The robot had never been sent to the trader before, Nerius had always visited this particular shop in person. He was usually seeking magical crystals, and while he could sense the stones if they were in stock, he couldn't do it remotely through a TROD. But today, Nerius had picked up on the faint hum of magic while on the way to another task, one he couldn't reschedule at the last minute. So, not wanting to miss out on the rare crystals, had sent the robot instead. Multi-tasking at its finest.
It had taken the TROD a little time to get to the shop, and Nerius hoped they weren't sold out yet. As 'he' entered the shop, he kept his robotic eyes out, looking around until he spotted what he was looking for. It was strange, to look at a magical crystal, and not feel anything coming from it. Pushing away the strangeness, he set a series of items on the counter, they were an odd bunch, but hopefully would be something the trader wanted. "Would you be interested in these in exchange for a pure crystal?" it was in his voice, but a bit distorted, perhaps due to the age of the model.
The trinkets hardly seemed worth a magical crystal, but then again the items had been generated by the magic of the mansion. Perhaps there were some that could extract that magic somehow, making them valuable for more than their mundane components. But Nerius had no real use for the items, and they were easy things to part with, especially for a crystal. It wasn't a type he was specifically looking for, a light node wasn't high on his list of magical priories, but he wasn't about to pass up a crystal, especially one of the rarer, divine ones.
As usual, the trader remained silent. Nerius had visited the shop a few times, and never heard the person speak. It was odd, compared to the other shopkeepers, but Nerius didn't mind. The trader was interested though, as far as Nerius could tell, and he carefully pushed the items closer to the trader.
