Lava VSC Breeds: Axolotl Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: These creatures must always keep their skin moist.. though "moist" is a relative term.. as the Lava breed considers "moist" to be.. well.. bathed in lava. Diet: They eat all sorts of small fish and bugs - usually those living near the waters around where they dwell... The Lava breed however, has a more.. specialized.. diet. Call: "Kree! Kree! Kreeeot!" The little chirping call of this creature can be heard at night usually - often mistaken for a cute little frog with a light-hearted voice. Special Care Needs: Be sure to never let their skin dry out! Biology and Anatomy: It is known however, that the ends of their tails and.. "ear flaps" can glow with bioluminescence, most likely to attract prey, or mates. Behavioral Study: They're quite shy creatures, and like to hide beneath the waters. More information will be coming after they've been studied more. Suggested Uses: It is unknown what one would want such a weird.. amphibian for. BreedsBog: The bog prefer to live in the more murky waters - where one can't hardly see a foot beneath the surface... Shielded in muck and abundant plant-life, the bog seems at home. Depths: The Depths breed is the only breed that can not only go in fresh-water, but also salt-water... They like to live in the deepest waters, where light is usually not easily found. Lava: The lava lives in rare locations.. Literally, dwelling in lava... They can also be housed in waters (usually rich in sulfur), that are the temperature of a hot-tub. They eat sulfurous rocks.. It is unknown if they eat anything else. Rain: The rain likes to live free of muck and plant-life, and usually spends time in fresh clean waters, in the more shallow areas.. they are the most commonly seen - but not so easily caught.. Dwelling in streams, rivers, ponds, and lakes - the rain is likely to be found there.. It is also known for walking about on land, attempting no doubt to find a new dwelling during the rains. Axolotl: The Axolotl breed is a very delicate breed that tends to avoid light and strong currents.. It doesn't enjoy mud much either.. In fact, it seems to be a very difficult pet to keep - but surely, the hard work it takes to keep one safe and healthy is worth it somehow..?

Species Name: Drej Species Number: 30 Pronunciation: Drea (as in dread) - j (as in jail) Breeds Available: Cave, Berserker VSC Breeds: Purge Feral Breeds: Grim Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: The Drej usually live in caves - or other such dark places, as they're completely blind. Their bioluminesence helps them to attract prey. Diet: The Drej usually eat anything that would qualify as "edible" (carnivorous, primarily), but their preferred food is fish. They also love to shred socks, so keep the socks and undies locked up. (or.. buy them a bunch of good chew-toys). Call: Like Seekers, Drej let out chuffing sounds to show affection. A low snarl to growl when threatened. And a soft, song-like call during mating season. The most unique sound, is the sound of their echolocation - which is like the sound of two bones rattling together rapidly. Special Care Needs: The only problem is that they could attack if they feel threatened, the owner is too commanding, or they get spooked by something they failed to sense. Mostly, they're just love to be with you, and are big cuddle-bugs - but be cautious not to "spook" them. Biology and Anatomy: The Drej are blind, so they have to use their keen sense of smell, touch, echolocation, and their weak electrical force surrounding their bodies to find their way around. But you can lead them around with a leash. Behavioral Study: These creatures certainly do seem imposing, now don't they? Contrary to popular beliefs, Drej would rather avoid you then attack. They seem to be very bitter and irritable most of the time, which is most likely due to the fact that they are nearly completely blind and are rather clumsy on their, er, feet. The Cave breed of Drej tends to be the more docile natured of the two basic breeds, but it is not yet known why. The Berserker Drej on the other hand, seems to be much more territorial then the Cave breed, making them ideal for guard creatures. It is rumored that all species of Drej have potential to be mounts, but it is highly recommended that you train yours to a substantial level until you attempt to mount one, seeing as they can be very temperamental. Suggested Uses: Drej are used like large guard-dogs when old enough.. and rumors have it that they will some-day make good mounts. BreedsCave: The cave is the most common of the two breeds. They are also the more calm-natured of the two breeds - and have a small problem when dealing with direct sunlight. Berserker: The berserker breed is usually kept as more of a household guard then as a mount - due to their aggressive natures, but they still make good pets. Purge: They are said to have fallen from the heavens. Their legs, and bone-like materials seem to be made of pure crystal, and give out an odd ring when they walk. Grim: Found in the dark part of jungles.

