Finally, Fiera ran out of water and discarded the water gun back into the bin. Then she made her final checks for the grand finale as Harding followed lazily at her heel, apparently saving his energy for the big show. She checked the jumping poles and the hoop for security before deciding they were ready. At her own little platform, she guided him to the “starting point” of the track, and he hung there motionless in the water for a moment, awaiting her command. “Ready, Harding? And… go!” She said, slapping the water with one hand. He didn’t hesitate, launching from the starting point with a spray of water as he ‘dashed’ around the ring. As he approached the jumping poles, Fiera spoke up again. “Harding, jump over!” She said, cupping her hands around her mouth. She didn’t need to worry about him not hearing her though- he got the picture. (Harding uses Go and Jump Over, Fiera uses jumping poles.)

With a smooth stroke of his tail he threw himself out of the water, curving gracefully and leaving a trail of water in the air behind him as he rose over the jumping poles, not even brushing them before he landed on the other side. Once he was down again he didn’t skip a beat, surging towards the next target- the hoop. Fiera had lifted it up nearly five feet in the air, an incredible distance for even a land-bound creature to jump. She was sure Harding could do it, though. “Harding, hoop!” She called out as he approached, and the mottled neptica was once again out of the water in an instant, sailing through the air and right through the hoop, the bottom of it just barely brushing his belly as he went past. From this distance Fiera could hear the small clicks and squeaks he made to aim himself properly. In a moment it was over however, and he splashed down into the water.
(Harding uses Through Hoop.)

He kept moving at speed and finally slowed to a stop at Fiera’s feet, right where he started. He surfaced to take a deep breath, sending out a spray of droplets from his blowhole- all of that swimming was a lot of work. Fiera rubbed his head and gave him plenty of fish as payment for his performance. “Wasn’t that amazing folks!” She said, gesturing to her pet, and basked in the cheers that erupted. It was one heck of a grand finale, and Harding pulled it off without breaking a sweat. “Thank you so much, and once again- Harding!” She said, giving a bow. The next few minutes were spent working with contest hall staff to get Harding out of the tank and off stage, but the whole time she did so with a smile on her face. Regardless of what the others put on today, Harding was always a winner in her eyes.
(Done!)

He should maybe change out the color. Standing between black and red, a fuzzy fist curled around his chin. Black wouldn't show much because of his dark fur. But red is a splash of color, just the way he likes it. He held one little bow up to his throat, looking in the shiniest bit of reflective metal he'd found to use as a mirror. The cat doesn't ask any of his animal companions; because none of them... Thwack. The black bow is swatted out of his hand as a deep-colored tail disappears under the table, and the bow is gone. Ok...guess its red then. He fastens the bow to himself and gathers his items. The wasp isn't difficult to draw out of the hive, but the rest don't seem to be as interested in being drawn out. Why? Because the cat walks in with those socks on his FEET, and she's instantly curious when he draws the socks off his feet and shows them to her. Enough to also give a bit of oil on her abdomen to increase the shine. He is finally coming on stage, leading her upstage. "Ah...My name is Skylos. I'm here with Emerald." He gestures, and actually gives a little tug to the vespa to draw her up on stage. "She is a very unusual vespa, as you can see. She loves...binkies and socks." Digging the socks out of his pocket. Two pairs of socks are on her lower sets of legs, and the vespa has a bright green binky held in her mandibles. "Let me show you, she will let me put on the socks. But I Have to wear them first." He puts on the socks, as the cat man is wearing slip-on loafers. He stands there, almost dances in place, then removes the socks and puts his sockless paws back in their loafers. The Vespa buzzes up to him, and he puts on her socks.
"But, we're not here to see us stand here, showing off a wasp who likes socks, right?" If anyone nods, he nods too. He took a jar out of his pocket as well. "Let's see how fast the vespa can move, right?" Because he's counted the days, and the vespa seems to not be eating as much as winter set in. But. WHen he opens the jar, releasing a few fireflies into the air. The gesture draws the vespas attention to him from sound, and up as the prey goes up. Emerald drops the binky and alights, snapping up the firefly, with little crunching sounds. "See how fast she is?" But that's all he had. "Thank you." and leads the wasp off the stage. [groomed with the scale shine, Emerald demonstrates tolerance of socks, touch and the binky, and Fly to catch the firefly, released from the jar] done
