The last ball went through the muzzle of the machine and it whirred as it tried to find a new ball to shoot. Jack stood up and walked over to the machine and turned it off with a bit of a sigh, every now and then she had to turn it off and reset it basically, putting all the balls back into it so she didn't have to go hunting for a different way to do this later. At least the stop watch was working alright, though she was forgetting to check it every now and then. She sighed again and didn't know what to do as she stood there, Tobi chittering at her from the floor. Eventually she nodded and leaned down, scooping him up and plopping him down on her shoulder. She wished they were done alright, but alas, they were only about halfway finished, but it was time for him to take a bit of a break and that was good enough reason for him to quit for now. She set him on a little table, put the bowl of water there for him as well, and then left him to his drink as she went and collected the balls again, putting them back into the machine so they could shoot out again in a little while, after the break was over. It was better to do it now than when they were getting back to it, this way all she had to do was turn it on and off it would go. The woman also put a pole into one of the holes for him to learn his way around as time went on. He would have to learn to get around one of the other animals while things were happening in the arena (was she really going to put him in the tournament?) of course, and she needed him to have all the advantages he could get. Jack just wanted to sleep for a little while, she couldn't sleep on Tobi like she had with Kro, but that was fine, maybe he could rest on her or something, that would be good right? She chuckled a little at the thought as she sat down at the table Tobi was on and rested her head down on her crossed arms on the table. It was nice to rest a little bit, even though she wasn't the one who was exercising of course, but still, it took some work to corral the Jibiji and make sure he was doing what he was supposed to do at the same time. Jack yawned and closed her eyes as Tobi chirped sleepily and nuzzled up to one of her arms, and she hoped the rest would recharge them both afterward just in case. Jack wasn't sure what to do with things just yet, but that was alright she thought with a smile, she just needed to sleep for a bit and then things would be back on track for a little while.

Jack finally fell asleep on her arms, wondering what was going to happen as time went on. She dreamed of Tobi in the tournament and wondered how well he was going to do when things started. She was sure Renathan would put Auburn in, and she knew he had no way of winning against her, but that was fine, as long as they had fun that was all that mattered. Of course, if he didn't put her in, she had no idea what else to assume out of things, how many people would enter anyway? She really had no idea, but that was fine she thought with a little smile on her face as she slept. Tobi was doing the same thing, sleeping, as he had worn himself out with this whole training thing. He'd drank some of the water, but really it was too much, and even though he drank it, he fluffed himself in it as well a little bit before he'd fallen asleep. A little damp didn't hurt him, he'd been rained on before after all, which was way worse than this, but a little bath in the power water wasn't too bad of a thing he figured as he curled up against the woman's arm and fell asleep. She was sure he was there, she could feel him, she was half in and half out of sleep it seemed, aware of what was going on but unable to move if something happened, sleep paralysis maybe? It was part of her nightmares, or at least that's what she thought it was at the moment. Jack wasn't sure what to think of it, but that was fine she thought for a little while at least. She didn't care what was going to happen with things, as long as Tobi did better than what he already was doing when he woke up again. Whenever he woke up, she was sure things were going to go well with it as time went on she figured, and the woman was sure he would do well in the tournament as well and all that. She chuckled in her sleep and shuffled around a little, still a little hazy on what was going on now it seemed. Jack didn't know what to do about things just yet, and that was fine as she went over what they had done in her head. He needed to work around the pole a little bit before they left, he'd been in the air and on the floor, and now there was a pole involved. Just a little work around the pole both in the air and on the floor and then they could probably go home and rest for a little while she figured, and she thought that Tobi would enjoy the rest as well no matter what. She smiled in her sleepy, hazy state and hoped that the training would end soon, she didn't much care for Gym training, she was much more hands on than that.