Species Name: Laredo Species Number: 31 Pronunciation: L - ar (as with "tar") - A - doe (like a deer) Breeds Available: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green VSC Breeds: Constellation Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: See breed differences below. In general however, they prefer warm environements, as they're cold-blooded. Diet: Anything that it can catch and fit into it's mouth. Favorite food though is, Fresh rabbit meat. Call: It is a mute (so it makes no noise what-so-ever).. however, it is rumored that this little creature carries with it telepathic abilities. Special Care Needs: It is an aggressive creature. Attacking anything it thinks is un-worthy of it's time. Best kept alone or away from other pets until trained. Biology and Anatomy: At their baby stage of life, they're able to walk on two legs for short periods of time. Behavioral Study: Information Missing Suggested Uses: It is suggested, that when adults, they are used as "large transport" - able to carry multiple riders.. though not too fast, they're wonderful for caravans. BreedsRed: The Red Laredo is one of the more common types, as it is often seen (when fully grown) carting Caravans through the deserts. Yellow: The Yellow Laredo usually live in Deep Caves, Sulfurous Mountain-tops, or nearby rich mineral springs... Anywhere they can roll around in exotic minerals, basically - as that seems to be their favorite past-time. Due to their hard-to reach locations, the Yellow is all adopted out. Blue: Living by River-sides and Swampy areas, the Blue Laredo's scales match it's surroundings.. Mostly. They only like Fresh-water, as opposed to salt-water.. and have a difficult time making caravans, as.. caravans are hard to travel through swamps... Green: Living in the grasslands and open plains, the Green Laredo is another one of the more common types.. and quite useful too Constellation: The constellation's pelt is that of absolute wonder. It's dark and beautiful, and shimmers like a thousand stars. It is also said that the constellation Laredo never gets lost - and prefers to be awake only at night.

Species Name: C.O.D. (chicken of doom) Species Number: 32 Pronunciation: - Breeds Available: Fire-breathing, Pink, Steel-spur VSC Breeds: Peackock, Black Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Cods like to live in groups, often times living amongst other poultry. Anywhere but cold environments, honestly - as long as there's water available to drink. Diet: All Cod seem to have strict diet of meat.. which is odd.. for ... a chicken.. Call: They make chicken noises, nothing too special about it.. at such a young age, they're unable to "crow", but.. little peeps and bocks are made quite often. Special Care Needs: Be cautious! The steelspur has claws nearing razor-blades.. the firebreathing got it's name for that very reason.. and.. hm.. I suppose there's nothing wrong with the pink one, is there...? Biology and Anatomy: Two out of the three common breeds of Cod look very much like regular chickens. Because of this, the differences The Cod have are important and should be looked for very carefully before it is decided whether it is a member of the chicken flock, or an impostor. (The pink however...are pink. That should be telltale enough.) Each Cod starts out life looking generically like any other chick. Differences among chicks are usually hard to see, but can usually be found in the way a chick may spurt out flame or have unusually sharp talons. When they reach their adult forms however, there are some better visual differences. All Cod Have Thick bushy tail feathers that start out one color and end in another. Among farmers, this is known as a Cod's 'Red flag.' Also, All Cod have wings that spread out at twice their body length, and are strong enough to lift the creature into flight. Midway up their relatively long legs they have a small claw that is used to pin down any struggling prey. Beside these things, all Cod are outfitted with the general items that make them resemble fowl. Their bodies are small and light with a layer of feathers to protect them from the cold. Their beaks are small and sharp, but it is said that their eyes are a little sharper than a normal birds. All in all, Cod resemble normal fowl. It's the little things that must be looked for. Behavioral Study: At this young age, it just seems that they're baby chickens.. other than the eating of meat... Though, once they reach adulthood, their true nature shines through. They are deceptive creatures - birds of prey actually - "chicken" is a misnomer. They blend in with a flock of chickens (disguising themselves as roosters to get many hens to follow them - regardless of gender).. and thus, the bait is set. Their diet is quite specialized. They eat other birds of prey (not chickens). When a "chicken-hawk" swoops down to make it's kill - that's when it strikes! And yes, these birds can fly. Suggested Uses: Farmers suggest that you keep a Firebreathing Cod among your flock of regular birds, to keep them safe (no matter how dangerous they may be to the farmer).. Steelspur are said to be used as ... uh.. fighting creatures, when adults - and are usually raised as such.. Pink are often given to children as cute fluffy pets. BreedsFire-Breathing: Fire-breathing.. indeed, breathe fire. Even at such a young age, they're able to breathe fire, so be cautious, and use gloves! However, they're quite tasty.. and best of all - if one should be killed, they spontaneously combust - instantly cooking your chicken dinner! Though, we don't suggest it. Pink: The pink just seem to be cute and fuzzy, void of any nasty behaviors.. they're quite friendly, and love to be around people. When they reach adulthood - the Pink is the only one with a major biological difference.. they don't eat birds of prey, they eat people. Steel-Spur: The steel-spur have.. irritable temperaments, and dislike being around other steel-spur, so keep them separated! Peacock: The Peacock C.O.D. generally follows the "format" of the Pink C.O.D. - though is much more beautiful, don't you think? Black: The Black C.O.D. follows the steelspur in it's behavior for the most part... but it's much more striking, don't you think?

