Nullifiers and Tat-Lung

-Seeing as a nullified creature "instantly gains a loyalty of '20' to you", does that mean it's loyalty is permanently set to twenty, reducing it if it was higher before and never gaining more as most machines cannot?
-Would a nullified creature count as a machine in the sense of Magnetic Influence, allowing a creature with that move to instantly defeat them? Or would the amount of flesh it was buried in insulate it from such an attack?
-Does a nullified creature have no mind beyond taking care of its body so that it operates correctly and obeying its owner potentially at the expense of the former?
-If I were to use a nullifier on a tat-lung, would this both remove the respect issue and render it rideable? I think this was the case on the old site, but am not sure it is the same here with how 'special' they are now.
-Would a nullified tat-lung have any restrictions on what it could do? Aka, would it be unable to breed, or no learning new elemental moves it does not already know, or so on.
-Nullifiers give the ability Mechanical Mind which has the description "All secondary effects of attacks, that would effect the mind or soul - such as "dizzy mind" or "soul steal" - do not effect this creature... Basically, this creature is immune to all attacks and effects that require "mentality" to be effective." So would things like telepathy(the creature neither able to hear the thoughts nor form any to be picked up in this example) and mind control have no effect on a nullified creature, the nullified only being able to take direct damage from moves like Dead Scream?
Edit: Just wanted to thank you both for the answers here.