There was nothing more to do than to wake up at this point, but neither of them wanted to do that. Who could blame them at this point though? She sighed in her sleep and then her eyes fluttered open a little, frowning when she saw where they were. Still in the Gym, which was bad enough in and of itself, but little Tobi was still asleep as well. Last time this had happened, Kro had woken up before she had and it had ended well enough, but she didn't know how trying to wake up Tobi was going to go at this point. He was a little grumpy in the mornings, so she didn't know if it was just the morning or him waking up, but either way, he needed to get up and get going again soon enough she figured with a little sigh on her voice. She shook him with a single finger and he opened one eye grumpily before squeezing it tight again and covering it with one of his wings. Sighing, the woman shook him again with her whole hand and he squeaked a little bit as only a bird could do at the moment as she woke him up. He fluttered onto his feet and glared at her for waking him up, he just wasn't ready yet, but he took a drink of water and she was sure he would have groaned if he had the capacity when she told him to go back over to the floor and stand there so more balls could be shot at him. Tobi eyed the machine a little suspiciously after eying the pole as well. Great, now he was going to have to worry about that thing being in his way, it didn't occur to him that it might be that way in the arena or out in the wild when he was delivering a message or something. Of course he didn't know that was in his future, but that was fine she figured with a little chuckle as she turned the machine on, on low. The balls came out at generally regular intervals this time, but the muzzle moved around a little, almost as though it was tracking the little bird. She didn't know if it was that sophisticated or not, but she kind of hoped it was at this point. Jack pushed a hand through her hair and wondered what she was going to do about things for awhile as time went on. Tobi was doing well, but as soon as she thought that, he ran into the pole he had been so carefully dancing around. As he lay sprawled on the floor, he chirped angrily as another soft ball bounced off of him, until he fluttered up onto his feet again and dodged out of the way. Jack managed a little laugh at that and wondered what he was going to do about things just yet. If she were him, she would probably be attacking the machine at this point.

Tobi was fine after his ordeal, though he wasn't too happy with the woman at the moment. She had laughed at him, which wasn't very nice, but she also hadn't helped him out, she had expected him to figure it out on his own, which definitely wasn't the way to go for him at the moment. Jack didn't know what to do right now, but that was fine she figured with a little smile at the little birdy. She wished she knew what to do aside from instruct him, but that was about it though wasn't it? She sighed a little and shook her head, unsure of what to do about things right now, but that was fine, she would be alright after awhile and that was all that mattered at the moment. Well, that and Tobi's training at least, she had to remember that much while she was lost in thought. Her eyes were a little glazed over as she watched the little Jibiji dodge the balls on the floor, and while the machine was about to run out, it didn't seem to phase her any at the moment, which was a big issue for her right now, she had to keep the machine fed or else it might burn out or something. Right now, with just one pole in the floor and the bird on the floor as well, she didn't have much to worry about except the machine running out. That was bad enough she supposed, and she sighed a little as she worried about what to do at the moment. Jack pushed her hair back, snapping herself out of her reverie, and wondered about a few things. She wanted to breed some more Pachee, maybe get a full penguin female or something, but she didn't know if it would be worth it at this point she thought. Without a doubt, at least she had gotten a lot of them that she wanted, but she wished that Orbaru were breedable again. Maybe sometime in the future but not right now, she didn't know what else to think about things right now as she watched the bird dodge the balls from side to side, up and down. He fluttered there a little as he waited for things to happen, which was good on him at the moment as well. She just couldn't wait to get him trained some other ways too, something more fun than this definitely, she had a little list of things to train him, which was great right now she thought with a little chuckle. Jack didn't know what to do at the moment, she was running out of things to think about, and they weren't nearly finished as it was. Sure it was getting closer and closer, but actually finished? Jack shook her head, no, they weren't almost finished, but that was fine, she could handle a little while longer of the bird flying around and on the floor and all that, she didn't really have much of a choice.

Whatever happened, at least Tobi was doing well with it while he was on the floor. He'd only run into the pole once square on, the other times he had brushed it a little bit unfortunately. He didn't know what to do about it at the moment, which was certainly an issue as Jack noticed, he couldn't always brush up against things and hope to come away unscathed, maybe that would be part of the next training, when they came back again for more dexterity or something. She needed him to be quick, to take a hit, and to dish it out a little bit better than what he could do at the moment. It was rough though, she thought as she watched him, and she hoped that things would work out for him in the end. She shook her head a little bit and then sighed up at the ceiling of the Gym, she was getting bored and didn't know what to do. Tobi was doing all of the work, she just gave him pointers every now and then, not like he understood her at all it seemed. He just kind of did his own thing and it either worked or it didn't, it didn't matter what she said at this point she thought. Jack leaned back against the wall and sighed again, she was bored and didn't know what to do, she wasn't the kind of person to abandon an animal in the middle of training either, she didn't know what to do at the moment. No matter what, she had to stay and help him out, but Tobi was doing just fine on his own it seemed, she was just being odd at this point. She wanted to get to the fun stuff, this Gym training was decidedly not fun and all that, and she hoped that she wouldn't have to deal with it much longer. He seemed to be a bit quicker on his feet, but she couldn't tell for sure, and he still had to get quicker up in the air as well. The woman glanced down at the stop watch in her hand and discovered he'd been doing this for a little bit now, wondering where the time had gone. Tobi dodged the last ball and then chirped and hopped toward the woman as though asking if they were finished, and all she could do was shake her head no, they weren't finished at all, not really even close. If he needed a drink of course he could help himself, but she didn't know he'd taken a bath in it at this point. Jack shook her head a little as she finally saw a little feather floating in the water, and so she drained the little water bowl and poured some more power water in there for the little bird. She wished there was a seed flavor for the little Jibiji, but that wasn't going to happen anytime soon, she figured that wouldn't at least, not while they had this.

