There are drawbacks and benefits to non-verbal communication, and in their case the slightest change in mood can really speak volumes. Amonuro drifted up and above the market, his sky-blue mist matching the equally blue sky. Most folks on the street were far too busy paying attention to what was in front of them (or could be in front of them, in terms of customers), so the shijin had little attention, save for a passing bird.
Down below, the sphinx stayed at a distance, looking to wait someone, and gave subtle hints of calm or nervousness depending on where the vendor was currently looking at. Above, the shijin extended his mind to reach out to the orb with invisible force, gradually starting to lift it from the pot. He'd stop at the sign of nervousness, and continue at the calm, keeping the sphere to the very edges as much as possible.
It was a slow, delicate process, to ensure no attention was drawn..

..But eventually, the orb was far enough out of the pot that he could angle it behind the vendor and pull it up and out of view beyond the rooftops. Breathing a sigh of relief, the sphinx went ahead and snuck into one of the side streets, where the two met up again, the shijin floating the object to her.
"Thanks," she smirked, sheepishly. "Now let's just hope we don't have to do that again.."
Unfortunately, the next few finds weren't exactly easier, either. More towards the market proper they found one little figurine on its side next to a stall's table, and though it was a bit more out of view, the shijin still had to move it telekinetically into her bag, while she pretended not to see, in order to avoid any needless confrontation with the vendor who owned the table (Looking to be a spice merchant of sorts, based on the wares).

Another incident occurred when the shijin thought to have seen an object on the windowsill of a building overlooking the market streets. Presumably, someone could have found the object and brought it home, thus most likely being a little reluctant to release it back to them, regardless of who the original owner even was.
Amonuro had little trouble floating the object out of the window and bringing it back down to a side street where the sphinx was waiting for him, but as soon as she held the figure, she realized it.. didn't actually match the design and make that the kapper's ones were in. Unintentionally, it seemed the figurine has little to nothing to do with their quest.
The two exchanged awkward looks, before the sphinx said, "Just.. go put it back, exactly as it was and.. let's not mention this to anyone, ever."Spirits knew some of the thought-bound back home certainly didn't need to know..

With the mistaken object replaced, the two continued onward, but with a far more careful manner. Glass was a popular material for a reason and glass objects ranged from any number of things, both practical and finely made. However, there was only a specific set of items that were the kapper's and the kapper's alone. Just because something was made from it didn't' mean they were seeking that particular one.
Fortunately, there were no additional awkward incidents following that, as the sphinx was able to ask for one figurine from a vendor, who seemed happy enough to return it to her, seeing as they were a seller of garments and hardly dealt with glass objects. She found another one left on the edge of a food vendor's stall, and one more beneath a bench near the middle of the marketplace proper.
The kapper's list finally ended with a building near the docks, which seemed to be a workshop of sorts.

Evidently that looked to be the place where he worked, for the sphinx could see all manner of furnaces and similar through the windows inside, though not ones used for smelting of metals so much as melting down silica to form glass. Whether it was the last one or not, she did notice a small half-finished sculpture just outside the door, potentially having already been dropped as the kapper closed shop that day. It was entirely to their fortune that the object had landed in a small pile of sand, rather than the cobblestones, otherwise they could have been picking it up in a lot more pieces..
All in all, that was something they could count themselves lucky in general - Of all the objects, none seemed to have been damaged both upon their losing as well as their recovery. Whether that made up all the things the kapper had lost was anyone's guess (More so the kapper's) but the sphinx figured it should be at least most of them.
So finally they packed the last one into the back and began heading back to the questing board, to return the items.
