Nibbling on her lip she keeps wondering what type of push she should use that would be strong enough, normally Golem’s are slow to snap back so quickly against someone with speed on their side and she worries about that. Sev doesn’t look so fast like he did before, and while he certainly looks eager to give his wings a final work-out, perhaps she should hold back on that.
Looking back at the Golem’s partner, she can’t really see what they might be thinking of, or what they are planning. Was it just luck they got that made them just now faster to react? Narrowing her eyes, she looks from the disheveled Golem to the still healthy and pristine Sev whose chitin shines brilliantly in the sun, although not in such a rainbow-like spectrum as the Golem. ‘Let’s stack the deck a little bit more.’ With that thought in mind, she grins while sending the next thought towards Sev. ‘Right Sev, go fast and be boundless!’ Her cheeks pinken a bit, it might be a bit cheesy saying it to him, but it’s not like she is saying it out loud though.
The buzzing sound of Sev’s wings seem to start revving up as he starts flitting into a more unpredictable pattern then before in the sky, wings almost invisible with how fast he moves them. She’s certain that if he gets closer to the ground, all the sand there could easily be blown away with the speed he has it going.

Nina's metaphorical heart sank as she watched Laputa continue to flail wildly at the Vespa. It seemed like he was relentlessly taunting her, playing with her like a toy. It was miserable to watch, not that Laputa seemed to mind. She didn't really understand what was happening - she just tried her best, like she always did.
For the first time since the match started, Nina took her eyes off the battle and focused on her opponent. She seemed almost giddy with delight. She made a mental note to remember that face, just in case they ever crossed paths again. This was not a moment to forget.
