Please note...- The last date to post your introduction post is 72 hours from this post. Without an introduction post you cannot battle. - Certain moves can't be used in the Pit because of the surroundings and other moves can affect more than one creature at the same time. After all introduction posts have been posted you will be informed whether those two apply to any of your creatures' moves. - That you have 72 hours to post a response to a calculation post and/or roleplay post. The 72 hour deadline is not extended if your foe posts after a calculation post. Not meeting the deadline results in an automatic disqualification. - That characters level once every 20 posts in the Fighting Pit, but pets gain levels and loyalty towards their owners normally.

The kick was effective enough to disorient the equillion, but Lisan didn't know the number one thing to remember about equillion in general. They're dangerous on both ends. And that double hooved bucking HURT. Especially when the opponent still has four legs to stand on and kick out with the other two. Bug horses hurt; lesson learned? Unlikely. The baakir's strangled tuba screamed, and the long legs had their knees buckle from shock and pain. Baakir are surprisingly delicate creatures. The humans spilled out onto the field and came to tend both Lisan and the bughorse thing. Splitting them apart and leading each other out of the ring once able to walk again. Leading back out in a little while. Ridelys on the other hand, had a problem on hand. The owner of the baakir still hadn't come to claim her. Where were they? What was going on? And now she was roped into when the tournament ended. One down, six more to go. ready

The murp had lost his previous battle, but watching the amphadron in action had been interesting enough to make up for it. Would their next foe be something as interestingly magical? Nerius wasn't sure if he should hope for it or not, on one hand, magic. On the other, such a foe would likely defeat Shale, and he did hope that the murp would manage at least some victories. Nerius wasn't late, but still their opponents had already arrived by the time he entered the stands. It was, err.. honestly Nerius wasn't sure what that hooved creature in the pit was. It reminded him of a very stretched out equillion, though he had no idea if it would elemental abilities the way the magical horses did. He rather doubted it though, it was the magical species he was most interested in, and he'd not heard of these before. Shale didn't know, or care, about potential elemental abilities, and snorted at the baakir as he entered the sands. [Ready!]

Notes
- Lisan Milkiun can use all moves
- Shale can use all moves
- Lisan Milkiun goes first due to higher Dexterity

The gates creak open and... out comes... a really buff sheep. Half fluff, half buff. Much more in the front then the back. Lisan had no damn clue what this hooved thing was either. Its horns were literally attached on both sides of the head, without any un-meeting points. The baakir could see a clear statement of the hooved animal as it came in, and obviously here to kick butt and take names. Lisan wasn't about to make the same mistake. The strangled tubasnake sound came again, as she lashed out her hooves if the creature came remotely close to her. Ridelys hadn't seen a murp in a long while. She had once owned a murp, adopted from someone who had done her a favor and she'd trained their murp. The buff sheep were quite adorable as babies but the half bull look just didn't sit so well in her head. This was a beast here to fight, and she could see the gem glint... somewhere in that wiry mire of wool. lisan kicks!

The creature was large, taller than Shale by a decent amount, but it was also gangly, all long limbs, where the murp was much more beefy. Shale didn't have the best reaction times, but what he lacked in reflexes, he made up for in sturdiness. So much so that Nerius had decided to try a different strategy than usual with him, instead of trying to boost his limited dexterity, he'd gone for pure lasting power.
It had sort of worked before, and Nerius suspected Shale would be able to take a hit from the baakir as well. The issue would be landing a blow in return. "Buck," Nerius gave him the command, before that headbutting instinct could kick in, the way it was moving at him made the murp feel like he was being challenged, even if that probably wasn't what the hornless creature had in mind. Still, he obeyed the command, lashing out at the baakir with his powerful legs and hooves. [Shale uses Buck]

Calculations
Lisan Milkiun uses Kick! Lisan Milkiun's Dexterity of 6 + 4 rolled by staff = 10 vs. 3 Dexterity of Shale Lisan Milkiun will deal the most damage possible! Lisan Milkiun's Strength of 5 + 4 damage of Kick = 9 damage 9 - 3 Resistance of Shale = 6 Shale's Stamina is now 6
Shale uses Buck! Shale's Dexterity of 3 + 6 rolled by staff = 9 vs. 6 Dexterity of Lisan Milkiun Shale will deal the most damage possible! Shale's Strength of 5 + 5 damage of Buck = 10 damage 10 - 2 Resistance of Lisan Milkiun = 8 Lisan Milkiun's Stamina is now -1
They both tried hard but the Murp manages to take out the Baakir pretty quickly before the Pit staff come out to heal both animals
Rewards Shale gains 2 levels and Nerius gains 5 pit prize points Lisan Milkiun gains 1 level and Ridelys gains 3 pit prize points
