So, I'm planning on training a Nebuli, but it has a potential conflict between its moves and abilities:
Stamina: 2
Strength: 2
Resistance: 1
Dexterity: 4
Mentality: 6
Special Abilities: Ethereal, Magical
Moves: Howl, Chilling Aura, Ethereal Claw
Ethereal, as written, states that it can't touch anything in a physical manner, and so presumably it cannot be touched either. However, Chilling Aura, in order to be used, needs the user to be hit by an attack that makes contact.
Does this mean that it cannot actually make use of Chilling Aura? Or, does Chilling Aura still work because a physical attack can still pass the accuracy check and hit but not deal damage due to the physical immunity aspect of Ethereal (therefore proccing the effects of Chilling Aura)?

Additionally, I have a two-part question regarding magic.
How Magic which allows the user to use a move works in terms of the accuracy check? Magic is ruled as unavoidable, but if a spell casts a move, does that move still need to have an accuracy check? I'm looking at Freezing Breath, in particular.
In tandem with that, what effect would the spell Bolster take when used on something which has cast Freezing Breath? Would the spell be casted twice (meaning Breath of Winter is used twice) or would the damage of Breath of Winter deal twice as much damage? (while there is little mechanical difference between the two possibilities, I would like to cover the potential of an accuracy check being made twice versus only once, depending on how the previous question is answered)

I also want to verify the Stats of the Rubytail Faeron:
Juvenile
Stamina: 1
Strength: 0
Resistance: 0
Dexterity: 2
Mentality: 2
Special Abilities: Fly, Physical Resistance
Moves: Shimmer, Toxins
Adult
Stamina: 2
Strength: 1
Resistance: 0
Dexterity: 4
Mentality: 3
Special Abilities: Fly, Physical Immunity
Moves: Shimmer, Venom
Toxins is a strong move than Venom, but it seems that it gets downgraded as it ages.
In regards to the above, if the stats are accurate, could I teach a juvvie Toxins and grow it to adult while keeping Toxins? Or must it be downgraded?

Ethereal
Immune to physical damage. It takes double damage from psychic attacks. It can never use physical attacks, or touch anything in a physical manner.
Passive - Untrainable

Chilling Aura [Flt] [Nrs]
*Only ghosts, one can imagine, would cause such a frightening chill... the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, and your breath turns to fog. Goose-bumps appear all over your skin, and a chilling fear grips your very heart.
*Deals 3 Cold and 2 Shadow Damage IF you are hit NEXT turn with any attack that makes contact with your body.
Cold and Shadow - 6

"Spells are so powerful that they cannot be dodged, and can only be countered by a spell caster or an ability that would stop them."
Freezing Breath
Cost: 5 Wind MP, 3 Water MP
Description: A great frosty breath is exuded from the caster's mouth or hands.
Effect: The caster uses Breath of Winter, as per the move.

Bolster
Cost: 3 Hollow MP

Toxins is a strong move than Venom, but it seems that it gets downgraded as it ages.
Toxins [DoT - P]
*Infects the foe with a deadly and potent toxin.
*Infects foe with deadly toxin, sapping away 1/4th of the enemy's total stamina every turn until the creature is unconscious, or the toxin is countered with an anti-toxin.
Acid - 7
Venom [DoT - P]
*Inflicts the foe with a deadly but slow-acting venom.
*Infects foe with deadly venom, sapping away 1/8th of the enemy's total stamina every turn until the creature is unconscious, or the venom is countered with an anti-venom.