Species Name: Slynk Species Number: 33 Pronunciation: Ss - Link Breeds Available: Brown, Grey, Black VSC Breeds: Cream, Venemous, Albino Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Forests and the nearby Fields... They prefer deciduous forests (the kinds with broad leaves that fall off in the winter), but can easily adapt to coniferous forests (the kind with pine-trees). Diet: Slynk are opportunistic eaters.. They'll eat bugs, small lizards, small birds and rodents, berries, fruits, vegetables, and leftover hamburgers in greasy wrappers... It's.. not too hard to feed a slynk.. in fact, they usually just settle for dog-food when it's available. Call: Slynks can hiss, bark, "crab", and chitter.. they make a lot of noises in fact.. most of them are fairly unpleasant however.. I've never heard a slynk purr, that's for sure. Special Care Needs: Be careful! Not only do Slynks cause a lot of trouble.. But they'll eat your canary, slaughter your gerbils, and steal your socks to hide them in their secret hoard beneath your dresser... In fact, not only will they steal your socks.. but.. they LOVE shiny things.. they're Kleptos really... Biology and Anatomy: Their tails are prehensile, so it makes it quite easy for the little critter to grab things, and even hang upside down from a branch if it so desired. It's certainly easier than trying to carry things in it's paws. Behavioral Study: They treasure shiny objects - and playfight all the time... In fact, that's what they're good at best.. skulking in the darkness, stealing anything that shines there.. taking it back to their burrow.. fighting off all intruders.. killing and eating creatures two times their size... Playfully squabbling with their siblings, and then digging through the trash at the end of the day for a good 'ol meal of... ew.. what IS that, anyway? Suggested Uses: They make wonderful "pets"... though they can be destructive the the household.. they're also good at ridding your house of common pests (such as bugs or rats). Also, who wouldn't want a rather clever little thief as a companion? BreedsBrown: There doesn't seem to be much of a difference between Slynks, other than color alone... Brown Slynks are usually sought after for their more tawny colors - and are unfortunately often placed on the fur market. Grey: Again - there's not much difference other than color.. luckily, the grey slynk doesn't have much appeal in it's fur's color - so they're usually safe from the fur-trade.. however, they make just as good of thieves and companions as the brown do! Black: The black is highly sought after by pet collectors for it's pelt.. Who wouldn't want a cool dark and spooky pet to be their stealthy thief of the night? And ... because of this - they've all been adopted out. Cream: The Cream Slynk is.. Well.. it's named so only because of it's fur color... isn't it cute? Venemous: It's fur color shows signs of it's danger... The Venemous Slynk is.. Indeed, venomous.. it's tiny fangs sport a nasty venom, that leaves one nauseous, in pain - and temporarily paralyzed... Luckily, the venom won't kill an adult.. but smaller animals (such as dogs, or small children)... well.. *cough* Albino: Albino is just that.. isn't it's fur color striking? Not so good for being stealthy though...

