Concerning Intellectual Property and Copyright
All goods distributed by Sanctuary are intellectual property of Art of Spirit.
No form of copyrighted works (inspired by or derived from) are allowed to be ordered through goods provided by Sanctuary.
Delivery of Goods
All goods distributed by Sanctuary are digital and will not, under any circumstances, use a physical address. All monetary transactions will be carried through by digital means, and delivery of product will be documented with a receipt upon request only.
Privacy Policy
Sanctuary requires the use of PayPal, which may disclose your name and email address. No personal information will be asked from you. Information regarding orders, such as your HxR username, type of order, and details describing that order, may be made available to view in the archive or Trello queue, unless otherwise requested.
Refund Policy
All monetary transactions conducted for the purchase of services provided by Sanctuary are non-refundable. All sales are final. Any request for the refund of purchased goods will be denied. |

Sanctuary does NOT offer add-ons. However, some species here may have certain variants that you may select from, free of charge.
All links provided to display the available variants double as coloring pages! Feel free to use them to color in your vision for your custom. All coloring pages include both ages and are MS paint friendly.

- Addendum - All wingless varieties of creatures lose the ability to fly! There are no separate base stats, simply remove Fly from their ability list. Shroomless mussimanders cannot produce shrooms in the garden. All customs may have an added move or ability, as per usual custom ruling. However, babies born using the Wild Breeding system do not inherit added moves/abilities from custom parents. |

Sanctuary Specials are FVSC. These act as pre-made 'Custom Colored Creatures' with the potential of multiple copies. The special creatures here in Sanctuary are limited in supply and might not come back once they're gone!
Creatures which are offered at the Baby age will automatically grow after the date listed in its shop entry. They are NOT 'grow-your-own'! If purchased after the listed growth date, you will receive a Mature creature instead.

Like how the creatures in Sanctuary look? If you are an owner of any of the species available here, you may update your critter to the lineart produced here for free, regardless of the source. All updates will reflect the original coloration, though there may be some added flare (such as the color on the edge of Dragon Oak leaves).
This service is free and bypasses the normal ordering system. Simply send the image of your creature (or creatures) via PM stating you would like to update its lines and the reply you receive will be its update! It is advised that you always keep the original image handy, just in case. |

Take care of this shimmering egg well, for it will be transformed by your very dreams.
Within the Dreaming Egg resides a very special and unique Draconic.. It is a being molded by the dreams it witnesses, and upon hatching, becomes intrinsically tied to who's dream it was birthed from. Not only that, but it is destined to become the progenitor of a whole new Draconic species! Fret not; the hatched Draconic will come with unique coloring that marks it as your one of a kind, special friend.
Although Sanctuary provides these special Draconic Eggs to those who seek them, the hatching process is quite a bit more involved.. Please visit the Hall of Dreams for more information.
Quick Notes Regarding Dreaming Eggs:
Dreaming eggs hatch a unique, new species of draconic!
The draconic individual hatched from your egg will have unique coloring.
Your hatchling grow with time, about 1 month (30 days) after hatching. You may not request to grow it yourself.
Your hatchling is immediately bonded to your character. Due to this, you may neither obtain a dreaming egg if your character already has a bonded Draconic, nor hatch more than a single dreaming egg.
The Draconic species born from your dreaming egg will be made available for adoption in the Rookery when your hatchling matures.
Dreaming Egg Draconics are created by Xentus. You may not request a different artist.
Dreaming Egg Draconics cannot be ordered for another person, but may be ordered from a primary account for a secondary character (or vice versa).
