We're going to try something risky. Trust me, and do your best. If something goes wrong, land and we'll end right there, alright?
"Yes Came the only reply from the Sarane, but it was all either of them needed to know there was trust and determination there.
"Hang on tightly, 'Yala," Ashe said out loud. He didn't want to have to hold onto her; if he had to make some risky moves soon, he wanted his hands free. He would tuck her down his shirt if he thought she would stay there! Looking forward, Ashe said, "Volar!", the command to fly. Fafnir took a few strides forward, wings snapping open, and he kicked off into the sky. Ashe whistled and called, "Higher!" as Fafnir adjusted to fly up, above the crowd. They'd been a little too close for Ashe's liking, even now they were closer to the ceiling than he preferred. He swooped, angled, and had a straightaway once more, facing the people that had come to watch.
"Espira!" Ashe commanded, ducking close to his body. He felt Inyala burrow into the crook of his neck and almost crawl into the collar of his shirt - and he was relieved to still feel her there when the world stopped spinning. Fafnir had perfected a quick, tight roll, and corrected their course. Ashe couldn't believe they'd pulled it off so easily - but that was what was to be expected when their bond was so tight!
"Arazi!" Ashe called next, bidding him to land on the ground. The Sarane angled down, tilting his wings to catch the air and slow him down as he made the approach.

Fafnir's feet touched down first, his claws spread. He hit the ground running, his wings tucking shortly after contact. His tail dropped to the ground, the heavy club helping to slow him down like an anchor. It was more natural and less jarring than if he had just put on the brakes and come to a screeching halt himself. Soon enough, he was walking leisurely, then stopped altogether and dipped down, so the human and his half panicked Imp could get off. Inyala crawled out of Ashe's shirt as his feet hit the ground, and she shook herself from head to toe, her little wings fluttering. She had been thrown for a loop, inside a building, and she'd had to cling for dear life! Ground, sweet ground.
Ashe's legs felt slightly similar to jelly when he landed, though he was able to shake it off. He walked up to Fafnir's head and grabbed it, bringing it down to his chest for a quick hug. The fire breathing Sarane allowed it, then lifted his head when it became too much - And Ashe was momentarily airborne before he let go of his face.
Turning to the crowd, Ashe gave a bow. "That was Fafnir, ladies and gents! No better creature to fly through the air with!" Inyala made her way back over to Ashe, climbed his back and side, then shoulder, and stood up herself, arms stretched as if she had been the ring leader of this display all along.

Fiera strode onto the stage. She might be the last one, but she felt more confident than anyone else here- in her opinion, at least. Aces and Jack wandered in behind her, rubbing up against her legs and panting happily. Sure, everyone else here had an obedient pet. But did they have TWO obedient pets that were let in due to a loophole in their species? Of course not! She sashayed to the front of the stage, her long sleeves flowing in her wake. "Hello everybody! I have a treat here today! Presenting-" She said, with a flair toward her pets. "Aces and Jack! Come here guys!" She finished, and the pair ran over obediently. In front of them, they had quite a course- several weaving poles, several blocks to jump up on, a hoop, and finally a flag- and there were two of these setups. After all, she had two entities with her, and she knew that being the same creature, they could move perfectly in sync. To them, it was instinct, but to the audience? It would be amazing. Fiera pointed at her legs as she approached the weaving poles. "Weave legs! Come on, guys!" She said. And sure enough, the two of them effortlessly used her legs as weaving poles, one after the other as she took a step. Fiera was worried she'd trip over them on some level, but as long as she kept a constant rhythm, they wouldn't run into her. When she reached the poles, she stopped and they scattered around her before sitting obediently. "Ok, stay!" She said, before running to the front of the weaving poles. "Ok, now weave!" She called down the line, and they leapt into action. They weaved around the poles, perfectly in sync, with one leaping other the other when they met in the middle, taking turns. It looked effortless, but had a bumpy, playful quality- they were only plush toys of course, not Houluh. Soon, they met Fiera on the other side.

From there, they met a tall staircase of sorts of blocks. They were technically regular crates, but Fiera had dressed them up until they looked nice, with fancy patterns and ribbons wrapped around. "Ok Aces, Jack, jump up!" She said, patting the top of the first one while walking between the two setups. Aces and Jack jumped up on their respective blocks, ready for more. Then, she patted the next, repeating the command- and so on and so forth until they had bounced their way right to the top. The next one would be hard- not only were these blocks so high that she couldn't pat the top of them anymore, there was a gap between the one they were on and the next. "Ok guys, jump over!" She said, waving them ahead. Aces and Jack gave each other the briefest glance before bunching themselves up and sailing over the gap.

The next set of boxes was the same- except for a wider gap. And a hoop between them. But not THAT much harder... Fiera hoped. "Ok, now hoop!" She said with a clap. Once more, they bunched up and launched, rocketing themselves through their respective hoops, skidding to a stop on the other side. Fiera sighed with relief as they landed. From there, there was just one more jump- up onto two platforms. On those were two banner flags, flapping elegantly on the fake breeze Fiera had set up before the show. "Ok, get the flag!" She called, and they looked at the flags, and then back at her. "Leap!" She said, clarifying. Aces moved first- throwing themself at the platform. They scrabbled up, much to Fiera's relief, and Jack quickly followed suit. The two grab their respective flags, holding their sticks in their mouths, before peering off of the platform for a way down.

She ran to the front of the highest box and platform- this part of the show required her participation. She had to do it one at a time though- unless she wanted to fumble one of her pets onto the floor. They were made of cloth and stuffing, so it wouldn't hurt... but it definitely wouldn't get them a good score from the judges. "Jack!" She called, and the puppy raised its ears. "Arms!" She said, holding her arms out. Jack hardly hesitated, and leapt- the banner flag streaming beautifully behind them. They landed perfectly in Fiera's arms as she spun them around, showing off the flag some more. "Good job. She whispered, setting them down. "Now, stay." She finished, before turning back to Aces. "Your turn now! Arms!" She said, and Aces was right behind their other half. They soared like... well, not an eagle. Maybe a blimp. But they landed in Fiera's arms regardless, safe and sound before being deposited onto the ground.

"And now, the grand finale! Ready... spin!" She said, raising her arms to the crowd. Obediently, Jack and Aces sat down on their back legs, goinng into a complicated series of motions. This had taken FOREVER to train, but they managed to flip the sticks onto their noses, balancing them carefully. Then, they lifted their little front legs up, spinning the flag round and round on the tips of their noses. The flags flowed beautifully in the air, waving up and down for the crowd, with Fiera framed by them. "How are you feeling, ladies and gents?" She called, and was met with a roar of approval. "That's what I thought!" She said with a laugh. "Glad we could help you out today! Have a beautiful day!" She said, giving them a wave before turning away. She snapped, breaking her pets out of their trance, and they scurried after her. She blew the audience a final kiss- and stepped off stage.
