Will you be charging extra for new gallor head types?

I was wondering if they were going to be more expensive than the original $3 add-on just for the scale of complexity and such.
Nope! At the time being, all add-ons are the same 3$, regardless of complexity or scale.

What is the 'fee' Paypal takes when sending money?

Do I need to add it on when ordering?
Nope, you don't have to add the fee. If you choose the Goods/Services option in sending money through PayPal, it deducts about 48 cents from that (plus 3.4% but that's, like, 1-2 cents usually, so basically nothing) as part of its rules, but its honestly easier for me to calculate order costs if the log shows fee-less amounts.

Does a glow count as an add-on?
Yes, but with one exception. A glow would be an add-on if it covered either the whole of the custom or a smaller non-add-on part of it. If the glow is part of the colouration/effect of an add-on, however, it does not count as a separate one. Example: Glowing eyes on a regular Gallor head (such as the Eagle) would be an add-on. Glowing eyes on a new/alternate Gallor head (such as, say, a duck) are not.

What about different file sizes?

(Like twice the normal size or half the normal size)
A different file size would only count as an add-on if the purchaser also wished to gain an extra move/ability/statistical effect from it. Otherwise it is free, though subject to restrictions (such as maximum and minimum size limits for the sake of not breaking the forum).

What would be the cost for two customs if I use the same head & tail add-on?

Would it be $11 for one and $5 for the other since it would just be a re-color or would they both be $11?
The cost for a re-used add-on would remain the same (+3$ per) since its also paying for the extra moves/abilities the creature gets from having an add-on. Otherwise, you're free to re-use add-ons on as many customs as you wish, and even tweak them in the process.

The Vulture head options has only the old and baby previews.

What about juvie and adult?
Even if it isn't listed in the Example images, all free options can be added to all stages, provided the stages are able to support it. Juvenile and Adult Gallors, for example, do not see a lot of action these days, but if anyone is interested, I will certainly expand those options onto the missing stages for free.

From time to time there is a glitch in the system which causes way more than just one creature to come to be.. Other times the gods have a good laugh at the mortals' expense and something downright bizarre comes out of an otherwise well-regulated gene splicing.. Or, quite randomly, it could just be one of those aspects of nature which will never be fully explained. Whichever the case may be, what results are commonly called the Fleamarket VSC - a whole range of cloned customs not unlike the regular VSC of certain species, sometimes even a little bit more. Though, granted, as the fates would have, often enough these specials are at least in a more affordable range.. if you don't mind a little chaos coming with it.

If a FVSC has multiple life-stages, those stages work on a Grow Your Own policy. All stages are sent to the owner with their order and the owner may choose to grow the FVSC at their own leisure. However, un-growing a FVSC and then regrowing it must still be done through the use of Anti-Growth potions.

Breedings

   Feel like playing chance and seeing what colour combinations could come out of two different creatures? With a breeding, such a thing is possible! A breeding is a process in which the genetics of two parents are taken and combined in a variety of ways to result in a set of offspring that will probably look like nothing else. What kind of parent can be used? Well, any that are aged Adult or older, as genetics-mushing isn't really picky on the genders.

   For each breeding there is a base result of two offspring, which is guaranteed. Sometimes, however, if the luck is kind, there might also be a bonus third offspring! This roll is made regardless of whether additional offspring have been bought or not, so you may very well receive a surprise at the end of the carefully planned day~

   Offspring can also carry on add-ons that their parents might have, though with some.. much older parents (pre-Flea Market) those add-ons might not look a 100% the same (more like 70%-80%). This is especially likely if both parents have the same or similar add-ons (such as wings or horns, for example).

   All the offspring come with a Grow Your Own policy, which means the owner will receive the youngest and the oldest stages simultaneously and can choose for themselves when the offspring has 'grown'. When you do this, please notify me so I can update the Archives. Additionally, if one wishes to include any stage in-between the oldest and youngest (juvenile and/or adult if species is at Old) they may specify so in their order form. This grants that stage to all offspring of the breeding.