Well, she just had to keep doing what she was doing with things she figured with a little smile as she watched Tobi on the floor of the Gym. She smiled a little bit and watched him some more, finally glancing down at her hands. They had done a lot of things over the years, but she didn't know what she was most proud of. Was there anything in her life she was really proud of? Jack sighed and closed her eyes for a moment, she didn't really know at that, but that was alright she figured with a little smile. There was a big future ahead of her still, she didn't know what else to expect from it, and that was fine as she thought about it. There wasn't a set goal of what she had to do when, just that it was done, and who knew, maybe she would be great later on or something. Jack pushed her hair back and looked over at the little bird and sighed again, she wished she knew what to do about things at the moment, but that was fine as time went on and all that. She just hoped that she wasn't going to lose it any and all that over this little bird, they weren't that well bonded, right? They would be soon, she felt little tugs at the corners of her mind from time to time, which was really good for her at the moment. Jack didn't know what else to do about things not to mention anything else. Nothing bad was going to happen to her or the bird for awhile no matter what, and she sighed a little bit as she tried to think of something she could do. Sure she could work out at the same time that the Jibiji did, but what good would that do for her anyway? Jack laughed a little though, but that was alright no matter what, and she figured she could at least do something right? But what? She really didn't know, but that was fine she thought as she sat there watching the little bird dodge the balls she had refilled in the meantime and all that. It was a lot of work getting the balls put away honestly and all that, and she didn't know what else to do at the moment aside from assisting the little bird in his training. She couldn't do much, but that was fine she supposed, at least it was something to do for him at the moment. Not wanting to do much for anyone at the moment, she stood there for a moment as she watched the little bird for awhile. He was doing great, and she wanted him in the air soon enough so he could practice that as well and all that, it just was something that needed done for awhile no matter what and all. Jack watched him, soon he would be in the air again, that was the strategy for now during the fighting at least.

Maybe it was time to pack it up, but she wasn't going to give up that easily she figured. She needed to keep Tobi going for as long as he could go, already he was going further and faster than he had before. She figured the next thing they would work on would be his stamina, his ability to take a hit and his endurance at the same time. It worked out well enough she thought, and she smiled a little bit as she worked with him. It was time to fly, and she gave him the command. It was different up in the air than it was on the floor, he had to relearn where the pole was at all times, because she didn't want him flying too terribly high up or anything at the moment. Jack watched him for a little bit and then sat down again after filling up the balls again in the launcher. It was going well so far and she couldn't wait to see the tigress' reaction to such a little animal being Gym trained. At least it worked out rather well at this point, she figured with a laugh at the thought. Maybe now she needed to figure out what she was doing at the moment, or maybe she needed to figure out what he was doing at the moment, that was probably the better question she thought as the machine tracked him a little higher in the air than what she wanted him to be at. Jack frowned and called him down, making him a little disgruntled at the thought, but he would get over it she figured as he lowered down further toward the floor and ran into the pole again when he wasn't watching. She couldn't wait until she sat up all four of the poles in the floor and wondered when she should do that. Maybe the next time they came over for it, and she checked her stop watch again to see what was going on with things at the moment. Perhaps it would be easiest to figure things out as time went on, and she decided she didn't want to know what to do at the same time. Maybe she didn't need to be doing this, but she wasn't going to stop or anything anytime soon, that much she was sure of. Jack chuckled a little and shook her head, she didn't know what to expect from the little bird, but she knew he had already managed to do better than that.

