You can treat them as sweetly as possible, and they will still be largely indifferent to your presence. They're notorious thieves, carting off any left out food and, if available, your eggs. Oh yes, they will still eat eggs, any and all, species be damned. Besides eggs they'll hunt any sort of small creature (from your Vulpine, your Izer, or a wild hare). Even if fully fed, hunting seems to be their way of passing the time. That, and digging... Which they do quite well and very destructively. They form shallow burrows or dens for themselves to live in, luring prey as eggsnatchers lure children... When tangling with one of these fellows, proceed with caution- their quills pack some venom. |

Stamina: 3 Strength: 3 Resistance: 2 Dexterity: 5 Mentality: 2 Special Abilities: Aquatic, Lone Wolf, Intimidation Moves: Constrict, Poison Sting Size Chart Reference: 7 Interestingly enough, while these creatures are large, they're not exactly powerful, being thin, lithe beasts as opposed to thick and muscular. But don't be fooled- these things can pack a nasty temper and a sharp bite to boot! They have sharp teeth located in the front of their mouths, shaped like hookes to keep any prey they catch. They kill by constricting, and eat like any snake- swallowing whole. They're lined with scales along the sides of thier bodes which they can use to rattle to intimidate foes. They're not particularly social at all, preferring their own company. Oh, did I mention? They're also poisonous, beware their spines. It can be a bit nasty. |

Lookit the cute little fluffykins!... But seriously, these little guys are soft sweethearts. Tantrum? They know the word not. They are highly companionable creatures, and get despairingly lonely when left along for too long. They enjoy being pet and scratched and doted on in general- though they prefer this towards the later evening hours. While not strictly nocturnal, night time is the preferred time of activity for Panyssas. They do, however, make a point to venture out while the sun is out (but fading)- we're not sure why, but we suspect it has to do with the health of their plant-oriented parts. Their diet is consisted of anything you might feed a panilla- largely bamboo, with fruit being the rare craving. While they can, as a plant, get nutrients from the sun, it's very limited and is not sufficient enough to sustain a healthy animal. |

Their parents were clever, and so are they.. however, they seem to be lacking... arms.. Centaur-like, but lacking arms? Well, that may be very frustrating to them - but then again, one of their parents didn't have opposable thumbs, and they did just fine, didn't they..? Though their wings exist, they're too tiny to fly - but that doesn't mean they can't carry their own weight (in the form of a person or a backpack.. which, their owner would have to put on, considering their lack of arms)! |

They too are quite intelligent - so intelligent that they could just as well tell you how much they don't like you. |

They're territorial, irritable, and don't much like company. As such, a wise trainer will spend quite a bit of time with their beast before letting small children pet it. |

At any rate, they are attracted to flowers like bees to honey, and though their wings are small - much like a bee - they can still manage to fly by beating them very rapidly. Though their rough bark-like mouth may appear jagged, their bark (or rather howl) is worse than their bite. |

Slimy... Furless... Dogs... That SPIT ACID!! No, well, they actually spit poison.. but isn't that close enough? Luckily, though they may appear... gross and icky at first, they're quite gentle natured, and would just love to curl up in your lap to fall asleep there - if you don't mind the texture of their flesh. |

Their wings are made of leaves or petals, and they can flutter their way through the treetops where they tend to make their home. They have the powers to sing to the woods and make the grasses grow and flowers bloom. Such wonderful and beautiful creatures are also adamant about defending their forests, and will bite to kill any who wish to destroy their homeland. |

And they're fairly friendly too! They chirp, and twitter, and chatter. They chatter a LOT in fact. And their bad habit of digging in the potted plants (and perhaps furniture or carpet) may get on your nerves - if their happy parrot-like chittering doesn't. However - they're very friendly, active, and social little beasties.. Just beware of the thorns on their backs - even if they're friendly - they hurt! |

Well... dead... magical.. ethereal fish. They may look icky, but at least they're quite friendly.. perhaps.. TOO friendly.. I would certainly be suspicious - if I were you. |

Their feathered wings sport hidden fingers - of which only their thumb and it's claw shows. Their elongated fangs are far too thin and delicate to be used to destroy their prey, so they'd prefer to use them to crush their prey's windpipe once they manage to take it down with their claws after a clever pounce-dive from the sky. |

Their wings are an interesting membrane that allows them to fly through water just as easily as air, using their tail as a rudder. Their feathers also are like a rain-slick, the water just slides right off it - as it were a duck's back. Deadly predators of the waters, these creatures are also large enough to easily pick a man off a traveling boat - and likewise, they can carry a rider through the sea or air. |