They will remain Grow Your Own. Likewise, until they grow to Adult, v.2 can't be used as parents in a breeding, but v.1 breedings can still produce v.2 offspring.

Custom Non-Functional Item (or Pocket Pet)

   After years the custom (non-functional) items are back! Ever wanted to get a backpack that's the exact type and shape of your imagination, but finding none in the official stores? What about a decorative statue for your kennel or house, perhaps of one's own pets? Or accessories to said pets, to really spice up their glamour? Or perhaps you're looking to buy a unique pocket pet, a little companion to your creatures? Custom items allows you to do just that!

   Note: Non-functional custom items do not have any stats to them. Thus, any weaponry ordered under this type of purchase will be purely decorative in character. However, non-functional custom items are unlimited in quantity, thus can also be distributed to other players by the purchaser.

   * - Allowing re-colours means you allow the artist to re-use the custom item's lineart for NPC shops. The shop items will be simplified versions of the original item (markings, patterns and specific symbols on the original item will not be reused) with an alternative colour scheme distinct from its original.

Custom Functional Items

   After years the custom (functional!) items are back! Ever wanted a specific type and style of armour, perfect for that one pet? What about a magical bow able to shoot fire arrows with a snap of a finger? Or perhaps a bag with magical space able to fit an entire ladder into it? With custom functional items that is possible! A wide range of magical effects may be applied to almost any type of item, but how exactly do Power Levels even work? Please see the handy Guide to Building Custom Functional Item Stats.

   When ordering your custom functional item, be sure to discuss your desired stats ahead of time. Your item's stat profile will be included in the order delivery.

   Note: Unlike non-functional items, functional custom items are unique and thus cannot have copies distributed to other players by the purchaser.

   * - Allowing re-colours means you allow the artist to re-use the custom item's lineart for NPC shops. The shop items will be simplified versions of the original item (markings, patterns and specific symbols on the original item will not be reused) with an alternative colour scheme distinct from its original and simple stats.

Existing Custom Item Recolour
Base cost: 200 credits

   Have an old custom item that needs a bit sprucing up? That old colour scheme not quite holding up these days? Or just tweak some things to change them up a bit? Now you can! For a handful of credits, the recolour service allows you to completely redo the colour scheme of a previously purchased Trepuldra custom item, regardless if it's functional or not. The new colour scheme can be anything, whether only a small tweak or a complete overhaul.

   Note: This is only intended to give an item an aesthetic update - There wont be any changes made to the lineart of the custom item nor to any of its stats, although elements of the shading could be tweaked to make the new design work better. For any very old items, the new version will be saved in .png so that can also increase the overall quality to their previous version. In order to recolour an item, you need to fully own it, especially in case of non-functional items. Keep in mind that any changes to a non-functional item will also reflect on its duplicates with other owners, if it has been previously handed out.

   Does not work with RoT, as they're pretty much recolours to begin with.

Custom Ribbon of Telepathy (RoT)

After years the custom (non-functional) items are back! In addition to making your very own non-functional item, it is also possible to purchase Ribbons of Telepathy in your very own colour scheme! The effects of these items are exactly the same as their Shops-sold counterparts, but their designs are uniquely personal to you.

Note: The lineart of the Ribbons cannot be changed, but it is possible to add a glow or other special effects to the lineart.

Magical Coins

After some absence the magical coins have returned, for all of one's needs in the city's infamous Dark Corners. Whether you're looking for a robotic enhancement for a pet, the return of a deceased one from beyond the grave (with, potentially, some bits missing) or your very own unique tat-lung, these coins are essential payment for the services!

Note: Trepuldra vouchers can be used to purchase magical coins, but magical coins can only be redeemed for Dark Corners services. Likewise, you may change coins for other coins (changing denominations), but you cannot turn coins into vouchers.