Up in the air, Tobi was getting tired again and finally flew over to get another drink. Unfortunately the machine tracked him over, and as he perched on the little bowl and drank the water, another bowl shot him into the water. He came sputtering up above the water and chirped and trilled his disappointment. Jack couldn't help but laugh after helping him out of the water, enjoying the little tantrum because he was so small and not a threat to her whatsoever. Of course once he finished this training it would be easier for him to get away from her, they were relatively alike it seemed, of course that was going to change, why wouldn't it change? Oh well, it would be for the best she figured with a smile as he set himself up again in the air by the pole and dodged the first ball that came toward him. It was great watching them together from an outsider's point of view, it was easily told that she cared a lot about him, and even though he seemed indifferent, he knew he had a lot to learn from the woman as well. It was that kind of shared respect that put them together it seemed, and though they had their moments, theirs was a bond that wasn't going to end anytime soon, that much was for sure. As he dodged the balls, he wondered how he'd gotten himself here in the first place, the other person had him for awhile, and then he had been taken away by the woman, and now the woman was training him. It felt nice to be needed he figured with a chirp, and he dodged out of the way of another ball as it shot toward him for a moment. Jack watched him carefully, making sure he wasn't hurt since he'd been hit a few times, and figured they were almost finished with this. At least she hoped the tigress would agree with her when they were finished, but there were times that she didn't, which was a little rough at times, but that was fine. Jack pushed her hair back and chewed on the inside of her cheek, wondering what she was going to do with things at the moment. She just hoped she could get past the boring part of this Gym training and head on to something a little more exciting soon enough. That was the grand hope, and she was sure she would get it after awhile, wouldn't she after all?

The training was almost over, somehow Jack knew it, but that didn't mean that Tobi could slack off any she figured. That would be the worst, figure you're almost done just to not be almost done and all that, she figured with a little sigh in her voice as she told Tobi to start flying some more after a little break for water and such. She had a feeling they were almost done, that was more like it, and he started to dodge the balls again as they began to fly at him. She was sure of it, they were almost finished, just a little while longer and then things would be fine, but she didn't know what she wanted to do after that, just plain training or what? It almost had to be at the moment, but she wasn't sure what else to do really. Training it was, she figured as she watched the little bird fly around a bit. There were plenty of things to train him at the moment which wasn't a bad thing, she enjoyed training him she thought as she watched him flying around a little bit more, dodging all the balls he could, getting hit by a few of them and all that at the moment. It was great she figured, things were going to be find for awhile she thought, she just had to focus on the moment she thought. She sighed a little bit and shook her head as she thought of things no matter what, she knew there were a few things she had to train him before the training was done, but that was fine. She would slowly get a list together, she knew of a few things so far and all that, but nothing else was going to happen. Of course she might have to add a few things to the list, but that was fine she thought as she told Tobi to go fly some more after time went on. Jack shook her head a little, he wanted to stop so badly, but she knew it wasn't time just yet, they had a little ways to go still which was alright when it all came down to it and everything. She wasn't sure what to do with herself or anything, but that was alright, she knew it was going to be fine when it was done. Jack shook her head, she was doing that a lot lately and didn't know why, intrusive thoughts or something, or so she thought.

Jack was sure of it, they were almost done, but she didn't want him to break just yet anymore. She was sure things would be fine after awhile, but that was alright, he needed to push through whatever he was feeling now if he was going to get any better than he already was. Jack was sure he would do fine, and that was good enough for her, she just had to encourage him as the bird continued to fly around missing the balls that were shot at him and all that, wondering when they could call it quits for awhile and all that. While she was sure things were going to be fine, she was also a little worried they wouldn't be fine when he was finished and all that. Maybe one of the hits had hit him too hard, what if that happened? What if he really had a broken bone and was just working through the pain because she had told him to do it, because he wasn't getting a rest or something important. Jack chewed and pulled on her lip as she worked it out in her head a little bit, but she didn't know what was going to happen no matter what. Whatever happened, at least she knew that things would be alright in the end, she would get him a thorough checkup when the training was over, just to make sure he hadn't hurt himself anyhow and way. Jack just hoped things would be alright in the end of it all, and didn't want to worry about him anymore. Whatever the case, Tobi was doing brilliantly in the Gym, it was a beautiful thing to see and she was sure he would have this down in no time. Jack just wished she could physically see the improvement instead of whatever it was she was seeing at the moment. Right now he just looked tired and worn out, still dodging the balls, but going a little slower now it seemed. Jack reached out and called it of when the machine ran out of balls, it was time to pack up and head out she figured, though there was still quite a bit she had to do before they could leave. The woman stood up and stretched herself out as the little Jibiji flopped onto the table, not even wanting a drink at this point somehow. It was great, and she knew things were going to go well for him no matter what and all that, it all worked out.