Species Name: Neptica Species Number: 34 Pronunciation: N - eh - p (soft) - Tee - Cu (as in "cup") Breeds Available: Mottled, Spotted, Striped VSC Breeds: Monochrome Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: Saltwaters.. They prefer warmer waters, but can easily enough adjust to colder waters, as they're a migratory species... Finding a freshwater specimen is very rare.. see breed differences for details. Diet: These creatures feed on fish. Seryn, unfortunately, seems to be a favorite - so if you plan on housing your seryn with your Neptica, please be sure to introduce your Neptica to it at a very young age - so they grow up "in the family" of seryn. Larger breeds of Neptica (see breed differences for details) can eat larger aquatic creatures, but never cannibalize. Call: Neptica have many, many calls.. from clicks to whistles to squeals - their vocalization rivals that of even the Pliathor! It's difficult to understand their calls, and what they mean - but if one is around their creature long enough, they may be able to decipher some of the sounds - such as "snapping of the jaws" - creating a greater "clack" noise - is usually a sound of "hey, back off".. etc. Special Care Needs: As babies, they have a hard time swimming ... Yes.. even this aquatic creature has a hard time swimming, so providing it with many places near the surface of it's pool to rest is a good idea.. after all, the Neptica breath air, as many marine mammals do - and you don't want your creature drowning on you! Biology and Anatomy: These creatures are completely blind - but make up for it by using advanced echolocation... They can see things that even an eye cannot, and can find hidden objects even beneth a layer of 6 inches of sand! Behavioral Study: They live in medium social groups - and need their family members (which, if you raise one, may very well be you!) - and tend to convert to.. unfriendly tendencies, if their family is not a loving one.. So, if you leave your Neptica lonely, it will be bound to get aggressive. Playful, and brash - these creatures love to come right up to something that interests them, regardless of the danger.. In addition to which, often times, if there -is- a danger (such as a pliathor - great enemy of the Neptica), they will often gather in groups to drive away their foe - just like a flock of sparrows vs. a hawk. Suggested Uses: These make what seems to be the perfect aquatic companion.. They come to the surface frequently, they're intelligent, they're playful, they "need people", and ... they're just an all-together good companion pet to have. They can even be trained to do amazing tricks! BreedsStriped: Striped is one of the fastest breeds, and can do amazing flips out of the water - spinning in wonderful displays. They can grow to lenths of up to 6 feet. Mottled: The mottled is the largest of the species.. though not huge in size, it is rumored to grow to lengths of 8 feet - certainly longer than a man is tall. They can dive the deepest, and can survive in the coldest of regions (in comparison to the other breeds), but that does not mean that they enjoy it at all. Spotted: The Spotted breed is noted to be "the most playful" - though that's entirely opinion, and no doubt not based on fact.. they are however, the breed to be most likely to swim right up to a group of strangers, if anything, just to investigate. They usually grow to lengths of 4 feet. Monochrome: The Monochrome is so named because of it's black and white coloration. Other than that, it's identical in behavior and size to the Mottled Nepitca.

Species Name: Galabex Species Number: 35 Pronunciation: Gal (a lady) - uh - bex (like t-rex, only with a "b") Breeds Available: Doe, Stag, Regal VSC Breeds: White, Greatwood Feral Breeds: None Super-Rare Breeds: None Stats: HereSpecies StandardsPreferred Habitat: The Galabex prefer to live in vast woodlands, secluded within' the secrecy of the lush undergrowth and trees. On rare occasions, they are seen wandering into the open plains and meadows, but they prefer to stay hidden. Diet: Their diet consists of undergrowth.. They only eat plants, and can easily enough adjust to a diet of grains. Call: They can make a rather loud trumpeting call - but usually they are voiceless. Special Care Needs: None Biology and Anatomy: Despite common misconception, both genders of Galabex have antlers, though the Does are much smaller than those of the mighty Stag or even the great Regal. Their thin legs allow them to move quickly and silently through the forest- they may look a bit awkwardly thin, but they allow the creature perfect travel through the species' habitat of choice, the forests. Behavioral Study: The Galabex enjoy a life of hidden splendor. They can become quite violent during the fall when adults, but for the most part, prefer secrecy - even from each other. They are not known to be terribly brash, and are often considered to be very shy - so training your Galabex to "not spook" may be a difficult task. Suggested Uses: The Galabex promises to be a rather spry mount when it grows up - able to leap over very high fences, etc. If you want a mount that can jump grand distances, then the Galabex is for you.. but they take a bit more training than an equillion would. BreedsDoe: Doe are all female, and are the "standard breed" for the Galabex. Stag: Stag are all male, and are the "standard breed" for the Galabex... Really - they're the same creature as the Doe, but.. they're the ones to grow massive antlers when they grow up. Regal: Regal are just that.. their supreme awesomeness is bound to shine through when they grow up, quite a bit larger than even the largest of Stag! They love to live in forests, just as the "standard" galabex do, but they are usually found in the pine forests more frequently. White: White is very, very secretive indeed.. In fact, it's so rare - that it's only rumored to exist, and is considered to the very spirit of the forest itself. All "white stag galabex" are male.. and are said to also be able to dissapear in the mists of the woods! Greatwood: Designed with the heart of the great forest far beyond the desert to the west in mind - this Galabex sports a black pelt with rich red stripes, and silver-white antlers and saddle-back. The Greatwood Galabex are all male, though it's rumored that females may be available in... secluded locations. Kirin: Though they may look it, not all Kirin Galabex are male. And more special than that, not all Kirin Galabex look the same. There are four varieties in fact, commonly called; Shade (black), White Gold, Prism, and Cobalt (blue). When you purchase a Kirin, your color is given to you at random - however, if you already own a Kirin Galabex, you can state that you already own that color to prevent getting a duplicate. As you cannot get "scales" on a custom Galabex, getting a Kirin (or breeding with a Kirin) is the best way to get this special feature on this mighty and noble creature.
