Alba squeaks a little in response to Tic's bold approach, a berry-covered paw swiping a purple streak across his head as she nudges him away. His ears flatten at the apparent rejection, ear quirked at the sticky mash wiped near it. She doesn't look pleased at him, but doesn't shoo the other male away quite so readily once he gets out of her 'bubble'. After a moment of indecision, when it appeared he was being allowed to stay this time around he sat down right next to Alba - who scooted a little further away. Tic set about a catlike grooming over his head, loosening the berry goodness from himself and likely devouring it with his paw-roots in the process. One of Fall's ears was busy pinning at the other male, getting slightly distracted from staring at the other suitor when Alba herself bumped into him. Fall let out a trilling 'chee', finding it difficult to want Tic to be gone if she was paying attention to him anyway! The albino female let out a big huff though her nose, bouncing her way over the males' heads and back out into the open of the room, instead of squished between the two. These were the strangest little critters, weren't they? Lethalia marveled at their quiet interactions, the minuscule noises they made even without having a mouth. Little squeaks and chirrups as they bumped into one another, the loudest noise some kind of purring 'cheee' noise that they must've garnered their namesake from. breeding|15

Things weren't going all bad through the group, but she wouldn't know what about their interactions would look like they were doing good either. That's probably why she was warned that taking three in could potentially take a lot longer than trying to breed just two, since Alba was clearly getting accosted on two different fronts. She looks happier now that she's gotten a bit of space from them, leaving the boys to pick around what was left of the berry mess in the bowl. Ever a lady, she stopped to clean her dainty little fore paws from the purplish staining upon them. Though it would seem like they might clean themselves like a cat, they lacked a mouth to wet their paws. Instead, she seemed to wipe them one paw off with one another, the little hairlike roots too small to see, but soon enough the color on her paws fades to her natural pink. Neat. Lethalia heard they had sharp claws to latch into the soil for their real roots to absorb whatever goodies they got from the earth, but she hadn't seen their claws come out at all during this venture. It was hard to tell if they just wouldn't attack one another because it wasn't in their nature, like the claws just weren't used for that purpose. Even so far away from all of the more violent creatures, the woman has to laugh at herself that she still can't stop considering the possibility of unrest in the group she brought here today. breeding|16

Maybe she really did need time away from all the battle training and creatures. It can't be good to persist inflicting it upon herself, especially since she was rather soft hearted for any sort of pit ventures to begin with. Gods knew why she decided to keep agonizing herself over the training and obsession with it, but it certainly came with the restlessness that had driven her to making ever stupider decisions when she was a little younger. This? This was a good way of keeping herself out of trouble, even when the back of her mind wanted to dive her to destruction of herself or some part of the world instead. Not this time. She had enough stress as it was, she wasn't going to intentionally cause more for herself. The woman took a deep breath, forcing herself to watch the pachee and get the hell out of her mind for now. It was safer that way. Seeming satisfied with her cleanliness, Alba gave her body a satisfying all-over shake, her bright pink tail-petals flaring as she did so. Sparing a glance over her shoulder, the males had already devoured all of the scraps left available to them, their attention now soley back on her now. For all they looked like cats, they acted a little like them too. Lethalia could imagine the worked-up growling of a housecat as Alba scrabbled to her feet, tail leaves puffed up and splayed out. The males reeled back a little, surprised eyes meeting one another's before trying to decipher what Alba was doing. breeding|17

Lethalia let out a little cackle and instantly covers her mouth, concerned she was going to distract the pachee just when they were getting something positive to happen. Lucky for her they're too zoned in on one another, a bit of noise from the humanoid they were otherwise ignoring wasn't going to change that. Things were just getting interesting for the group of pachee, anyway! Alba's paws skidded on the slick floor as she peeled out, and again Lethalia's brain can provide the appropriate house cat noises to the albino's sudden need to race around the room. Who knew plant creatures could get 'the zoomies'? It was awful cute, especially on such a girly pink blur now making laps around the small room. Tic and Fall's hesitation end once Alba's able to get a lap in around the room and they both realize she's playing, and they both take off in pursuit of Alba with their tails excitedly aloft. A game was much better than just trying to be polite to court her! Their paws scrambled on the floor searching for a grip just like Alba had. The boys bounced off of one another as they found just how to run on this sterilized smooth floor as opposed to the dirt in the gardens, but soon enough they're both zooming off after her. Lethalia found herself cheering them on inwardly, an easy smile on her lips as she watched over the group. This really was better than she'd hoped, or at least now something seems likey to happen! breeding|18

Alba skidded and careened into the door when the slick tile wouldn't allow her to come to a complete stop, turning around to face Tic coming at her first. He too skidded to a stop, playfully rearing up and splaying his paws at the albino. He threatened to get close to her, too, nearly able to grab onto the wily lady before she peeled away from him. Fall was right behind, colliding into Tic from behind and sending them both tumbling. "For the love of gods, don't hurt yourselves," Lethalia asks the open air, knowing she's not going to get any sort of response from them. She'd stood to take herself out of the line of fire, gingerly lifting a hoof so that one of them didn't take a header into it as they whizzed by. Once again, her primary concern was making certain nothing happened to the animals under her care - even more vital when they belong to an acquaintance! Alba waited just for a moment while the boys got back to their feet, and it almost looked like she was lagging behind on purpose now. Oh no, they might catch me, her daintily flagging tail seemed to say, turning and running away only at the last moment, her pair of suitors right behind. Well, at least they all appeared to be having fun - and if they're still able to rip around the room like they have been, all of them must be unscathed from it! Still though - could you guys stay in one piece to be returned to Jack, please? breeding|19

Fall closes in on Alba first this time, all but shoulder-checking Tic out of the way to get his chance in. It only seemed fair. He was able to catch up to his lady, making some charming noise at her before she made a particularly sharp turn away from him. Fall was baffled for a moment, paws skidding on the ground before broadsiding the wall that Alba avoided with more grace. At least he was able to kick off of it, and use the momentum to try and catch back up to where the other two left him behind at, Alba looked like she was having a grand old time, leading the boys all around and making them slide and crash into things. At some point during their ripping around the room, Lethalia blinked a few times when something aloft floated across her field of vision. Her eyes have a difficult time focusing on the floating particles, and eventually finds one floating in front of her nose to zero in on. Coming into focus, she realizes it's just a little particle of pollen and she waves it away dismissively - and comes to realize there's no way to just swat it away, because several more swirl into the vortex of air she created. A little bit of a startle - there's noting wrong with the boys, is there? - Lethalia steps back, careful to not step on any small darting bodies underfoot. It takes her all too long to realize the room was filling with particles of pollen, bits of it breaking off of the males' tails with every stride they took in pursuit of Alba. Oh, gods. Gross? It's technically only pollen. But still. Kind of gross. breeding|20