It was time to pack up and leave, checking out with the tigress and seeing what she had done with Tobi at the moment. Sure, they would be coming back eventually, but she didn't know when, definitely before the next tournament, but other than that, she didn't really know. There was a lot of stuff for them to get for awhile, and she was sure there was a lot of training in their future, definitely. Jack smiled at the little Jibiji as he heaved himself onto the table a bit and then crawled over to the water and took some nice long drinks of it, she just didn't know what to do with it for awhile. Jack didn't know what was going to happen with him at the moment, and that was fine as well, he would be fine no matter what, and she was going to get him checked out by the veterinarian after all this as well just to make sure it hadn't done lasting damage to the little birdy. That would be the worst, and it would require down time, and she didn't know how much time they were going to get for that kind of thing. Jack chewed on her lip a little bit as she started to pull the pole from the floor and put it with the others, the stop watch in her pocket. At least she had a plan for the future, she knew what she wanted to do with the little birdy and that's all that mattered. She just hoped he did well with things and all, and that things would be well no matter what. Jack didn't have any other plans at the moment aside from Tobi and Given, and that was fine for her at the moment, she didn't need a lot of plans just yet she figured with a little sigh. Ah well, it didn't really matter for awhile, she had plenty of time, and she picked up all the balls from the floor and put them back into the machine for the next person to use it, most likely herself at the moment she figured, but still, it would be nice to pick them up for herself later anyway if that's what happened. Jack shook her head and then picked up the bowl and Tobi, putting him on her shoulder where he snuggled into her neck a little bit and started to walk out toward the front desk so she could get his training approved. That was the best part of it all.

Jack sighed a little as she signed the paperwork with Tobi on her shoulder, the little bag of items trailing behind her after she was done and they headed for a different room this time. This time he was going to work on his stamina, which wouldn't be a bad thing to be able to take more of a hit honestly. She didn't know what the others were going to dish out to him, so he had better be prepared for anything, or at least as far as she could make him that was. Jack knew it was tough on the little bird, but that was fine, he needed to work through it if he was going to get any better at things, and they both knew it. She smiled at him as she turned her head to figure out what she was going to do with this one. Stamina was a little less difficult than resistance though, she had to be happy about that much when it all came down to it. Jack pushed a hand through her hair, trying to decide what to do about things, he needed to be able to keep going, that's what stamina was, right? So he needed to be able to walk and fly as much as possible without tiring or at least without a bit of a break. That was hard enough, but she was going to add weights to him a bit at a time to make sure he did well with things, she figured with a little smile on her face. Things would go well for them, that much was certain, and she put the little bird down on a perch as she surveyed the room to find out what to do. It was a big open room with holes in the floor again, just like the dexterity room, which was good for her at the moment right? Jack chuckled a little bit and shook her head, wondering what she was going to do with things at the moment. At least she had brought the poles, and she set them up in some of the holes, making a smaller circuit for Tobi than she had for Kro and the two Drakes she had brought at least. That was a good thing, she didn't want to tire him out too terribly much that was, that just wasn't the point now was it? Jack nodded a little bit and wondered what she was going to do with him for awhile, that was fine she figured with a bit of a nod. She didn't know what was going to happen with things and that was fine, but she knew it had to be done either way of course, and she shook her head again to try and figure out what she was going to do with herself and the little Jibiji. The poles were a little closer together than usual, but Tobi was much smaller than what she was used to working with. It was strange being here with such a tiny animal, but she was glad the weights were adjustable down to his size at the same time. She would start off with him walking around the poles in a loop, then flying, then walking with the leg weight, then flying with the leg weights, and finally adding the back weights to him both walking and flying. He would get there, she knew it, but it was going to take a lot of work to get him there she figured with a little smile. Jack pushed her hair back and got to work looking over the weights, it had been awhile since she had used them for anything, and she didn't want them to have anything wrong with them before she put them on the little bird. Things would work well she figured as she worked on them, adjusting them down to size, taking out most of the weight, and then starting Tobi walking off around the poles. He chittered and chirped as he went, a little upset by all this walking when flying was so much easier, but he figured there was some point to this he wasn't seeing just yet, and that was fine by him. Without a doubt it was for the woman he was doing this, they were bonded rather well at this point, they just hadn't reached that one level to where they could sense each other's emotions. It was close though, Jack could almost feel it and the bird found he could feel something that wasn't quite him every now and then. It was a strange thing she figured as she sat there still adjusting the weights, but she wouldn't change it for the world she thought. At least that was the idea, she wouldn't get rid of him now she figured, not like she wanted to in the beginning anyway. She had always admired him whenever she had gone over to Renathan's house, so when he mentioned selling him, she was the first to offer on him, which was rather nice for her at least. She didn't remember how much she had paid, but that was fine she thought with a smile and nod, it didn't matter how much she had paid for him, it just mattered how much time she spent with him now. Considering they were almost linked together, it seemed like they had found plenty of time to be together since first starting, and the woman smiled a little as she thought about it. She didn't know what to expect from the little bird, just that he would do great things in the tournament. Her thoughts had gone from Andes to Tobi, and that was fine, Andes didn't really care all that much that he'd been replaced for the tournament. Truth be told he hadn't been looking forward to it, he was rather relieved.

