Whatever she did, she was going to have to give them their roots pretty soon, she figured with a frown. It wasn't like she didn't want them to breed or something, they had to have them to breed for whatever reason. She just knew they were expensive and it was honestly a bit of a gamble to breed this species in order to get a Kair. Oh well, it didn't really matter, she just hoped she did get one at this point. All she knew was she was trying to get a Kair, that's what she was hoping for, and that's what she would eventually get one of these days, it was just a matter of time and all that. The pair looked happy to be with each other and all that, they were getting along rather well for never having bred together before. It was fine though, and she smiled a little as she worked with things at the moment, trying to decide what the babies were going to look like at this point. Hopefully there would get a good mix of colors from the parents, Thran and Corbis, and she hoped that it would be different than what she already had.

Thran and Corbis were eventually going to have babies, Jack just wondered how many they were going to have at this point. If she had to breed them a bunch, then she certainly would, but that wouldn't be healthy for Corbis in any way, shape, or form. Frowning, she hoped she would get what she wanted out of this breeding, but she wasn't going to hold her breath. She would be happy with anything at this point though, and that was the whole point of it all. Jack leaned back in her chair and watched the pair of them playing together, and hoped that they would get together pretty well once they got to a back room. Whatever, she didn't know what to do right now, and then that was going to be well no matter what. All she could do was hope that everything was going to be okay and then it would be fine. Jack shrugged a little and sighed, wishing there was something she could do about the amount of offspring she would have in this breeding, but of course there wasn't going to be anything, at least not soon enough at this point. Laughing, she shook her head.

Well, that was fine, she would get something soon enough she knew, but until then, she would have to deal with what she had. That was the issue she figured with a little smile on her face, and that was always going to be the issue until she got what she wanted out of the two Kairfuryoo. Sighing, she leaned back again and shook her head, a little unsure of what she needed to do for now. At least she had something to do, but she wished there was something else she could do while she was doing this. It would make more sense for her to keep doing what she needed to do than to quit, right? Sighing, she buried her face in her hands for a moment and pouted a little, she hated doing this, but she needed to if she was going to get what she wanted, that was going to be the hard part she figured. Shaking her head a little, her hands slid from her face and she leaned forward, her elbows on her knees as she watched the pair play together a little bit near the doorway. Hopefully they would be called to the back soon.

As soon as she thought that, though, the attendant came over and told her it was her time to shine, so to speak. Jack chuckled to herself and called the two Kairfuryoo over to her after a moment of watching them play together and followed the attendant to one of the back rooms. Maybe it was weird that she was in the room with them when they bred, but hopefully it wasn't too terribly weird for them, but she never knew at this point. She grinned a little and shrugged as she let the two of them in before her before she followed them in. Maybe things would really work out for them in the long run and all that, but she hoped that everything was going to go fine. As long as she did what she had to do, then everything would work out in the end, she just had to believe it and all that. Jack smiled a little and sat down on the couch near the door and watched the two as they flirted with each other a little bit, wondering what they were doing there, even though Corbis knew all along, she was just playing this time.

Jack jumped a moment and dug around in her bag and pulled out the pair of roots from her bag, smiling as she tossed them toward the Kairfuryoo pair, where they rolled and landed at their feet. Thran picked up one and offered the other to Corbis and they both ate quickly as they looked at each other amorously. Things would be fine at this point, she knew, and that was alright in the long run, that was exactly what needed to happen she knew, and it was all going to be alright anyway, right? Jack smiled a little and laid down on the couch after that, wondering what kind of offspring they were going to have, hoping for a Kair still and wondering if she had time to do another breeding tonight if she needed to. Shaking her head a little, she wondered what to do with things at this point, but that wasn't going to happen anytime soon of course, she had to let them have some time alone together. So she closed her eyes and laid there for a little while, wondering what she was going to get from them as she laced her fingers behind her head.

The woman slowly fell asleep as she waited for the pair to breed, and her dreams and nightmares were filled with the species she was aiming for, Kair. There were ones of all shapes, sizes, and colors, and she hoped at least one of them was in her future, but she couldn't be sure at the moment. Sighing in her sleep, she waited for the sounds of the Kairfuryoo to wake her, and she hoped that she would awaken to two new chicks. Whatever she meant right now, she was going to have some great stuff going on for them, though she wasn't sure what to do with all of them now or anything. Jack frowned a little as she slept and hoped that she wasn't just throwing a root pair to the wind, maybe she should have used it on a Dragon Oak breeding instead, but she really didn't know if that would have been as satisfying. Giving up a little, she peeked out of one eye and then closed it again when she saw they were still in the process. At least she had something to do, which was catch up on sleep, even though the nightmares were starting to outweigh the dreams.
