Entrance Not the only farm you'd find on Avant Vall, and certainly not the biggest, but a charming plot of land. The edges of the property, not all visible from the road, were marked by a white post-and-rail wooden fence, with some subsections also fenced inside. What used to be a vineyard had been converted into a huge barn-aviary and more pasture land, which was now being grazed by a small herd of murps. The various paths through the property were dirt and worn, stepping stones here and there, and a warm light came from the house, showing someone was home. The mailbox close to the large white gate read, "1583 Avant Vall." The red flag was up; mail hadn't gone yet... Standing in the doorway to the house behind the gate was a short, cute woman with very tall ears. A squirrel? Not the working type, you'd think... But she looked to be the only resident, so she must be the one maintaining all of the land and taking care of the animals there. Pets residing here:

Living Room Just inside the house was the living room, a warmly lamplit room with light stone walls and a wooden floor covered in a charming but worn rug. Two couches and a comfy chair sat around the coffee table in the center of the rug, facing a television in an old TV cabinet that was softly bleating something about the weather. There was a fireplace in one of the walls, made of bricks and seemingly recently emptied and cleaned, with the screen ajar. In front of and surrounding the fireplace were a few huge pet beds, and a few houseplants decorated the mantle, in addition to the windowsills, coffee table, and TV cabinet. It was comfortable and charming, and looked like a relaxing place to spend an evening. Pets residing here:

Dining Room Through the hallway next to one of the couches was the dining room, which was more brightly and naturally lit than the living room but still decorated with simple neutral colors. The table had six place settings, far too many for one small squirrel, and sure enough, if you looked closely, you could see small spots of dust here and there on the table and china cabinet she must have missed while dusting. A lovely room, but mostly unused.

Kheisa's Room Kheisa's room, the master bedroom, was upstairs, and matched the rest of the house in its use of rustic wood furniture and largely neutral-colored decor fabrics. The bed was large enough for three of the small squirrel, and covered in a light layer of pet hair that looked like she had tried to lint-roll it away but just not fully succeeded. There were several pet beds around (at the foot of the bed, in corners, etc), and a crib against one wall that was filled with blankets, pillows, and more pet hair. Though the bed was neatly made, the dresser and the drawers were topped with piles of clothes, some neatly made, some more haphazardly piled. Maybe she was planning to put them away later. Spare Room Also upstairs, but further away from the stairs, the spare bedroom was completely unfurnished, but slightly cluttered with boxes and items that were kind of useful, but not used frequently enough to warrant a more organized place in the house. Bathroom Attached to the master bedroom was a gorgeous master bathroom, with long, luxuriant counter space, a large tub, and a separate shower with glass walls and door. Kheisa's bathroom things were clustered around one end of the counter, and the tub, though equipped with relaxing bath supplies on the edge, was filled with blankets and pillows to create a little nest for the creature she couldn't keep out of the space. Every faucet and knob was fitted with a child safety lock preventing it from being turned without Kheisa there to turn it. Pets residing here:

Study The downstairs study was respectably sized and lined with floor to ceiling bookcases and display cases around a central desk, but didn't seem to be utilized properly. The top two shelves on each bookcase and the top shelf on each display case appeared to be largely or entirely empty, and only a few of the shelves on one of the bookcases actually had any books on them. The rest of the space was filled with trinkets, knickknacks, tchotchkes, and small boxes that seemed to have seasonal decorations in them. The table had a large pad of paper in the center and some drawing supplies in a clay pot on one side. Maybe the room was being repurposed as a studio? Glass vase of rocks & stones

Barn & Corral Outside, the first barn on the property was a small six-stall, but a reasonable size for the number of creatures that inhabited it. The stalls on one side led out into separate runs; on the other side they led into a connected run/corral. There was an outdoor arena nearby, as well as several pastures around the area, some with grazing Equilion, others with Chiryma. Pets residing here:

Aviary[pic soon] The land that used to be a vineyard now housed an indoor-outdoor aviary Kheisa affectionately referred to as her "barn-aviary," which had a large sheltered indoor area and an equally large fully-enclosed outdoor area, allowing the Izers to sun and stretch their wings and fly around but not fly off. Just inside the barn, before the entrance to the Izers' space, was a small room with all of their dedicated supplies such as food, jesses, and hoods. Pets residing here:

Murp Pastures [pic soon]
The rest of what used to be the vineyard had been repurposed into grazing pastures and a barn for Kheisa's herd of murps. The pastures were large enough for even more murps, but the herd was small and easily manageable for now, just large enough that they would move as one rather than individually. The herd's barn was a large single space, with plenty of poles along the edges for tying individual murps to for shearing or vet work.

Attic[pic soon] The top floor of Kheisa's house, the attic was, as could be expected, filled with knickknacks and things Kheisa didn't need but hadn't given away or sold yet. It was a nice space, and looked like it could someday be converted into a lovely top floor study, but for now, it just had a lot of things in boxes. Box marked "COSTUMES"Box marked "SCARVES"