As he walked around the poles, he wondered how he'd gotten himself into this mess. He really didn't know, but that was fine he figured with a little sigh. The other person he'd been with had been fine, he didn't do anything, but this woman had completely put him through his paces. He still had a few tricks up his sleeve, but he suspected the woman knew them all as well, she knew the others, plus more he hadn't even thought of at this point it seemed. Jack smiled at him and wondered what he was going to do at the moment as he walked around the poles she had set up. It was interesting watching all the animals who came to the Gym, she had brought Kro, Alexei, and Mikhail to the Gym before Tobi, and they were all huge anyway, compared to him they were monsters. All she knew was that things would be fine at the moment, and she didn't know what else to do for him right now. Things would be fine, she didn't know what was going to happen, but he was going to get better and better no matter what and all that. Jack didn't know what else to do for him though, which was the frustrating part. She just had to help him along as best as she could at the moment, and that meant making him walk. Already he was complaining just a little bit, but oh well it didn't really matter all that much right now. She smiled at him and waved, at least this time he wouldn't get hit by a ball or something, right? He squeaked a little at the thought and shook his head, he didn't want to deal with anything right now, and that was fine by the woman at the moment. She just hoped he would get better and better as time went on, it was the only thing she was really worrying about right now. Would he be able to withstand a hit anyway? This would make sure he could get hit and not quite go down, at least that was the plan. Maybe she should help him with his resistance... but that might not matter in the long run she figured with a little sigh to her voice as she talked to herself out loud. Everything would be fine, she was just getting a little antsy already it seemed, but that was fine too. All she had to do was focus on the little bird and things would be fine. Jack pushed her curly hair back and then tried to figure out what else to do for the moment. It was fine no matter what, and she hoped that things would work out for the little bird no matter what. He wouldn't get stronger and better without pushing himself, and she was the driving force behind that at the moment. If it wasn't for her, he wouldn't be able to do a lot of the things he was doing right now.

Pretty soon he would start flying around the poles, but not just yet she figured with a little smile on her face. She knew the order in which she wanted to do things, and she wasn't going to stop him just yet from walking around the poles. It was a good exercise, one that would get him going no matter what, and she was happy he was willing to train like this in the first place. She had been lucky with her animals so far, though she knew it was only a matter of time before her luck ran out and all that. Jack frowned a little, she didn't want her luck to run out, it was hard enough as it was she thought with a little sigh. She didn't know what to expect from things, but that was alright when it all came down to it she figured. The woman was tired of the Gym already, but they needed to finish this and then come back three more times before the tournament started, just in case and all that. She supposed he would be good after this one, but she wanted him better than that no matter what. Even he knew the importance of the event, and while he chittered and chatted to himself and sometimes to the woman as he walked, he knew it was only because he was bored and wanted something to keep his mind on as he walked. She smiled at him a little bit, wondering what he was thinking. He had to be bored, this wasn't very stimulating, but that was fine at the same time she thought. They weren't even a quarter of the way done with this training, but that was fine she thought, it was going to take awhile to do this no matter what, and she knew it was worth it in the end of it all. All he had to do was keep walking at this point, and then after his flying portion she would add the little leg weights to him and see how he did with those. After that, she would do the back weights over his little shoulders and see how he did with that as well. Eventually he would get it well enough that he could manage without too much trouble, but she didn't know what to do at the moment aside from cheer him on a little when he looked tired. Of course he looked a little tired, this was a lot of work for a little bird such as Tobi, and the woman was eternally grateful that he was willing to work like this for her. She smiled a little and shook her head, wondering what to do when things went bad. Of course they would go badly eventually, but she didn't want the little bird to get hurt or anything, it was fine. She smiled at him and waved, at least he wouldn't be hit by anything if he got distracted this time.