Service Update: Trepuldra Relaunch and Custom Items

Took what it took, but Trepuldra is steadily returning in full function again. For the time being the primary threads (main shop, Confluxery, Broodery) will be transferred over to have things get going, though the archive for half-breeds and breedings stats may need to be moved to their own journal threads, due to the Spoiler tags being finicky on this side. Solutions will be figured in the coming days.

The Fairgrounds will likewise be pending for when the shop will be fully finished in transfer. As a head's up, on resuming, the Fairgrounds will have a grace period for everyone's digging streaks for 1 week (so after resuming, everyone will be at full streak for all their posts within that launch week, regardless of if they miss a roll round or not). Likewise, more previews on the Fairgrounds-specific VSC will be coming.

On our relaunch an old service is returning - Custom Items! However, at the moment only non-functional items will be making a return, meaning items will not have any stats to them. A different plan for dealing with functional items is in the works at present, but will need some time to work out the details.

Note: For now there is a 5 per customer limit on custom items, just to keep the workload reasonable as things reboot.

Service Update: Magical Coins and Dark Corners

Trepuldra has teamed up with the local staff to re-launch Magical Coins and many of the Dark Corners services that went with it!

At present it's possible to redeem the coins in Temple of Shadows and the Tat-lung Conservatory (with the East Wing being worked on).

Enjoy some familiar forms in updated skins (or lack there-of) and let the dead and dragons walk again~

Service Update: Magical Coins Fix

It was brought to our attention an oversight had been had in regards to available denominations of Magical Coins. As such, the 5$ coin has been made available again. Also, to specify: it's possible to trade coins for other coins (turning many smaller ones into a bigger coin, or one big coin into smaller coins), but they can only still be redeemed for Dark Corners services (so no changing coins into vouchers or trading them for other Trepuldra services).

Dark Corner vendors do not return change if given coins higher in value than the service price!

As a reminder, Dark Corners uses the following pricing:

30$ base purchase of all services

15$ base purchase if using any available line-art*

30$ base purchase +10$ additional fee at purchase for ensuring uniqueness of line-art*

* - Does not apply to the Conservatory, as all Tat-lung are unique by default.

Custom Specials/VSC Release: Onyx and Jade Guardian Balgor

Smaller than their regular balgor brethren, the Onyx and Jade Guardians are created with the owner in mind. A slightly smaller stature makes it far easier for them to fit inside of houses just as much as outside, and their lustrous stone bodies, made of the very same stone they're named after, is a hardy tool for defending whichever dwelling they become designated to. While they may be more on the stoic side in behaviour (a stone body does not, unfortunately, a comfortable cuddling make) they more than can make up for it in style, grace and iron-clad sense of duty. Certainly, any visiting guests may need to be forewarned the statue standing stock-still in the yard can at any point open its eyes and turn its head, lest they become spooked!

Custom Specials growth for older VSC is still a work in progress, but these creatures come already complete with their baby stage~

Species Release: Pasha-Sarane

Not quite the dragons of yore, but with scales and horns to none the less match, the Pasha-Sarane are now available as customs and breedings!

Custom Specials/VSC Release: Warlander and Xochi Pasha-Sarane

The Custom Specials may have trailed a little behind the Pasha-Sarane release, but the Warlander and Xochi pasha-sarane are now available!

The Warlander is a sturdy and stocky breed, specifically bred for use as cavalry. With their strong bulk, reinforced head-plate and steel nerves, they can be excellent mounts for any mounted melee scenario or even just joust tournaments.

The Xochi is, reversely, calm and even gentle in nature, being unique in its ability to survive underwater as well as on land. Some may even come off as shy, though they are far sturdier in physiology than they seem.

Both Custom Specials come in adorable baby stages as well~

Service Update: Egg-cellence

Easter comes a little early (or late, depending on which way one looks at it), but thanks to the recent unearthing of old files, its once again possible to get customs and breedings with Egg lifestages! At present, the Gallor and Izer egg files still elude us, but all other (finished) species of Trepuldra have their respective Egg stages available.

If you have a multi-stage custom or breeding currently ordered, you can feel free to send an updated version if you'd also like to add an Egg stage to it~
